    Philly Big Steak Omelette

I know. I know. Yes, it's a chain restaurant. I was in town with g babies who wanted funny face pancakes (not pictured). What could I do? The pancakes, obviously (whipped cream and icing, blueberry and OG buttermilk) were a hit. Our "adult omelets" were good too - tasty and filling. Our waitress was friendly. Food came within a reasonable amount of time. Coffee cup never ran dry.

Birthday breakfast with a lot of laughs and a great breakfast. I forgot to take a picture of what I had, which was the plant base protein combo. Two vegan patties and scramble egg whites and seasonal fruit. However, the strawberry banana protein pancakes are pictured. This breakfast was terrific, and I was surprised at the vegan patties, which can be hit or miss depending on the brand. They were a hit along with the protein pancakes. My family food, they said, was good as well, and they took some of it home, not me, lol. This time at IHOP made it eventful, thanks to our server Antoinette for her kindness, attentiveness, and a great sense of humor. I'll definitely be back.

This particular IHOP location is always spot on! We have never had a bad meal or bad service here and I wanted to give them a BIG shoutout! This location is always clean and is a very large location that even has a banquet room. This morning I got a pancake combo with eggs, bacon, hash browns and chocolate chip pancakes. The food was cooked perfectly, not greasy or dry and the pancakes were fluffy and tasty. If you live in the Springhill/Brooksville area then head to this IHOP for breakfast.....you won't regret it!

Been going here for a few yrs and nothing seems to change ,place smells musty and its not to clean , tables r sticky and floor is disgusting , and windows r filthy, there r always flies in the place also ! We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and a breakfast dish with pancakes when my chicken sandwich came it wasn't even on the right roll with sauces and the knife they gave me to cut it with was filthy! Seems like everything we order the same dish it comes out different ! They r always out of avocados , etc ! So we don't go there like we use to it's old and needs updating ! And they do need a professional cleaning service !

We ate at iHop every morning while in Spring Hill. The French toast was my favorite!! The Spilt Decision included everything I wanted and more for breakfast!!

So I just wanted to start off by saying a HUGE thank-you so much to Alyssa our server on 2/19 just being awesome. we went down the road to grab Sonny's after a long day at work. Which was awful but enough about that. We headed in down to I hop and we were seated instantly and were served in less than two mins. I greatly appreciate the effort, speediness and friendly faces. Alyssa has a great attitude and was super helpful! Much appreciated

It's not really IHOB. Great advertising ploy I must say. I got the limited time Mmmmm classic burger special with unlimited french fries as advertised. Burger was huge. Fries nice n crisp. I had one refill of soda and fries. Burger was so good. Equivalent to an R Tuesday or Applebee's burger. Seemed like it was a half pound. Still have breakfast and dinner and cakes :)

    A Roach.

I bet most of us have, or had, a Nanny. A matronly figure in our lives who somehow earned the moniker, the nickname, Nanny. I know I did. That was my mother, to my kids. She loved being called Nannee. So, with that said, I already had a fondness for the place, before my Fav Fab One & I stepped in. Newbies, as it were. We were seated and greeted by the fabulous Crystal. Her eyes mesmerized through a gleeful palette of eyeshadow-y creativity. Funny how that ensured my Fab One, and I, that our Nanny stand-in du jour was gonna be fun. We found a mutual icebreaker. Now found, the nurturing Nanny-ness began. Picture this woman, Crystal, homing in on each diner with a GPS precision that magnified her magnificence. LOL Zooming by, then to a halt like a bridled and tied up thoroughbred. Fab One agreed we were watching 'greased' lightning (I love that one!). The woman I'm nuts about ordered The Landlovers BLT. She ordered bacon, folks! She is definitely a keeper! I enjoyed watching her enjoy her meal. As I munched on my Gyro Greek Omelette. A 3-egg 'egg roll' of Mediterranean might. Those slivers of Greek Gyro meat, the kind that is shaved off of a cone-shaped spire of blended meats. A masterpiece in meatology. Crystal slid in a cup of that oddly exotic Tzatziki sauce. White creamy concoction of cucumber, yogurt, garlic and more. Yum to the YUM. We also got the occasional maternal check-in from another wonder, named Chrissy. Hmmm, Crystal AND Chrissy. Sounds like a sitcom duo. She provided the appetizing background on Nanny's. Offerings of the day we might like to savor. Samples of carrot cake. Along with a batch of kindness. Yeah, we had a grand time. Our first time. Not likely to be a one-time wonder, either. Imagine that, just a turn signal's width off of 19. Put your signal on and turn, next time by. We gotta turn and return. A Nanny is there.

