I came here for a contact lense appt, and the doc immediately tested me for a prism lense to help my double vision. I was so impressed,he knew exactly what my issue was. Friendly and welcoming staff, they made the first-time glasses and contact buying process very simple. Doctor there was friendly and knowledgeable as well, it was a quick and easy process. In dire need of replacement glasses I was delighted to find that this establishment takes my insurance. I went in there to a full waiting room and thought I would be there for hours. The staff were efficient and very welcoming and very professional. They disperse the crowd with care and satisfaction. I don't believe my weight was more than nine minutes even though I was about a half an hour early for my appointment. Sal, Theresa, Amanda and Dr. Isaacs made it a very pleasant experience. Let me start by saying that I'll be seeing you is the only place that I shop for sunglasses my prescription glasses my family's prescription glasses and sunglasses etc. they have an extremely helpful honest and friendly staff. Not to mention all kidding aside some of the hottest sales girls in the nation. I would sincerely suggest I will be seeing you optical if you want the hottest new shades served up at the best possible prices by the best friendliest and again hottest salesforce in the eyewear space to date. P.S. Most importantly any poor rating against I'll be seeing you Optical simply isn't true, reality is that they were all written by a salty ex employee who was fired for doing drugs. I know this because the parents of the ex employee are my next-door neighbors and his parents were the ones who told me that he was getting all of his friends to write bad reviews because he was angry that they had let him go because he was doing drugs on the job and trying to sell them to customers also. Went there because a screw broke on my glasses and they said come in and we'll see what we could do. Ran right over there and one of the ladies looked at it and said we might be able to drill it out but I don't want to break them why don't you just buy a new pair. Yes I didn't buy them for this establishment but they are less than 2 years old and cohens in the mall is closed. Just seems all they wanted to do was sell me a new pair and didn't want to even attempt to fix them. The next day I went to Wiliams optical on victory Blvd and they fixed them within a half hour and get this NO CHARGE . My sister has been going to them for years and has decided to switch from glasses to contacts and treated her very unfair while inquiring what was best for her that literally left her in tears therefore, asked me contact them directly which unfortunately led to an argument over the phone as they were yelling at me while trying to speak to them. It's a family run business and they're so unprofessional and feel entitled to treat their customers poorly . Don't even wast your time going there, the doctor is the only nice one. I bought glasses from them, paid cash, they went behind me to claim it from my insurance after I paid them. When I called to get my money back, they told me the" boss lady" who sold me the glasses does not work there anymore. World's worst customer service! Their prices are high, the service is super slow. I was in there for an hour and a half, waiting to try on and pick-up my opticals. Most of the staff is incredibly unprofessional, led by an the owner who yells in the place, like she's in her own kitchen. They provided bad information about what my insurance would cover and w. I wound up needing to pay more out of pocket, after the fact. When I called the store for clarity and assistance, I was abruptly cursed at and treated rudely, like I was the jerk for trying to understand the guidance they provided.
