We were recommended Dr. Maimone by my husband's coworker who had a great experience working with her for her son for digestive issues. We were desperate to find someone help us navigate our toddler's severe eczema that had plagued her throughout her entire life as she was suffering in preschool and often had to be kept home due to it. Dermatologists and her pediatrician both kept having us try stronger and stronger topical steroids that we would see temporary relief followed by rebound itching. Dr. Maimone's office was clean and beautiful tucked in downtown Danville. Parking is a bit difficult but we have always been able to get a spot for our appointments. Her staff has always treated our family kindly and professionally. Every appointment with Dr. Maimone has been informative and professional. She always takes her time to answer our questions and give a thorough explanation of the approaches she is taking. Every step made sense along the way. She had us do thorough testing (blood, urine, stool, genetics) and the results were both saddening and enlightening, as our daughter had a multitude of deficiencies in her gut, vitamins, minerals, and certain other distressing markers like inflammation. Some of these were things I had asked her doctors to test due to my research yet they would refuse and say it was unnecessary. You will have to pay out of pocket for this testing but note that it is FSA eligible. After the test results were received, Dr. Maimone formulated a regimen and thoroughly explained every piece. She took the time to find things that a child would be more likely to take or let us know how work around anything that did not taste pleasant. She was aware of contraindications between the supplements to maximize their effectiveness. We never felt pressured to buy anything that would not work for our budget. We started going to her around the end of Q1/beginning of Q2 in 2025. During this time our daughter was incessantly itching and suffering, waking up multiple times a night EVERY night to scratch. She would refuse to wash her hands due to the pain which would result in frequent illness. Other children would make fun of her itching and rashes. We as a family were in constant stress and worry mode. Just one month on the regimen, it was a HUGE improvement. Her teachers seemed astonished by the change and frequently commented about how much better she was doing. She stopped waking at night and her rashes were about 80% improved. We just went through a second round of testing and the results were proof that we were on the right path. Almost all her results were normal. Dr. Maimone provided us with an updated regimen to tackle the remaining deficiencies. Just a month later, we are 95% healed! Her hands were always the biggest struggle as she still had some leftover itching, but the itching has basically ceased and her skin is finally almost fully healed. This is all from less than a year of working with her. We plan to continue to work with Dr. Maimone to help our daughter heal her body. The Dr. and office staff are so rude. I was overwhelmed when Dr.Niele was impatient and demeaning when I needed a few minutes to digest all of the prescriptions and vitamins she wanted me to take. There was a ton, so I was processing for a second. After a month or so, I couldn't keep up with it. She told me to come in. She literally moved the timing I should take the vitamins and charged me $125! My first visit, she told me she could have an IV for me as we spoke, that was over $300 before I even sat down for initial consultation.This place is a scam. Kristin Hazleton DC is an amazing chiropractor!! It doesn't have to crack, pop, or hurt to adjust and align properly. I have seen many different kinds of chiropractors through the years. Kristin's techniques are soft, subtle, but effective quickly. I'm very impressed she finds area's I wasn't even aware had problems but she see's the weakening of an area and activates it so blood flow and function are restored. I was almost unable to walk. I saw an article in a local magazine about Dr. Niele. Made an appt for a Saturday treatment. She put me on a decompression table. I had been diagnosed with spinal stenosis L3 L4 and L5 all had bulging disks. After one treatment, I was walking better than I have walked in a year. My pain was very low. Now after several treatments I am just walking better. Dr Niele does amazing work. I was facing major back surgery and now I am at a much lower amount of pain and walking better. A good friend referred me to Dr. Maimone after watching me suffer in pain because of my bad back. I've never considered a chiropractor since I didn't want anybody cracking my back when I've got nerve issues (if you catch my drift). Well, I sign up for their free 15 minute consultation with trepidation. Only because I've suffered with my bad back for about 15 years or so. A long list of doctors and physical therapists and one back surgeon later, still the same old tired back. Afterwards, I go for the K-Laser treatment. Not exactly sure of how it works. But, I've searched the internet for this therapy and I didn't find any other real downsides excet that medical insurance won't take them depending on the network. After my first visit, I'm a believer! Not only did my back pain go away practically 100% after the first visit, any subsequent back pain that cropped up was very minimal and the visits after that would take care of it. After the initial handful of visits, I basically go back every once in a great while (once a month max). My back is much stronger and I haven't re-injured it like I would have before. I came to Dr. Maimone because of SEVERE skin problems. My whole life Iv'e battled with HIVES and weakness throughout my body. In my early 30's it was worse then ever. Continuous hives, body aches, shaking, and sleep deprivation for over 1 year! I've been coming to Dr. Niele and the girls for almost a year after being diagnosed with CRPS and in general for overall healing. I've noticed a marked improvement in my body function. I love everyone who works here! Always with a smile on their faces, we talk about life and healing and anything else. The doctor is great in assessing functional body issues, they have a sauna which is awesome! Up to date equipment is used by staff to help facilitate healing.
