The staff was very friendly and there was a good amount of patrons coming in while I was getting my service done. I've had microblading in the past and it lasted about 3 years. I think Molly did a better job than my previous technician and will likely last a bit longer. They use numbing cream but you're still going to feel the pain. I loved that she took her time mapping out my brows. Makes you feel much more comfortable because let's face it getting a tattoo on your face can be scary. I'm going through the weird healing process now and scabs are starting to come off. If you've never had microblading done before it almost looks like the pigment is coming out but it darkens back up after you were healed. I'm hoping to take a final picture and we'll add to this review but if you're looking for this type of service I highly recommend.

Shannon called me to ask how she could help and I explained what I was waiting on and that I was unhappy with my currently lash girl because the retention was terrible and lashes are not a cheap upkeep. I had my eyebrows tinted and then moved on to my eyelashes. Both looked amazing. I also received a follow up call/voicemail from Shannon to ask how my appt was. Let me add that she was out of the country on vacation so I could not come in earlier. I feel cheated and lied to. And she just lost a long-time customer. Also, she has you come to her house for services once you're an established customer. Just creepy; and I strongly suspect her Homeowners Association and her insurance policy don't know she is running a business out of her residence!

She diligently worked on it for 90 minutes the for the first fill, and my lashes lasted a little over 14 days! I just came back from my 2nd lash fill with her and it only took an hour and it was at a reduced price. She is patient, delightful, and very professional.
