Hub got the wings in buffalo garlic & they were floating in sauce, not my thing, I got a Caesar salad with chicken on it, the chicken was pretty decent, but they give you a packet of the dressing, that's kind of a negative with any place that gives you salad dressing in a packet. This is by far the greasiest food we have ever had. The wings were saturated and delivered in a bath of grease of at least a half inch. It was so much grease it was soaking through the styrofoam container. The pizza was identical and so much grease. I had to pat it down several times so my kids would just entertain the thought of eating it. We took a chance and bypassed some old trusty chain places because of the rating but I have to believe those are all fake reviews. read more

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. The wings I received were so dry and chewy, it honestly felt like I was eating beef jerky. On top of that, they were incredibly small -- definitely not worth the price. I had ordered my wings half garlic parm and half barbecue (which came with an upcharge), but they only came garlic parm. I also requested blue cheese and was given ranch instead. These might seem like small mistakes, but when you're already paying extra, the details matter when ordering togo. Overall, the wings were overpriced and poorly cooked. You could get better wings--juicier, properly sauced, and actually accurate to your order--at Publix, which says a lot. 3 things about this place: 1. Heard good things about this place from different people and decided to give this place a try. Good portion of a pizza and wings but slightly pricey. The food was ready to go, the place was super clean, and staff was friendly. 2. Half cheese / half pepperoni was ordered along with some wings with the sauce on the side. The pizza was SUPER salty. I have never tasted any pizza this salty before. The dough was way too much and made it hard to eat the pizza because of how chewy the dough got. 3. The wings were overly dry and there was nothing juicy about them nor are there any meat on the wings. I felt the wings were not worth the price and I would not get it again at this place. Honestly, I hate giving bad reviews and wanna support local businesses but I don't know if I'll be back to this spot. IL Primo does have pizza and subs but I was all over the wings. And today was their Monday wings special with a small order (10 wings) for a lower price. Awesome! The wings did not take long and were brought to the table. A good portion of meaty wings in a hot sauce that was nicely on the wings but not swimming in them. Blue cheese was reasonably chunky. This is the first time I've ever seen Pepsi's equivalent of the Coke Freestyle machine. That was pretty neat. The restaurant is clean and roomy. First let me say, I don't have any pictures for this review because we scarfed our pizza and wings down so quickly. We came in pretty late after enjoying some Italian ice and decided on wings and pizza. The gentleman behind the counter included a special we didn't know about which saved us a few bucks - already a winner in my book. We seated ourselves near the TVs to watch Home Alone, and within minutes our wings were being sat in front of us. I was impressed at the size of the wings, lots of places skimp out but Il Primo is not one of them. They were meaty and spicy and the homemade ranch we dipped them in was delicious. A few minutes after our pizza arrived, we went with the personal size given the time of night but next time we'll have to go at least medium. The pizza is so good from the crust and toppings to the piping hot serving temperature. We have now ordered from Il Primo three separate times, ordering a variety of their apps and pizzas. We have been CONSISTENTLY IMPRESSED with the quality, taste portion sizes, and price. Always fresh & hot & they bend over backwards to make your visit or take out just perfect. We celebrated my husbands birthday there last night & everything was wonderful from having tables together to accommodate 12, order came out promptly, nice fresh & hot & all as ordered. Even had a face painting lady there who made a fishing pole with fish on end out of balloons for my husband who was celebrating his 77th birthday. We had always been a fan of ILPrimos since the day it opened & would always order for home & take our visiting families & guest there but for some reason their pizza & wings had gotten really bad. We stopped in 7/19 after reading good reviews we wanted to try them out and they were open till 10. We arrived just before 9pm. What we noticed right away was just young kids are running the place. We ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks. Food was hot. Pizza is conveyer style pizza, better than dominoes. Wings my husband said were very good. Breadsticks were ok. The lack of management was the worst. Employees were hugging and flirting in the dining room instead of vacuuming. The ones behind the counter also looked like they were into each other. They were laughing in the back as one employee kept crafting different food items to taste. Fried guacamole balls that the blonde with long ponytail was heaving ready to puke. Just not inviting or professional staff at all. I wondered where the "manager" was that you read about in the reviews. If his name is Carlos, he was another kid allowing and joining in on the workers bad behavior. If I were the owner, I would be livid to see employees ruining my restaurant in this way.
