My experience at this location was not good at all, over the course of 6 months I had to come in 5 times for Botox "touch ups." This last time I had to go to a different location, totaling 6 visits for Botox in 6 months. I felt left in the dark about my experience coming each time wondering how much I was going be paying, wondering if this time it would work. I had to beg to be squeezed in to see a specific injector who was recommended as the top injector. While I appreciated that two of these session were complimentary. I was exhausted by last time that I came in for 52 units, totaling nearly $900, my "full Botox treatment" after three months and still saw movement in my eyebrows and forehead ! Just a few weeks later I would have to go to Palo Alto, get 28 units and pay another $400. I went to the Palo Alto location after relocating and a lot was questioned about the procedures and techniques done here. I brought it up to the manager Renee here at Danville, after multiple phone calls with her about finding a resolution, her only comments were "I really think you should come back and see Jen again." To "yeah there's nothing we can do since you just last got a touch up at Palo Alto and we can't see what you're talking about." Nevertheless, if you saw my notes you would see I got 28 extra units put in at Palo Alto after my 52 unit appointment at Danville ! Clearly, if I didn't have a lot of movement left, another top injector at your flagship location wouldn't give me an additional almost 30 units for nothing ! That's more than half of what they gave me at Danville, what happened to the other half I paid for ? There was a lot of sugar coating and dodging the problems during my phone call with the manager. She gave me insight that she's new in the clinic, and she's working to fix issues like I have mentioned - yet she's doing nothing to rectify this situation, so I would take lite to that comment. When I told her that I was disappointed in this conversation, I told her good luck and I feel let down again by this clinic - she hung up on me. When a senior injector at your flagship location finds it puzzling that you had to come for four Botox injection sessions over the course of two months (the forefront of my experience here) , and have to come in with significant movement in a months time after getting 52 units, it's remarkable that this clinic doesn't find that troubling and take quick action to address these issues. A partial credit would have been appreciated to basically help to make up for the fact that I had to get an extra 50% of the treatment redone at a different Skin Spirit location. Instead, they brush it off. That is deeply concerning. This clinic has a lot to learn, I wouldn't gamble your time, money or face. Good luck ! read more

When you walk in, they greet you and ask if you need anything to be comfortable, like water or tea, which is nice. I like how the waiting area is more open and helps you feel relaxed than La Vie. Today, I had a medical consult with Bre and a Signature Facial with Tina. She is very knowledgeable about skin for all ages. The signature facile is a 60-minute facial that combines microdermabrasion with steam, a mask, and extractions. My skin is super clean, very hydrated, and dewy, and I am so comfortable that I almost fell asleep on the warm facial chair. I guess that I've found my new favorite esthetician! read more

I booked a facial appointment online and received a call that I have to do a consultation first - even though I've done that treatment at Skinspirit before. That wasn't the problem but when I asked if I will still be able to do the treatment if cleared for it, I was told no, I have to come back. I had to cancel because I am not able to make multiple trips to have a 35 min facula appointment. What's also strange is that the whole morning was open for these appointments. What I love about the both of them is they are good listeners. I can be vulnerable with my concerns and they will share what they think I might need to achieve a natural rested look. When applying filler, they always numb with numbing cream and offer ice to numb as well before Botox to make injecting less painful. I've never been more happy with my results. Went in for a time and glow facial usually after I get this facial, I am glowing, but not this time when I went to the Danville location. My skin was red and irritated directly after the aesthetician put some sunscreen on for me that was tempted to try to cover up the redness, but it was very yellow and only made the situation worse. I had to go home and wash my face and put on make up, which is not what I wanted to do after the facial. I normally go to someone in downtown Walnut Creek and I can go out the rest of the day with no make up looking great. I guess lesson learned just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's better! I also called to see if I could come in earlier because I had somewhere to be after I was told yes that she had time and then she still didn't take me until my original schedule time even though I showed up 20 minutes earlier being told that she would be able to take me so only was the service itself, less desirable the respect for times also lacking. read more
