Also food was cold. I called the manager. She came purposely after I stepped out from the table. My son saids the manager came right after I left (knowing that I left my table) then she came to ask what's wrong. After waiting for so long. I had to go to the bathroom. I asked a manager again. I told our drinks came after 40 mins. Then food came one hour later and food was cold. My waitress was constantly going to her favorite table and she does not acknowledge us. I ordered prime rib. It was overcooked and dry. We also ordered chicken fried steaks, chicken tenders and pasta. Everything was cold. ( it was sitting by the kitchen for so long.) The cafe Manager sucks. She didn't do anything to correct this problem. No wonder this restaurant had not many people there eating. I wanted to go to other restaurant but other winstar restaurants were packed due to the Santana concert. I would rather go to the fast food restaurant. I will never go back here. The worst place.
