They do floor preparation before the installation, use top notch products and are very accommodating with time. Every time that I've needed to deliver a work ahead of time they've move their schedule to fit me in. They did not remove the nails from the boarder and didn't clean up after carpet removal. At that point I decided to go with someone else for the flooring there after. I do not recommend this place.
