We ordered our food after we sat down. We waited a bit for our food. I ordered the 55 2+2+2. I requested over medium but when it arrives it was not over medium. The food was temperature hot which is what I like. My husband ordered the egg white omelet. He mentioned that it was temperature hot, but the vegetables were a bit salty. We ate all our food. Our pancakes were cooked to perfection and temperature hot. I did request for our syrup to be warmed. Our waitress was very pleasant. Very professional. Didn't really smile but was very customer friendly. The place was clean. I did like the hanging lights. I would come again to this place.

Have you ever visited a store or restaurant where you're paying for a service or a good meal, and you leave feeling unsatisfied? Happens to me more often than I'd like to admit. But not today! We visited IHOP in Berlin, NJ, and let me tell you, the service was AMAZING. We were greeted with the biggest smiles and treated with such care. What an experience! A huge THANK YOU to Manager Brodrick and the entire team for making my day, you all truly went above and beyond. FB friends and family: Don't forget to thank someone for doing a great job and providing great service. We all deserve a break and a little courtesy!

The food is average diner food, nothing incredible. The hash browns are the shredded part-cooked kind that barely gets seared on the flat top grill which I don't care for. I wonder if you can substitute home fries or perhaps French fries? Anyhow Irish we could give partial stars because really our experience this morning should be about 3.5 because the young guy the was our server was prompt, courteous and helpful, but the whole experience did not quite reach four stars with the average food. Give it a try and see what you think!

I can't remember the last time I went to an ihop! I was convinced to go by niece who really wanted to eat there. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and there was no wait (we did arrive around lunchtime). Our server was really nice and attentive. I went for the chicken and waffles - both were cooked really well and chicken had good a nice crisp and flavor. My niece had the cupcake pancakes with a side of fries; ate it all without sharing :/ lol Overall good food and service.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a three cheese omelette and ate about 25% of it before cutting another piece and finding strings of long hair in my food. I wanted to puke. Definitely would not go/order from them again. Should've looked at the reviews before ordering from them, apparently they are extremely unsanitary. If I pull give 0 stars I would.

This is the filth of the coffee pot on your table. Imagine the kitchen?

If I could give this place a zero...Probably the worst I have ever had! Pancakes were burnt grits were like water. When we first sat down it took 15 mins for someone to come over and another hour before we got our food and when we got it all I'd it was cold!!!!!

It's IHOP. Pancakes, burgers, milk shakes. Food was fine, a breakfast for dinner that we all love every now and again. Waitress seemed a little bothered, but service was fine overall. We left full and happy.

This is how the kitchen is left over night and most of the time. Food is being prepares in unsanitized areas...causes sickness

I stuck with my usual two eggs, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My fiancée ordered the Pretty Toast, their take on French toast, topped with cream cheese, pecans, and sweetened peaches. It honestly reminded me of peach cobbler! When I saw her plate, my jaw dropped--I was instantly jealous! She let me steal a couple of bites, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes you could enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or even as a sweet snack. The food was a solid 10/10. Our server, Ben, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to tell us a little about the menu and even suggested we try something different. Looking back... I probably should have listened! The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting. It honestly felt like sitting in your nonna's kitchen--warm, comfortable, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the dinner menu. If brunch was this good, we have a feeling dinner will be just as amazing!

Great to share. The artichoke cake sandwich was the sleeper hit: crispy outside, creamy inside, packed with flavor. Cozy, sentimental touch and we'll be back for dinner!

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, it's complete chaos, cars double parked everywhere with no organization. Walking inside doesn't get any better. The place is overcrowded with DoorDash and Grubhub drivers just standing around, and there's no clear system for who's waiting, who's ordered, or where to go. You literally have to ask a dozen people just to figure out where the line starts. After finally placing our order, we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. That turned into an hour... then an hour and a half... then nearly two hours, with zero communication or updates. We even went back in after an hour, only to be told our food still wasn't ready, but were offered a tiny spoon of water ice as if that somehow made up for it. Then, after waiting even longer, we were finally told they were out of beef bacon, the main ingredient in both of our sandwiches, and asked if we wanted a substitute. At that point, absolutely not. We canceled the order. To make matters worse, instead of issuing a proper refund, we were told to "monitor our bank account" and come back if the charge doesn't fall off. That's unacceptable. At least the receipt says voided but I already know where I'll be on Wednesday

Very tasty and yes it and the bacon filled me up. The rice said it was a coconut rice. Well it is. I tasted in the first bite and it was pleasantly different. Service was great just soft spoken. Too many years around construction equipment other things that don't help hear in a restaurant. I would love to come back in the evening so I could enjoy one of their list of adult beverages. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, and we waited about 15-20 minutes after adding our names to the waitlist. Since it was a beautiful day, there was the option to dine indoors or outside. We chose to sit inside. My first impression was that the restaurant was lively and bustling, which made it feel like a popular neighborhood favorite. It also appeared to be both family-friendly and pet-friendly, which was a nice touch. For my meal, I ordered the Omelette & Potatoes with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and onions, along with a side of bacon. The omelet itself was good, but the bacon was a major disappointment. It was extremely overcooked--so crispy that it resembled bacon chips rather than strips of bacon. My daughter ordered the Egg White Wrap with turkey sausage, spinach, and feta, along with a side of fresh fruit. She enjoyed it well enough but felt it was just okay. Overall, we both agreed that the food was pretty basic. It wasn't bad and it was nothing to write home about. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive and the service was pleasant, the food didn't quite live up to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a place I'd be in a hurry to revisit.
