Bob is the one in the tan ball cap, speaking with Yariza , Even in this photo, she's angry.

Sunday, 16th of July , my wife and I stopped in for lunch at our local EL Primos. As usual, the pizza and wings were amazing. Now, let's jump into my complaint : Yariza ( see photo ) seemed to be obvious to what customer service is and her lack of professionalism. Customer service is not Yariza's, strong point. When Yariza called me up for my pizza , which I ordered two , only one was available. I'm looking at 3 pizza, and all the same size ( personal ) , I asked Yariza, where was the other one I ordered, she rudely told me to step aside and they will call me when it comes out. Wow, rude, the way she spoke to me it was just horrible customer service. I asked Yariza , "Where's your manager?" she pointed to the manager ( Bob ), and since NO ONE was wearing name tags, who knew even if these were their names . Yariza seemed to think this was a joke , she had a smug attitude, just unbelievable. Well, Bob said he would talk to her, which probably went in one ear and out the other. Yariza seemed not fazed and could have care less . Before I left, I asked Bob what's the district's phone number was. Well, he didn't have it , He told me Yariza is young, and he talked to her. Bob told her to be more understanding to customers. So basically, nothing will be done. My advice to you, Yariza, just think, what if it was your father or mother ordering or asking you a question, would you treat them in the same manor and attitude you gave me ? Unbelievable, I hope the next time I go back these two ( Yariza & Bob ) will NOT BE THERE .

Il Primo will always be a family favorite. Pizzas are great quality and priced well for their sizes. I'm not a usual fan of crust, but Il Primo's crust is delicious. Their wings are outta this world good! They sorts vary in size, some were usual size and some were a little small. But the taste is great! We got the mild sauce with the wings and I was very pleased that the sauce didn't make the wings soggy. They were delish! Definitely my go to spot for wings in the area. They have coupons on their website! Check em out before ordering! We called in and order was ready in 10 mins for two large pizzas and 20 wings. Awesome!! Dining in can be nice when it's not super busy. I've seen them with the dining room full with a school sports team and their entire families and set of friends and during times like that it's definitely not ideal. I typically do takeout here and it's still a great quality when you get home, just like getting it fresh.

Well it has been quite awhile since we had last been here. It was a very busy Friday night. I had forgotten it was a Friday. Lots of families and 2 birthday parties going on. They got our pizza done in a timely manner and it was delicious! This time was just pepperoni medium size. Hubby and I enjoyed eating in the dining room . We had placed a personal size Hawaiian pizza to go for my mother. The order taker guy told me that when I was ready for them to do my take out order to come back and let them know. Halfway through the pizza. I went up and told the people behind the counter that I was ready for my to go order. By the home my hubby and J finished eating g our amazing Italian pie, my name was called for my go go pizza. Perfect timing. I forgot to take the pic of mom's pizza. Long story short, she absolutely loved it. Great prices, great service, great food! Great place to go get your pizza & wings craving. They have excellent wings too.

Il Primo has always been my family's go-to pizza place in Lehigh, but because of their prices, we don't frequent here. Since we went on a Monday, we took advantage of their $7.99 medium cheese pizza or small wings, which is also available on Tuesdays. We had two medium pizzas, one with ham and pineapple, and the other with bacon and onion, along with two orders of wings. The total came out to slightly under $40, which is definitely expensive in comparison to pizza chains, and this total would have been higher on another day. However, we continuously come back here for the nice environment and good food. Seating here is very spacious and suitable for large parties, and they always have a Disney movie playing on their TVs. They have plates/utensils lined up for your party to grab, but unfortunately they are plastic/styrofoam. Each table, which are typically clean, has parmesan and crushed red pepper in shakers, along with a napkin dispenser and pizza holder. As for the pizza, they are never skimpy with toppings; granted it's pretty expensive to add toppings, but they put a generous amount. For our ham and pineapple pizza, every inch was basically covered with pieces of pineapple. For the bacon and onion, it was clearly drowned in bacon. The taste here is amazing; even though it isn't a deep dish, the pizzas are thick enough to be filling, and there is a nice cheese pull if you eat it immediately! I'm usually not a huge fan of pizza crust, but I also love the fluffy crust here. As for the wings, they are on the smaller size, and each wing averages to about $1 at menu price. The flavors offered are mild, medium, hot, suicide, and bbq; my family gets medium and hot to satisfy the spicy and non-spicy food lovers. I would say the hot isn't too hot, but I imagine the suicide to be unenjoyable. Nonetheless, they give a decent sized cup of ranch or bleu cheese with each order, but no vegetables. For the cost, I would be hesitant in coming here often, but I think it's definitely a place to try.

