We went Sunday at 2:00. Service was horrible. We sat at the bar, It was over half an hour before they even took our order, and almost an hour and a half before our food was brought out. They only checked on us twice, They took away my friend's drink before it was empty, we never got any popcorn, despite asking 4 times, we asked for water twice, before we got them. We were going to ask for boxes to take the leftovers home, but we'd been there so long, we figured we'd just leave. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will not be going back to this location. read more

I want to like this place and stay hopeful my next visits will be better, but I still come out slightly disappointed every visit. Our experience last night was decent, but there were a few things that could've been better. When we were seated, our table had enough silverware for everyone but not enough chairs, so we had to wait for that to be fixed/try to help the staff in figuring that out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it wasn't the best start. Service as far as the bar drinks goes was a little slow and felt inconsistent throughout the meal. We totally understand Utah's liquor laws are what they are, but it's so strange that our server couldn't scan our IDs or bring our drinks, I've noticed this every time I've been here. Instead, a bartender has to come over to scan our IDs and then come back again later with the drinks, which makes the whole process take too long. The biggest issue was finding a press on fingernail in the popcorn... The staff apologized and brought us a complimentary dessert, which we appreciated and thought was a nice way to make up for it. As far as the food quality goes, I would not recommend the salmon tacos. They're dry and incredibly flavorless. Which is surprising considering all the toppings they include. The description of them is deceiving. Overall, the staff was friendly, and there were some positives, but the service and a few small mishaps kept the experience from being better. read more

We went to Wingers on a Sunday to have wings and watch football. We started with nachos and the fries. The nachos were very good, particularly the cheese and guacamole. I think most people come here for wings, and for good reason. They are delicious. There are MANY options. I ordered 10 wings with bones, battered. Then I ordered the double barrel BBQ sauce and the regular. The wings were very good, a couple were little scrawny. Both sauces were very good, but I think I liked the double barrel sauce more. They also have some very hot options, but none of us tried those. We stopped by Wingers in Bountiful today for lunch and weren't disappointed. It's one of our favorites to stop at between errands, and one of the only places to get a beer in Bountiful on Sunday. The hostess was friendly and our server was attentive. The restaurant wasn't too busy and the ambiance was good. The Alehouse Nachos were surprisingly flavorful, and the Three Sticky Finger Lunch (we got a bonus finger!) was delicious as always. I would highly recommend the Blueberry Hefeweizen if you're into beer. We'll be back as we always are. read more

Plenty of spots to park and pretty empty for a Saturday night. The host, waiter and bartender though were all exceptional!! Very friendly! Waiter wasn't old enough to serve beer so bartender had too. They did great with checking on us! Only knocked off a star cause the food was just eh. They give you popcorn for the table which is fun but also hateeee popcorn in my teeth. Should come with toothpicks. We had the pretzel twist and the cheesecurds. Pretzel twist was bigger than I expected and the cheese was delish! The cheesecurds were not good... they actually tasted more like a cheesy hush puppy. Weird breading on them and too soft. Not a fan. I'm a sucker for the Original and Original Rebel sauces so I come in from time to time. I'm always dialing up the sticky fingers and fries. Occasional they have gourmet burger options which are really good but it's just a promotional menu they run. It's one of the few places that has Mr. Pibb for soda and I actually prefer it to Dr. Pepper so it's another nice thing when dining here. This location is great for groups of 6 and smaller. Probably easy to combine some of the tables for larger groups. Plenty of TVs to watch a game just like all the other locations. It's a bit on the pricier side for burgers, wings, and sticky fingers but overall it's pretty good. The sticky fingers were smaller today than prior visits but the photo gives you an idea. read more

Great place to bring the kiddos. Family restaurant for sure. Its your average burger, fries and wings kind of place but we love having another place close by to bring the kids when we go out as a family. As much as I love Wingers, this location hasn't been the best experience for the last few times. Whenever I do takeout, I end up waiting at least 15-20 minutes after I get there. Also the last 2 times, they have messed up the order and forgotten at least 1 meal every takeout order I have placed. I shouldn't have to check the bag every single time. read more

Worst dining experience I have ever had. The dirty dishes still sat in front of us. She started our drink order and was about to set the drinks in front of us and a moved a plate. I had to ask her to wipe the counter down. Reluctantly she wiped half the counter and wiped the crumbs onto our lap. I did not have the opportunity to try the food. I'm in the military and I've been overseas for the last 3 years. My license expired during that time so when the waitress(Lindsay )asked for drinks i asked for a beer and showed her my military ID. The hand scanner would not scan the bar code so she said "you can't drink, this card isn't working" I explained that a military ID is a valid for identification and explained why I didn't have my drivers license and asked if there's a manual option on the machine to enter my date of birth and she said no with an attitude. The ID is valid, I use to serve for 2 years and my company had no problems with it. I've used this ID at the Texas roadhouse next door and she said "go over there then, they are more strict than us ".After that comment I asked for her manager. The manager named Grayson I believe explained that it was wingers policy and it cannot be helped. It was my brothers 21st birthday and I wanted to have a beer with him so we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse instead. The manager was professional and friendly but waitress had a poor attitude that i don't think I'll ever go back there again. read more

As we expected, food was good, service was mediocre at best. For those that do not know, the owners of Mikado determined a wingers would do better business and spent the pandemic lockdown building out this Wingers location. 1) Winger's has failed in Bountiful before (more than a decade ago) and 2) the service at Mikado's was always the issue not the food and the same is true of Wingers. Examples? We were started almost immediately on a Saturday night because this place was not busy. When we went to order, we were told that they were out of riblets, one of the main reasons to go to Wingers - they should have disclosed this when we were seated. Then we were never offered another popcorn during our longer than average wait for food, and had to flag down our waitress for drink refills because we were out and had been for some time. The table behind us seem to be getting plenty of attention so I do not think it was a low staffing issue but rather a poor service issue. We heard plenty of apologies from the managers for delayed orders, so maybe a kitchen issue? Either way, not sure I would be back. The food, simply put, is not so good that it outweighs the poor service. read more

Now every time I come back wingers is one of the tops on my list to go eat at. Their wings and sticky fingers are so so good the wings are always juicy and big compared to other places. Starts off with popcorn! So good! Very clean. Fresh food. I had the sticky fingers dinner. It was so good. The coleslaw was fresh and the fries were perfect. This place was horrible. We wanted somewhere local and would have been better with the Texas Roadhouse next door. My son got some pasta with butter and the noodles had a microwave burn all over them and were crunchy so we sent that back and got a grilled cheese which was fine. My boyfriend wanted a light craft beer on draft the server had no clue about about the beers at all and looked at us like we were being a pain wanting to try a local beer but needing some guidance. Then the chicken came that I ordered and it was good until I cut into the thick part and it was RAW!!! I told the server and she told the manager who was supposed to come talk to us about it. He didn't. They did take it off the bill but raw chicken seriously that's a salmonella hazard they could have at least comped us a round of drinks too. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