I had been here previously and loved the food and especially the good service but he had never been so I decided to treat him. We see now that there are new owners, and it is now actually called The Siren's Spoon! and the pictures will say everything. Their water bagels are fresh and crispy and absolutely delicious. Everything here is super fresh. I was very impressed by that. Give it a try-you won't be sorry. It's a small place. It's nothing fancy, but oh boy, let me tell you what- Chrissy is the best server I've seen in a long time for a Mom and Pop Place! I have a feeling this little gem is going to expanding and do very very well . Give it a try y'all. They have done some work inside the restaurant with some very cute aquatic themed silk prints and they have "Siren TV" which shows some cute mermaids holding different specials offered every day. But enough about the TV and all -that the food was spectacular. I had one of the best Mediterranean omelets I've ever had in my life! Swim on in and have a fabulous meal! ‍

To the Owner, Your…read moreresponse to customer feedback is honestly just as concerning as the experience that led to the review in the first place. Instead of taking even a moment to reflect on why a customer had a negative experience, your immediate reaction was to be hostile, dismissive, and insulting. That says far more about your business than my review ever could. I understand that your food is made fresh to order. Most customers can appreciate that fresh food takes time. What customers should not have to accept is an excessive wait combined with poor communication and disrespectful treatment from both staff and management. Had someone simply communicated clearly, set expectations, or shown even a basic level of courtesy, this situation would likely have been very different. People are generally patient when they feel respected and informed. What they are not willing to tolerate is being ignored, spoken down to, argued with, or made to feel like an inconvenience for spending their money at your establishment. The most disappointing part is that the food itself was good. Unfortunately, good food does not excuse poor customer service. A restaurant is more than what's on the plate--it's the entire experience. No meal is worth being treated with hostility, nor is it worth waiting an unreasonable amount of time while being met with a complete lack of communication. Looking through your responses to negative reviews, there seems to be a pattern. Rather than listening, apologizing, or attempting to improve, you attack the customer. Every negative review is met with defensiveness and contempt. That approach may feel satisfying in the moment, but it reflects poorly on your business and discourages future customers from giving you a chance. The response you posted publicly--"You get what you give! PLEASE DON'T COME BACK!"--is not the response of a professional business owner. It demonstrates a complete disregard for customer concerns and a lack of accountability. If that is how you choose to represent your business publicly, it should not surprise you when people decide to spend their money elsewhere. I did not leave my review to start an argument. I left it because the experience was genuinely disappointing. Instead of proving me wrong, your response only reinforced every concern I had. Customers deserve respect, clear communication, and professionalism, regardless of whether their feedback is positive or negative. Unfortunately, none of those things were demonstrated here.

There was no sign saying Ask for key so I assumed I needed a key. Just like I thought they gave me a ruler sized wooden handle with a key on it. I did my business wash my hands and want to use the hand sanitizer, but again, no hand sanitizer in it. There was soap by the sink. Then I went to blow dry my hands. It didn't work. It was out of order, but no sign on it so I use my sleeve to open the door and outside as you left there was hand sanitizer and I use that because unlike a lot of other people I like to still keep my hands clean so I don't get COVID-19.
