Ti is super awesome! I made a last minute appointment that was basically same day (i texted requesting an appointment well after her working hours the day prior). She got back to me quicker than expected. Once i met her (i was already running late), she took the time to explain my different options when it came to style and length. She's also very thorough and explained what she was doing as she was about to do it; i.e. washing her hands prior to beginning, reason for the under eye pads, each step that's different from the last, etc. On top of her great customer service, the lashes she uses are really soft and hardly feel like any extra weight on my natural lashes. She's very picky with perfecting her work, which is great because she doesn't let you leave without making sure your lashes look fabulous and are exactly how you want them! So the only down side, which isn't really a down side, is that her location is a little tricky to find. I scheduled my appointment and the business declined roughly 2 hrs prior to my appointment time. Then raised their prices by $5 the very next day! When asked if they would honor the price that my appointment was scheduled at. As you can see, I was ignored! Not a lot of integrity here. After all I can afford $5 more but not at the expense of feeling ripped off. Not a good way to build rapport with a new client. Cancel their appointment and then charge them more the very next day as an apology. read more