I am not the biggest fan of fan as it's salty to me but there's wasn't and it was the perfect balance with the pineapple!

They have cute pics on the wall. We enjoyed the atmosphere. It was not busy at 5:00 pm on the Saturday after Christmas. However, our server Emily said they had a large lunch rush and that they have been steadily busy since opening July 2025. We also love wings, so we ordered 10 lightly tossed with hot sauce. Like other reviews, I can confirm that the wings are large, juicy and meaty. The hot sauce wasn't terribly hot and had a bit of a sweet taste to it. The accompanying ranch dressing tasted home made. Our pizza was a meat lovers with extra cheese. Toppings included Sausage, Pepperoni and Bacon. It was very meaty. But, the best part of this thin crust pizza is that their crust is crispy, which we love after living in St. Louis for many years. In fact, if they used provel cheese vs mozzarella, it could stand in for a St, Louis style pizza. Very tasty, we loved it. Emily was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We met the owner who is the cook and she was also very friendly. We loved the signed bills on the wall, so we added one of our own. We will look for it during our next visit. It is for certain that we will return!

The Salmon Wasn't the Problem. The Manager Was…read more I took my father to Overtime Pizzeria for Father's Day along with family and friends. The disappointing part of our experience wasn't the food--it was the manager. First, I want to recognize our waitress, Shyann. She was absolutely wonderful. Sweet, attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant throughout our entire visit. She did everything right. The issue began when my mother's salmon arrived with a strong fishy odor. We politely brought it to the attention of the manager, Jerry. He came to our table, agreed there was an issue, and personally told us he would remove the salmon from the bill. What is important to understand is that Shyann was NOT standing there when Jerry made that promise. She had absolutely no knowledge that he had agreed to comp the meal. Approximately 45 minutes later, our checks arrived and the salmon was still on the bill. We simply informed Shyann that Jerry had said it would be removed. She immediately apologized and went to get him. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for forgetting to remove the charge himself, Jerry publicly scolded Shyann for bringing us the check and processing the payment before the correction had been made. Let me be very clear: this was not her mistake. It was his. He had approximately 45 minutes to remove a single item from a bill and failed to do so. Yet somehow the young waitress became the target of his frustration. The entire dining room witnessed it. Shyann walked away visibly shaken and fighting back tears. Later she passed our table with tears in her eyes, still trying to do her job professionally. When I asked if she was okay, she replied, "It's okay, really." I told her, "No, it's not okay." Because it wasn't. What made it even more obvious was that a woman from a neighboring table stopped Shyann and told her she was doing a fantastic job. Complete strangers saw what happened and felt compelled to encourage her because they could see how unfairly she had been treated. At that point, our issue was no longer the salmon. Bad meals happen. Mistakes happen. We were not upset about that. What upset us was watching a manager humiliate a young employee in front of an entire dining room for a mistake that was ultimately his own. When we spoke to Jerry afterward, my friend calmly explained exactly that. We told him we weren't upset about the food. We were upset about how he treated Shyann. His response was dismissive and arrogant. He told us we were "entitled to our opinion." My friend then told him she would be leaving a Google review. His response? "Go ahead." When I asked for his name from across the table, he didn't simply answer. With an attitude that perfectly matched the entire interaction, he slowly spelled it out: "J-E-R-R-Y." As if he was daring us to write this review. We suggested that he apologize to Shyann for embarrassing her in front of customers. He flatly refused. Instead, he repeatedly said, "Okay, bye. Okay, bye," dismissed our concerns entirely, and walked away before disappearing into the kitchen. A manager's job is to lead, take responsibility, support their staff, and represent the business professionally. Jerry failed on every level. The salmon wasn't the problem. The problem was watching a young waitress be reduced to tears because a manager couldn't take responsibility for his own mistake. Overtime Pizzeria is fortunate to have employees like Shyann. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Jerry.
