Not sure if I could give this place less than 5 stars. When I come down to SW Florida, this is the place I want. The pizza is hot and fresh and the wings are SAUCY and oh so delicious. My wife loves getting the mozzarella stix. Make sure you eat them while they are hot!!! Now... one qualm I did have was that the marinara sauce was cold... I prefer it warm, but nonetheless the stix are good. The pizzas are cheese... you pay for the toppings, so no surprises here. The menu is right above you so you really do see "upfront pricing". Cheap.... no..... but you get what you pay for and it's worth the prices. The service is SUPER fast... the place was packed and we still got our food in less than 10 minutes.... Stix we got first, then our wings, then the pizza. The call your name out on the intercom to pick up your order for your table, so not really "table service" but that's not needed cause they are so fast. The drinks are right there by where you pick up your food. They are primarily fountain drinks and I saw only one size of a cup. That doesn't matter cause you get unlimited refills. They also have a bar there. Beer and wine is available for responsible adults. This a family oriented place, so keep that in mind. They do have a couple of TVs. I didn't really pay attention to what was on. I know in the past they would play kids movies, but I am sure they do sports too, but don't quote me on that. I haven't found a place like this in Orlando or Apopka... so when you come down to SW Florida and you want a good place for family pizza and wings .... Come here !!!!!! read more

What a great first experience. I have to say I was really surprised to have liked the pizza as much as I did. We had the special and vegetarian both of which were incredible. LOTS or fresh cheese and you can tell the toppings are top quality. Having had to use those cheap chain pizza places for a while it was great to get a really good quality pizza. It was also great to realize that just one pizza filled all four of us. So often with those other places two large leave us hungry still. But two large here and we had about half of each left. Oh and did I mention that I called them at 730 on a Friday night for carry out and the told me they would be ready in 10 minutes! Bottom line great food, affordable prices, and efficient run. Five stars all around. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did. read more

Sunday, 16th of July , my wife and I stopped in for lunch at our local EL Primos. As usual, the pizza and wings were amazing. Now, let's jump into my complaint : Yariza ( see photo ) seemed to be obvious to what customer service is and her lack of professionalism. Customer service is not Yariza's, strong point. When Yariza called me up for my pizza , which I ordered two , only one was available. I'm looking at 3 pizza, and all the same size ( personal ) , I asked Yariza, where was the other one I ordered, she rudely told me to step aside and they will call me when it comes out. Wow, rude, the way she spoke to me it was just horrible customer service. I asked Yariza , "Where's your manager?" she pointed to the manager ( Bob ), and since NO ONE was wearing name tags, who knew even if these were their names . Yariza seemed to think this was a joke , she had a smug attitude, just unbelievable. Well, Bob said he would talk to her, which probably went in one ear and out the other. Yariza seemed not fazed and could have care less . Before I left, I asked Bob what's the district's phone number was. Well, he didn't have it , He told me Yariza is young, and he talked to her. Bob told her to be more understanding to customers. So basically, nothing will be done. My advice to you, Yariza, just think, what if it was your father or mother ordering or asking you a question, would you treat them in the same manor and attitude you gave me ? Unbelievable, I hope the next time I go back these two ( Yariza & Bob ) will NOT BE THERE . read more

