The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the wellness options available. Alyssa, in particular, was very impressive. She provided a thorough explanation of cryotherapy, red light therapy, the 4D massage, and various recovery options, all scientifically supported by her degree in kinesiology. The T-Shape 2 experience was tailored to suit my preference and I'm excited to see how it evolves . The aestheticians were also very welcoming, and the 20-minute face and neck "tightening" experience was pleasant and comfortable. Very new and interesting experience for me! I did the chin/neck sculpting service with Tori this evening. The staff is very friendly and personable. I was several minutes early and the girl at the front desk let me use one of their equipment while I wait, I tried out the leg compression chair and I loved it! You recline back in the chair and put on leg compression boots for 20 minutes, can adjust the level of compression as well. Tori was very knowledgeable and very friendly! She made sure I was comfortable during my appointment and did not fall short of any details before starting. I really liked the entire process of the neck/chin cryoslimming service. I started out with 9in of my "double chin" and Tori got me down to 8 inches! It is a little pricey to do regularly, but it was nice to try out. I would not recommend this business. Unsound business practices. They told me I did not pay for a service as the transaction showed pending on their end. I texted a screenshot of my bank statement that it went through on my end. Instead of reconciling on their end with the company that handles their financials first after seeing my screenshot, they continued to tell me that I owed them the money & made me show them a live feed of my bank statement - very uncomfortable & very unprofessional. Again, I do not recommend this business. Follow up to owners response below: While I waited for you to speak with you on reconciling the matter in your front lobby, I was able to hear you say to your staff you did not want to speak with me. This does not match your statement below that you worked through this as throughly as you were able to. Accusing paying customers while they show you proof of payment prior to checking with your financial company Mind Body I would not agree is a thorough nor professional stance on reconciliation of your systems error. read more

I love Kathryn's place, this Cryotherapy studio is friendly and welcoming with a knowledgable staff and that's just the start. If you haven't tried any kind of Cryo, check it out. After the cryo chamber (which is a room with a window that can fit several people, for you claustrophobics) I felt exhilarated, my inflammation pain was gone, and my sleep improved. After trying the cryo-contouring, my waistline lost an INCH and my thighs each an inch. I had gained some weight so my clothes started not fitting, and now they do! While I do like getting new clothes, I don't want to have to while going up a size! Give it a try, they have a great trial run offering. read more

I've been coming here for a few weeks to try out a monthly membership and treat my lower back which needs a lot of help. This place is friendly and has a lot treatments to choose from, including: the Cryo chamber (brrrr), Red Light Therapy booth, Infrared Sauna (3 of these), PEMF Therapy bed, Hydro Massage Bed, Localized Cryotherapy (to apply subzero air to inflamed or sore areas), TheraGun Massage, and Norma Tec Compression therapy. Most are designed to lessen inflammation, reduce pain, and boost recovery to whatever ails you. I honestly can't say enough good things about everyone that works there, including the twin brothers that run the place, Carlo and Franco. They are super nice, knowledgeable, professional, and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The clientele ranges from kids recovering from injuries, high school athletes, middle aged ladies/men like me, to older people treating injuries, aches, and arthritis. Everyone I've talked to is friendly and happy to be there. You can buy services a la carte or get a monthly membership. Right now they have a special for their base membership which is $179 per month. Usually it includes one service per visit, but through September 30 it includes two services per visit for 30 days from when you sign up. I love this place! The perfect go to for all my recovery needs especially after a long day of work on my feet. Kathryn is the absolute best and thoroughly explained each of the services offered. Love that I can just pop in right after work without booking an appointment and getting serviced right away. The facility is clean and well maintained. I love the whole body cryo chamber. Gloves, wool socks, a mask, and ear covers are provided. They also have shorts you can borrow. You get to pick a song of your choice and hang in the cryo chamber for 2-3 mins. I love the big window so you don't feel claustrophobic. I've gone a few times this week and feel relief in overall aches and pain. I haven't tried any other services here so I can't comment on those, but I have been trying the Cryoskin Slim a few times and have gotten absolutely no results even though I followed the instructions strictly. I excercise regularly and eat very healthy...but my waist hasn't gotten any smaller!! The reason why I keep doing it was that I bought a package here. Today I went there and thought my appointment was at 4:30 but turned out it was supposed to be from 4-5. I got there at 4:15 and thought I was early and I would have time to ask them about other packages they have, but turned out I was late...which was my fault. However, the girl at the front desk said "don't worry about it, Tori is finishing up the bed and will come get you shortly." So I was like oh that means I'm not late if the bed wasn't even ready by the time I got there and the girl specifically said "don't worry about it." So I went to the restroom quickly while waiting for the room to be prepared. However, I was very disappointed that instead of doing the whole hour or at least 45 minutes, they did only like 20 minutes and asked me to get up at 4:50 so that they could prepare the room for the next customer. I was upset because I paid a lot to have an hour session and if they can't do it, then they should have at least told me upfront so that I could have just rescheduled or worst case scenario paid for cancellation fee instead of just getting a 20 minutes session which of course wouldn't even do anything. And don't say "it's ok, don't worry about it," when it is not OK. I expressed my frustration and asked them to let me pay for the cancellation fee. I still have 3 more sessions to go, but I really don't feel like going back there at all...Also, regarding the treatment plan that the owner responded below, no one there told me that I have to consistently do it every 2 weeks. This made me upset even more because I spent $1K+ just to find out that I was not fully informed of the "treatment plan." And the response I got was let's schedule your 3 remaining sessions 2 weeks apart and you'll see better results. But what about the previous sessions and the money that I had already wasted?! After all I appreciate the owner's politeness, but didn't appreciate how things were resolved. I still had to pay $50 for late cancellation fees and suck it up and do the rest of the package hoping that I would see some sort of results... read more
