My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That's when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don't even know if that's her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it's been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn't need to give me his or her name to me. I'm sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! I remember that practically everything had "irregular" on it when I had previously visited and that is no longer the case. Hopefully, that means that sleeves aren't different lengths and they just couldn't afford labels. They seemed to have decent clothes and if you're not worried about designer labels, you'll be fine. I limited my visit to the men's area. People working there seemed friendly and observant. It's always good in retail to let everyone know that you see them and that you're watching.

He poked his thigh while putting on the pants and it left a mark and pain. We brought it to the employees attention and they were very non chalant about it, saying it happens from time to time from people trying to steal clothes and remove the security tags. It was disappointing. They didn't fill out an injury report or even give us any sort of discount after he was injured. It literally looked like a needle sticking out in the pants. It really could be a health hazard. So while the prices are low and affordable here, I would suggest shopping elsewhere because there's no reason your safety shouldn't be a priority at a store.

Will they eventually RETURN MY CALL? I want our blinds in ASAP at this point Oh and a good Sidenote for suture customers They will charge you to take down any window coverings you may have up. They'll charge to take them down and they won't even throw them away at take them with them. They will kindly leave your old window coverings on the side of your house or in front of your garage I'm curious if they aren't disposing of them why the charge?
