I started coming here recently on the recommendation of a client to see Hope, a new addition to the Posh team from Santa Cruz, and I'm so happy I did! First, the space is lovely, warm and relaxing, the Eminence products are my favorite, so I was excited to have them on my face! Table with the steam was super warm, and they are great with the details to make you feel comfy. She gives a great facial. Firm touch and a lot of delicious massage on the face, neck and arms, which I love because I'm a bodyworker myself. There was lympatic drainage used to clear up my jaw acne, which worked great. I have been getting my facials at Posh Organics. Recently, I decided to have an IPL laser treatment for my sun damaged skin. After 2 treatments, I'd say there is a noticeable difference in the discoloration and texture of my skin. What an amazing hour I just spent at Posh spa getting a facial. Basically I think facials involve different layers of cleansers, toners, masques and serums . I got all of that but in addition I got a wonderful face and neck massage, an arm and hand massage and a foot and leg massage. I went into a deep relaxation fast and didn't emerge until 60 minutes later. I felt and looked radiant but am glad I had time to sit and organize my thoughts which were somewhere out there. I know I need to be better at posting reviews especially when they are good. So here goes: This is a small day spa. It does not have 25 rooms and a salt room and sauna and plunge pool etc....what Posh DOES have is extremely talented and knowledgeable therapists that are 100% committed to thier craft. I have been to many, many places so when I was booking a spa treatment for my Mom (birthday) in a place I had never been to I was apprehensive. I had never even been to the state or town before that week. We went in and sat down. We were offered tea. During a brief conversation we were asked what we liked, what our regimens are,, what we were looking for for our skin, etc. . After that we went to our respective rooms where we had the BEST facials ever because the facials were based off of what they had asked us.. The facials come with so many extras. Danielle (my new best friend) and Diana (my mom's new best friend) are amazing. Danielle is so calming, knows her craft and freaking owns it 100%. She did a custom facial and my first dermaplane. My skin is great. My attitude is great. This was a wonderful experience. There were no hard sales of product after the service (as there can be at other places). I was given samples and having tried them at home there are two I am pretty sure I want. We actually went back for a second treatment while we were there. I really can't say enough about every person that works at PoshOrganics. They need to be so very proud of the work they do. I will recommend them to everyone. Try Posh Organics. I've had the Microneedling treatment twice now with Diana and it was fabulous! Diana is very thorough, knowledgeable, attention to detail and an overall fantastic experience! Here is the thing, I am an online shopper. Meaning before I walk into a store I often times know what I am getting. When I walked into Posh I knew what I wanted, John Masters Shampoo. I went and found it, and then proceeded to the counter. The lady that greeted me at the counter never asked if I needed help. Never asked If I found everything okay. And then when I told her I found her online her response, 'We are listed online?' Umm yeah, with your inventory. To me, customer service is everything. To not take the time to see why I was in there, ask if I needed help or if I had any questions, and then to not know you have a web presence completely ruined it for me. On the plus side, great prices... I will probably not come here again. I will order online. I try and support local businesses, but when they don't care about their customers, then I will find a SMB online with organic body products to support. read more

Danielle and Diana are incredible! My mom and I did a side by side facial with them and the quality of the products and skill used was out of this world. At the end of our 60 minute facial, we received free samples and a detailed list of the products used on our skin, as well as advice for what to do to maintain healthy skin. Our facials included arm, hand, and foot massages. This isn't a salon where the receptionist or masseurs act superior to you. I received the Eminence Stone Crop Starter Set as a birthday gift this past year and have been hooked on Eminence products ever since. I usually order online because I'm based in Portland, but this past weekend I was in Southern Oregon visiting friends and I knew I had to stop by and see the store in person. First of all, the store is absolutely beautiful - very chic and clean. Their selection of skincare is HUGE (I'm pretty sure they carry the entire Eminence line) and their staff is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Not once did I feel like they were being pushy, and they were able to suggest products and answer any questions I had. Additionally, they have a very extensive selection of natural, spa-grade cosmetics, which I love. I picked up a few Axiology lipsticks (handmade in Bend, OR) and I'm obsessed with them - I love that I was able to discover and support two local Oregon brands at once! Next time I'm in town I am definitely going to look into getting a facial because I've heard amazing things about their spa services. I found Posh Organics while I was walking around window shopping downtown Ashland. The boutique store front is adorable, very clean and filled with amazing natural makeup, organic hair care and gift type items. When I saw they carried Eminence Organic Skin Care, I knew I had found my favorite store in Ashland. I noticed their spa menu and asked if there was any way that I could get a facial. I dropped in for a brow wax. There was only one person working at the time and she was helping someone else. Instead of acknowledging me with an 'I'll be with you in a moment', she completely ignored me. I should've left then. The wax job was poorly done. She left lots of hair, including black ones you couldn't miss seeing. Then she "touched up" my make-up by drawing big heavy eye brows on me. They didn't look good at all!
