The food here is decent. The restaurant is clean enough, although not spotless. Service is friendly but probably overworked so they always seem very rushed. There are usually a decent amount of people eating here. A very positive thing to note: I find their take out service is far better than expected. Picking up food from a diner is more of a pain in the butt, so this works for me when I'm in the mood to get the food to go. They do get packed here often, so parking is a PITA at times. Been craving a cinna stack so decided to stop for dinner. Upon entering the restaurant a waitress came from the back room "managers office" walked up to grab menus and says follow me. Then drops the menus and walks away. Not a hello, how are you? how many tonight? Someone will be right with you? My self and my wife visited this IHOP today. And it was the worst visit we had ever had at this IHOP. We ordered and everything was either cold, or not exactly what we ordered. Consistency maters! First visit was really great! Our waitress( wish I remembered her name), was very busy but still gave my grandson and I terrific service. The food - Colorado omelet with a stack and a side of sausage links were delicious. Everything was. And kids eat free m-f 4-10 pm!! Took us back 2 weeks later and our waitress Jemma was also wonderful however the Colorado omelet was over cooked,dry, and had no flavor. I also had a stomach ache by the time we left but that could have been from anything. My husband ate at IHOP today June 9, 2019. We arrived around 10:40 AM and were seated almost promptly considering there were a number of people waiting. We placed our order a little after 11AM but did not receive our food until almost 11:45. Other seated around us much later received their meals before we got ours. Our server told us the kitchen was back up. If so why did those seating around us who were seated after us get their food while we had to wait for almost 45 minutes. As I was checking out others in line were also complaining of similar problems. The cashier was saying I'm sorry and a server standing nearby told we should not come on Sundays but on other days. She said she was in tears because of all the problems. Something needs to be done about the problems apparent at this IHOP. I will say our meals were good just had to wait such a long time for our food. It will be some time before we try IHOP again. From reading others reviews it seems others have had similar problems. I had to send my utensils back as they had dried food on them. read more

I went with my boyfriend on May 4th, 2019. When we got there we waited two seconds till someone realized that people were there to dine in which any restaurant would do so. When we sat down they asked if this was fine and apologized more then once about the table right next to us. The table right next to us was dirty as anything. The waiter came and took our drinks and it took a while. Someone did come and clean up the table next to us, but they left the floor a mess. They should of cleaned floor. They had us all sitting on the same side and like two different customers were in two different places. Our waiter ended up telling us there super slow and so it took a little to get our food. The food wasn't even hot the butter never melted on my pancakes or French toast I couldn't even see steam coming off our food. The waiter never came back once while we were eating. It would of been nice if she came and checked on us once while we were eating because my boyfriend did want ketchup, but no one was around to get there attention. We saw someone once, but they were helping other customers and they were a little far from us. I do not think I would come to this place again unless on a special event or promotion. My family and I went here to have a nice breakfast and there was a wait. So we waited outside because there was a lot of people inside. We eventually went inside when it cleared out and the hostess was skipping over us on the wait list. We continued to wait and I saw her with my own eyes continuing to seat people that came in after us. After 15 minutes of that happening, she finally seats us and it was a dirty table. I really like the breakfast here when we get to go and enjoy it and it isn't that busy. Be prepared to wait for your food a substantial amount of time even though there's no one in there. The coffee is really tasty. We enjoyed the specialty pancakes and combo option. My husband and I always go to this location before we never had any issues, however that has recently changed our last few visits. We went several weeks ago and the server I believe her name was Elena kept disappearing. We continuously had to ask other servers for assistance. When our food was brought we had no utensils, my husband had a hair in his eggs and I had hair in my pancakes but she was no where to be found until almost 15 mins after we received the food. When she came we explained about the hair and all she said was well our cooks wear hair nets and nobody has facial hair instead of just apologizing or getting a manager. They brought out new orders only for the pancakes to be undercooked. We ate what we could and just left. Still no manager was ever sent our way so we didnt even bother waiting up front to put in a complaint. Now again this pst Saturday we ordered from there but through Door Dash BIG MISTAKE.. I was better off cooking us breakfast. The bacon was overcooked to the point that when you bite it the entire thing became crumbs, they forgot the bacon on my sons kids meal, our eggs were supposed to be over medium and were overcooked. The pancakes were burnt and flat like crepes. I have never had such horrible experiences with this location or any other location like we've been having lately. If I could give this place a zero I would. From the moment we arrived we could already hear other guest complaining about the wait for food. Still, as we work in this business we decided to wait. It took a little to get greeted and sat, but we got our drinks quickly enough and our server did warn us about the kitchen running a little behind. Cut to an hour and a half later, our server hadn't come back to the table even once since we got our drinks and we had heard multiple arguments from the kitchen staff in which cursing was involved. To make matters worse, there were children around. The whole restaurant went quiet at one particular moment when a served screamed the F/bomb in search of his food. Meanwhile the manager has been in the kitchen this whole time letting this go on. We finally asked for our check and left without ever getting our food. We went to the West Berlin location for breakfast on my sons birthday. They were out of biscuits at 9a.m. Our server Suzzanne was dropping thing on our table and never uttered an apology. She dropped off the check after we sat there for 15 min. When I went to pay, the cashier was reading the newspaper and I had to wait until he was ready to take my bill. He did not say one word to me during the entire transaction. We only eat at this location on our birthdays for breakfast, so I doubt they will miss our business. Just finished eating breakfast at your restaurant! I hardly ever go out to eat and almost never to breakfast but this morning my parents and I decided to go out for a big treat breakfast...the service was outstanding; I usually am not one to go out of my way to make a post like this but I could not pass up the opportunity to compliment our experience; our waitress Liz was friendly, helpful, quick with our drinks and requests and had a smile on her face even when there was not one empty chair in the restaurant!
