Unfortunately, the experience matched the price. First red flag: no chair massage offered. I even asked if it worked, and the technician didn't know. That already felt odd. The pedicure itself was way too gentle. No scrub at all, and I paid extra for callus removal--which was basically nonexistent. When I asked, she said they use a yellow sponge... I'm used to actual callus removal tools and exfoliation, so this was disappointing. For the polish, it got worse. The technician couldn't do the French tip and had me wait for someone else. I asked for a dark pink, but the color I got looks nothing like what I chose (see photo). When I pointed it out, I was told it's because I didn't get gel and regular polish is "always lighter." Instead of fixing it, it just felt like an excuse. Other issues: No toe separators used Cuticles were not trimmed at all Nails weren't properly cleaned, just filed No sanitizing solution used in the water Overall, it felt like there was an excuse for everything instead of trying to make the customer happy. I understand this was a budget service, but basic pedicure steps should still be included. Definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience.

SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

I must start by saying that I have been going to "Tee" to have eyelashes done for some months now. I am in the medical field and first thing I noticed is how clean she is. She pays very close attention to making sure her client is comfortable. Not only does she do amazing lashes that surpass the two week refill, she is very knowledgeable about the different style types. Additionally, she is a very sweet person and has fit me in for appointment, even in the break of an emergency, even when her schedule wont allow it. I am never disappointed and I've tried the classic and hybrid styles. Recently she has brought other people on her team, which is great, because she is always booked and busy! I guess I am not the only one who loves her :). She will continue to be my lash tech for years to come as her prices are the most affordable I have ever encountered and her professionalism is off the charts!!! Lastly, she makes sure that you are happy with your lashes before you leave and provides you with a lash brush ( I'm sure while supplies last)!!! Just before my vacation, my original lash tech appointment was canceled 2 days before my trip due to illness. I panicked, searching TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and finally made my way over to yelp. That's how I found Ti! Now, let's talk about the quality of her work! Tiyi absolutely delivered--my lashes looked stunning! They were applied flawlessly, and I woke up without a single lash out of place or on my pillow. The longevity and quality are simply amazing. I only did thr lift and opted out of doing the tint. I noticed a significant difference as soon as I did the lift, and did not wash my eyes for 3 days. However, when I did wash my eyes I noticed a drop in the lift. I called and told her about it and she assured me that this is usual, my lashes still have a good lift, and the 2nd time I do a lift, my lashes will hold better. I was informed that the 1st time you do a lift, lashes can be resistant a bit but overall my lashes were holding up well. My lift lasted about 4- 5weeks (I lost track). I'm heading in for a 2nd lift and will update on how it turns out **I did however, wait a whole month in between the time it wore off to now.
