I have been here several times when in town for work. Today is the last time I'll come here. My food was burned. Told the server and she literally just said "ok". Told the manager (I believe) on the way out and she says "we've gotten that complaint before"....no offer to make it right from either, financially or do over. As I'm walking out, I pass an employee absolutely reeking of marijuana as he's coming in. His choice, I suppose, but it's a poor look for the restaurant. It's also my choice to not return. I have given these guys a year to get it right. Honestly I am unsure why I keep going back. The food itself is fine if they get your order correct. Typically they don't get your order right. You will get better service at a fast food place than here. I am pretty much done, the manager will come out and promise the world to you but those are empty as well. A true promise to make it right is not telling a customer to wear the same clothes again next time. It's putting your promise into actual actions like a customer coupon or something similar, otherwise don't bother. So decided to give IHOP another try once for breakfast with my kids and once for a late night outing. Had two of the best servers! For the morning with the kids we had Christy R. Aka Ziggy funniest lady I've ever met super friendly and always had a smile. For the late night outing had a server named Payton hardest working waitress I've ever seen went above and beyond and never saw her stop moving why'll we were there. As soon as we walked in, the hostess said that she would seat us in a minute and proceeded to do absolutely nothing. Our waiter came and seated us eventually. There were three occupied tables... We ordered our food and did not receive all of the items we ordered. Food was okay and it was nice and hot. It took a long time to come out which made no sense given there weren't many tables. I was delightfully surprised by the lovely breakfast I had here this morning! We had a big group but we all got out food at the same time and our server gave us fabulous service. I believe her name was Alexis. She was sweet, fun and friendly. She anticipated our needs and was even patient with members of my party who did not have the best ordering etiquette. My food was also delicious! I had the vanilla cream cold brew coffee and it was delicious and not too sweet. I ate the poblano Benedict and some lemon berry crepe thing. We visited this establishment for breakfast as we were staying in a neighboring hotel. We waited a bit longer than expected to be greeted and seated. Once seated a waitress asked about drinks and promptly brought coffees and water for both of us. We then ordered our breakfast. My wife ordered a short stack of pancakes with a side of bacon while I ordered the bourbon bacon jam eggs Benedict. We BOTH requested that the bacon be well done, crispy. Well, our breakfasts were delivered, I took a quick look at my breakfast and advised the waitress that the bacon was fatty and limp, not crispy as we requested. My wife stated the same about her side order of bacon. The waitress apologized and took our orders back to the kitchen. While we waited we observed two males, possibly a father and son, walk into the restaurant and wait to be seated. After a while the two walked out. Two customers lost. Our breakfasts were delivered for the second time. The food was mid range in quality and taste. As we ate, we looked for our waitress as we would have liked to have another cup of coffee and have our water glasses refilled. We never saw our waitress again. So, one cup of coffee it was to be. We waited and waited and finally requested our check from another waitress. We paid and left, never to return to this IHOP and possible never to visit another. I should mention, the restaurant was NOT busy, possibly a sign we should have recognized. Most definitely NOT recommended. read more

HORRID! The coffee was beyond burnt! Orange juice tasted extremely sour. Now for the nasty food. We ordered the big steak and spicy poblano omelets. As u can see (blurry pic) my spicy omelette didn't have anything in it ?! The only meat was on the outside ? but hey at least the avocado was good right and the sauce was good as well? The big steak was handed out- and guess what- IT WAS A CHICKEN one?!!! Thank god the manager gave us a new made steak omelette. The Saving Grace was the pancakes, at least they were good. Bad vibe- poorly managed. When we got seated, there were 3 other tables of guests, and a table of employee's friends/family (As we later figured out). There were 5 empty uncleared tables. We ordered coffee, and asked the waitress to return once we looked at menu. It took her 20 minutes to return. Finally put our order in. The dirty tables still weren't cleared. When we got our order, the bacon was missing bc the waitress said it was over cooked, and she put a new order in. Food was warm, NOT hot. We finished breakfast before the bacon came out, so she gave a 10% discount. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or water refills, nor how our food was. A different employee sat a few booths away combing her long hair, tossing it around. Employees joined the "family" group, hanging out. The 3 other tables left, and 2 tables came in, ate and left, before we did. NONE of these tables were cleared. It was NOT busy, so no excuse. Fire alarm went off while we were finishing up. Toast used stale bread - could have been weeks old. Two others in the party had the pancakes. They were cold and had to be sent back. Second attempt was marginally warmer. Pancakes left a terrible aftertaste - no idea what was going on there but any company who uses Pancakes in their name should be ashamed of themselves for serving this slop. How do you serve someone strawberry crepes with no strawberries and icing so poorly drizzled that it iced the container instead of the actual crepe I will never know. I wish we would have read the other reviews before going here for breakfast. Took forever to be served and we never did receive several items we ordered. We ordered apple juice for our young kids and they brought out large cups without lids. A few of us were served but I had to go ask the waiter for the rest of our order. We never received the coffee creamer we ordered and he never came over to refill the coffee or fill the carafe. When we got there it wasn't busy at all, so that was not the reason for the problems. When I entered the restaurant there was no one there to greet us but however a server showed us to our table. We placed our order and waited, and waited AND waited.... It took forever for the food to come. Once it did come, my husbands food was freezing and was told that they would bring out his potatoes in a few minutes. Needless to say the potatoes never came and the food was not what I remembered. Also, people were waiting for long times to be seated even though there were plenty of tables but no host. But althought there were just a few tables with customers, NOBODY went to get our order, say that will come right back to get it, or even excuse the wait. Waitresses walked by, took order right next to us, came to that table a couple times, made eye contact with us and just walked away while we waited. So, I travel and move a lot. Whenever we het to anew area I try out the IHOP because A. I love pancakes and B. I'm always hoping to replicate an IHOP experience I had in the early-90s at a rural IHOP in PA. This place is just sad. I ordered curbside pick up. Waited over 45 minutes, called 2x and ended up going in to pick up my food. I asked to speak to the manager because I would really have preferred they redo the entire order, but, after 5 more minutes of waiting while listening to the hostess talk to whoever was in the back about me (like I could actually hear them saying my last name), I just left and decided to post this and contact corporate. This is a military town and when you move as much as we do, having a restaurant that can consistently serve food the same is priceless. Honestly, we deserve better from this location. I hate Cracker Barrel pancakes and it makes me sad that this is the level you're letting this location be at. Whatever is going on here, everyone needs to go: the manager who trained and runs this crew, whoever made this sorry meal, the hostess who spoke to me 3x, couldn't remember my name and then never returned with the manager after talking about me and whoever orders your supplies.
