My friend & I arrived around 9:30 Sunday morning. It was busy, but luckily we did not have to wait. The restaurant is spacious, and seat yourself style. My only complaint is that it has a singleton bathroom. Anyway. Our server Katie was great! I am a burger girl through & through, so when I saw the breakfast burger on the menu, I knew it was for me. Stopped in with some girlfriends as we were headed to Broken Bow, OK. The restaurant is light, bright and airy. The server was the sweetest girl! Ordered the breakfast burger which was super tasty! We stopped in after going to the Cody Jinks concert the night before. My wife ordered the two egg plate and loved it, I had the three egg plate and it was great as well. Our friends ordered omelets and all loved them with the exception of the cheese burger omelet which my buddy said could use more flavoring. Over all, food was great as well as the service. This was a solid lunch stop. Friendly service and our food came out quickly. Cute little space on the town square. The bill was a little higher than we were expecting for 2 people...but the portions were decent, the food was tasty and they made sure to warm up the coffee a few times. Chose to go "off res" on our way home from Winstar. Cute, CUTE bake shop with kick-butt plates. I had a Scrambler with toast and home fries. Full disclosure, I usually prefer hash browns, but our sweet server recommended the home fries and she was SO RIGHT! They were sliced, not chunked, so all that good pan frying got more surface area and I loved them! Hubby got the Ham Steak & Egg plate with grits and a short stack (one pancake). Grits and pancake were pretty standard, but Oh My Sweet Mother, the HAM STEAK!! Took up a whole plate of its own and about 1/2" thick! He brought half of it home and ate it the next day. Side of biscuits and gravy was also a surprise with not one, but two tall, fluffy biscuits and about a cup of creamy pepper gravy. I wish we had asked for sausage gravy -- I feel like we missed an opportunity there! Got a couple of homemade hand pies to-go for the day's drive home. Even if you're not driving home from Winstar, make a point to stop in to Cornerstone whenever you're within 20 miles. Your tummy will thank you! read more

We have gone to Cornerstone on many occasions and it was wonderful. We went last Monday and it was horrible. My omelet was cold, wouldn't even melt the cheese and the roasted potatoes I pad an up charge for were so hard you couldn't even eat them. The service and food were excellent. There was a bee inside that the waitress asked us to catch he was released outside to continue pollinating. Real oats is a big deal for an oatmeal person. If you are looking for a hearty breakfast, you need to stop by here. Had the western omelet with grits. Would have been filling with that but then they add two huge homemade biscuits and gravy. A meal in itself and a must try! Hands down best biscuit - light and fluffy and so delicious. Someone in our group got the special with French toast and it was thick and very tasty. You'll unlikely have room for dessert so you'll have to take some fried pies home for later. Hands down the lemon is awesome but the sopapilla cheesecake is yummy too. Great small Cafe with friendly staff...food was good and prices were great...except maybe the ribeye which was about $22. We didn't order it so can't say if it would have been worth it or not. Seemed a bit hight for breakfast, especially compared to other menu items. The entrance is not very handicap friendly. The small "ramp" has a big bump which requires the person in an electric wheelchair to get off and have someone else get it over the bump. It was a great place in a small downtown area. One hint to the folks that work there...if you see a group having difficulties getting in, at least offer to help or open the door. Other than that, everything else was nice. read more
