This is Michelin Star worthy dining! Hands down the best meal I had while eating in the area. Originally came and ordered from the menu, was so good we made reservations for 2 nights later to celebrate a birthday. Ordered the Omakase (6 course for 2 people) the second time around and had our kinds absolutely blown with the quality of the food. Can't get over how good this was. The service is amazing, and the restaurant is located on what feels like a quiet/calm street. I'll be dreaming about coming back to this place when I'm in the states tmw and salivating over the pics I took of my food. read more

Without a doubt, this is the best spot in all of San Pancho. In a town full of amazing options, that is saying something. A fusion of Japanese and Mexican, the food is not only beautiful but delicious. The amuse bouche the day we were there was a tiny serving of ceviche de pulpo, my 6-year-old loved it so much we had to request a full order. The kids taco is lovely. Slightly fried fish (catch of the day) served with heirloom tomatoes and an avocado puree. We ordered all 5 of the tacos on the menu and each bite was better than the one before it. I can't overstate how beautiful the food is, both aesthetically and in taste. My favorite choice was the suckling pig tlocoyos. Simple and delicious. Highly recommend. No trip to San Pancho can be complete without stopping here at least once. read more

Fresh fusion spot! This placee has some traditional Mexican favorites with a Japanese twist. All complementing the flavors of fresh seafood. We started the meal with two mini tacos wrapped in what tasted like a wonton wrapper. It was just a bite to get our appetites going. Then we had the lobster crudo and ceviche to start. For my first time having raw lobster I was impressed! It was my favorite part of the meal, very refreshing and tasty. The ceviche was good as well and had a lot of veggies in it.
