This place does not actually do curbside delivery, even though they advertise that they do and they have selected parking spots for it. I checked in online, via the text messaging option, and called the restaurant and no one ever answered or brought my food out. I had to go inside, wait for a while, then my food was given to me. They also forgot to give me the syrup and butter that I asked for. So I was left with plain pancakes and French toast. Hit or miss with the service but the food has been consistently as expected. Let's be honest, nobody eats at IHOP expecting gourmet food, you come here for fast comfort food, particularly breakfast. This location delivers 90% of the time on meeting that need. The service however, especially on weeknights, is a miss with orders missing items, no refills, many repeated asks, etc. Despite being busier on the weekends, the service does seem to be better on the weekends. Chicken and waffles was supposed to come with Ranch dressing and they didn't include it. I guess it's no big deal, we have some. We ordered a side of fries and they were barely cooked. We also ordered Strawberries & Cream Crepes. These were a pile of dry crepes topped with some thawed out berries on one side. They had to be on a side because it was a pile in the middle. No whipped cream, no vanilla cream, just dry crepes, most of which had no topping at all. I regret not taking a picture to upload. I never understand how items can be prepared wrong when it's ordered as is from the menu. It wasn't even busy, we were literally the only car outside. Very disappointed. I needed some protein after a heavy day at the gym, so I chose IHOP. When they sat me in the booth, I noticed it was as cold inside as it was outside. Some idiot didn't factor in a temperature swing from 58 degrees down to 34 degrees. When I asked them to turn up the heat, I was told that "management doesn't want the pipes to freeze." How do pipes freeze from turning the temperature up? Anyway, my server went and argued my case and I heard the Hispanic cook call me a punta. Guess that's easy for him to say when he's standing next to a warm oven all night. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Worst experience at an IHOP! My wife asked for an order of biscuits and they brought her an order of biscuits & gravy. She told our waitress and said I'm not sure what they are doing in the kitchen this morning. I myself had a split decision and asked politely to have them hold the pancakes & the French toast toward the end. When they brought my wife's meal my pancakes came out as well. I asked again if they could hold them to the end they took them. I myself thought I will probably get a fresh batch when I eventually get them I guess that's not what they do. I ended up getting my French toast, eggs and bacon all in one plate I mentioned again that I had asked for the French toast to be held but said ok I'll just keep them please bring me a separate plate. Once I was done with my meal I asked for pancakes and it had to be the same ones sent back because they were cold. The whole purpose of holding off on the pancakes and French toast is for them to be warm when eaten and it became a fail. When we got our bill my wife was charged for the biscuits & gravy instead of what she had asked for. By this time our waitress Anneke A. knew we were upset and decided to remove them completely from the meal. Beside our meal experience we used the bathrooms and they were NOT clean. Trash was overflowing. Disappointed and makes me rethink ever visiting another restaurant. I ordered from Uber eats at 9:04 this morning, when our food was "being prepared" until 11:30 I decided to cancel our order. Yep you read that correctly over 2 hours for an order that is 9 minutes from our house. So we just decided to go somewhere else, but not before I called and whoever I talked to informed me that "they may not have seen the order" so I'm not sure if this is an Uber eats issue or an IHOP issue... what I am sure of is I will never order IHOP through Uber eats again!