Fantastic Pizza! We just happen upon this place my second night living in Fort Myers and it will not be my first and only time because their pizza was amazing! We have been here numerous times and the pizza is always good. This time we were having guests to our home so we called thinking they delivered but no. I went ahead and ordered anyway since we know the quality is good and didn't want to risk it with another pizza place. I ordered a large meat-lovers and veggie. They said about 20 minutes so I left immediately to get it. We are right down the road in Gateway so I expected to wait but the pizza was ready when I arrived. I was greeted with a smile so that is always nice. The pizza was great as usual. The meat-eaters actually enjoyed the veggie packed veggie lovers pizza more than they did their own. Overall the food was edible and decent for what we got. I will say the young woman who took our order over the phone was very patient, professional and informative. Unfortunately, I asked for an even amount of Blue Cheese and Ranch but was given a mountain of BC and only 3 ranches, I was ordering for a company training. We also ordered a salad for a vegan co-worker and to say the salad was dissapointing is an understatement. A garden salad with no cheese or tomato (due to allergy) and it came with lettuce 2 cucumber slices and thats it. Also a majority of our group wanted garlic parmesan (as advertised online, yet I was informed the "different management" doesn't provide it at the Lehigh location. The bags were full of sauce in the bottom and some containers appeared to be placed upside down in the bags. Needless to say, we will spend the extra money and drive the extra miles for an alternative wing place from now on. Il Primo will always be a family favorite. Pizzas are great quality and priced well for their sizes. I'm not a usual fan of crust, but Il Primo's crust is delicious. Their wings are outta this world good! They sorts vary in size, some were usual size and some were a little small. But the taste is great! We got the mild sauce with the wings and I was very pleased that the sauce didn't make the wings soggy. They were delish! Definitely my go to spot for wings in the area. They have coupons on their website! Check em out before ordering! We called in and order was ready in 10 mins for two large pizzas and 20 wings. Awesome!! Dining in can be nice when it's not super busy. I've seen them with the dining room full with a school sports team and their entire families and set of friends and during times like that it's definitely not ideal. Well it has been quite awhile since we had last been here. It was a very busy Friday night. I had forgotten it was a Friday. Lots of families and 2 birthday parties going on. They got our pizza done in a timely manner and it was delicious! This time was just pepperoni medium size. Hubby and I enjoyed eating in the dining room . We had placed a personal size Hawaiian pizza to go for my mother. The order taker guy told me that when I was ready for them to do my take out order to come back and let them know. Halfway through the pizza. I went up and told the people behind the counter that I was ready for my to go order. By the home my hubby and J finished eating g our amazing Italian pie, my name was called for my go go pizza. Perfect timing. I forgot to take the pic of mom's pizza. Il Primo has always been my family's go-to pizza place in Lehigh, but because of their prices, we don't frequent here. Since we went on a Monday, we took advantage of their $7.99 medium cheese pizza or small wings, which is also available on Tuesdays. We had two medium pizzas, one with ham and pineapple, and the other with bacon and onion, along with two orders of wings. The total came out to slightly under $40, which is definitely expensive in comparison to pizza chains, and this total would have been higher on another day. However, we continuously come back here for the nice environment and good food. Seating here is very spacious and suitable for large parties, and they always have a Disney movie playing on their TVs. They have plates/utensils lined up for your party to grab, but unfortunately they are plastic/styrofoam. Each table, which are typically clean, has parmesan and crushed red pepper in shakers, along with a napkin dispenser and pizza holder. As for the pizza, they are never skimpy with toppings; granted it's pretty expensive to add toppings, but they put a generous amount. For our ham and pineapple pizza, every inch was basically covered with pieces of pineapple. For the bacon and onion, it was clearly drowned in bacon. The taste here is amazing; even though it isn't a deep dish, the pizzas are thick enough to be filling, and there is a nice cheese pull if you eat it immediately! I'm usually not a huge fan of pizza crust, but I also love the fluffy crust here. As for the wings, they are on the smaller size, and each wing averages to about $1 at menu price. The flavors offered are mild, medium, hot, suicide, and bbq; my family gets medium and hot to satisfy the spicy and non-spicy food lovers. I would say the hot isn't too hot, but I imagine the suicide to be unenjoyable. Nonetheless, they give a decent sized cup of ranch or bleu cheese with each order, but no vegetables. For the cost, I would be hesitant in coming here often, but I think it's definitely a place to try. read more

Had the munchies on the way back from the Casino tonight and found this place in Yelp, so we gave it a try. Ordered over the phone, a 12" pizza with pepperoni and half bacon and half mushrooms, $12. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Walked in the place and noticed a large dining room. It was busy on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm. The pizza was ready in time and we were quickly out of there. The pizza has a thicker crust but it's nice and light, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The toppings were perfect, crispy bacon crumble and fresh mushrooms. What a great pie! I will have to come back and dine inside one evening. They close at 10pm which is an hour later than most other places in the area that are not part of a national chain. read more

Il Primo is right by my house and I find myself there when I'm craving pizza and wings. Their food is pretty great! Pizza comes out fast, wings are the perfect size (and they cook them to perfection), and they usually have the sports games on tv which keeps me entertained while there. The first time I went, I had a detailed conversation with their manager on locations, menu, etc. He ended up giving me a complimentary salad because they were almost out of a meat. We then discussed the source of their supplies which made me feel that he cared about what went into the food and the flavor that his customers would taste. Overall, very pleasant dining experience with fair prices. They usually have a large pizza deal on Sundays that is cost-friendly! I recommend trying it out with small wings (extra crispy). I haven't always been a fan of Il Primo, but recently a friend invited a few of us there to meet for dinner, so I relented. Glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised to be served a pizza of higher quality than I had previously experienced. Something has changed, and I'm happy to say it's been for the better, which isn't always the case in a restaurant setting. Primo's is counter service. Order at the counter, fill your drink cups, and wait for your name to be called. Pick up your order. Easy with extra cheesy. It is, as Yelp says, "A-Ok". Staff circulates around the dining area mostly to clear and clean. Refill your drinks on your own etc. Primo's is pretty ok and great for groups. read more

Was really looking forward to trying this place because I heard good things. They were wrong. Wings were not fresh. Tasted like they were cooked, sat around for an hour or so and then served. The pizza was so so. Tasted frozen even though I can't prove that is is it isn't abs the boneless wings were like ones I could buy from the supermarket. Nothing special at all.
