First off, a nice sense of calm welcomed me from the melodic sounds of nature, as I walked up from the parking lot to the Spa doors. Then a second scent of renewed energy embraced me as entered the serene lobby. This was a very new experience for me to have my hair appointment at a full spa. It is like night and day. I met with Alexis and she made me feel so at ease. I told her my back was sore and she brought me a heated pillow.
