I've been looking into different companies and treatments to get rid of this stubborn fat around my stomach and chin. I visited a few non invasive places and most said I wouldn't be a candidate for their procedures. I was scrolling through instagram one day and saw an AD for illumin wellness and boy was I glad I did!! I signed up for their introductory promotion they had going on which was a really great deal. I didn't know much about Cryo therapy since there wasn't much information out there but Soran and her staff were really informative and nice. I booked an appointment and had to change it several times and they were very accommodating each time. I had tons of questions before I went to the actual appointment and they were always really nice in answering my questions. The day of the appointment staff was extremely friendly and Soran is an incredible person with a beautiful personality. She made me feel Sooo comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained what she's was going to do before she did it. And she gave really informative information about what she was doing and how it worked. The process took about an hour or so and it was not painful at all! It truly felt like a high end spa treatment. Soran seemed really knowledgeable about what she was doing and seemed to really enjoy her job. The process of the stomach was really cool. She puts these suction cup type things on your stomach and they start off warm and then they get cold. She constantly checked on me asking and making sure it wasn't too cool and that I wasn't in any discomfort. When she started on my face she gave me almost like a facial massage before she started the treatment. Again, it started with heat and then moved onto being cold. However, the cold felt really good! It felt like a nice cold facial massage. Soran spoke to me about the packages they offered and recommended what packaged she thought would best work for me. Never did I feel pressured to book more appointments or to do add ons. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I walked out feel extremely confidant. I'm a male and I think often times men do not do these types of things but. I highly recommend more men do this!! You will not be disappointed! It cost a decent amount. I believe they offer payment plans. But, you'll walk out feeling beautiful and confident! I can't wait to come back and do more treatments to get the final results I'm looking for. Trying to figure out whether I would continue further after their introductory offer, which is not a lesser amount ($200, tried to emphasise it would be only a demo session) I wasn't prepared for an interrogation, and I expected a consultation that would explain the services and potential outcomes. Unfortunately, the owner's approach was condescending and unprofessional, making me feel humiliated and uncomfortable. The staring and lack of clear communication only added to my unease. She looked so cold and seemed mad at something since she entered the room (no smile or any greetings ) Given the poor experience, I wouldn't recommend illumin Wellness to others.
