This place couldn't have left a worst impression on my family, I feel so embarrassed. Anyway, some of us ordered a salvadorian breakfast that included avocado, when we were ordering I said "I want the one that includes avocado"... They bring me and my other two family members our plate with no avocado instead they put a small piece of bland cheese. I ask the lady "Didn't this plate include avocado?" and she says "oh sorry we're out of avocado" like wait? Aren't they suppose to tell you when they're out of something once your order and if not come back and tell me if it's okay that it doesn't bring something that the menu says it brings. I mean come on, that's something they do at every other restaurant. SECONDLY, THE WORST OF THE WORST! I cannot begin to tell you how gross and disgusting this was... my little brother decided to order chicken strips off the kid's menu AND THEY WERE ALL COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! And nobody noticed until he had eaten half of them!!!! Come on!! My little brother could've had a bad bad food poisining or something way worst!!! I'm very disappointed with my meal today. I ordered Chilaquiles which I have had in the past these were terrible. I had not been there in some time so I was really looking forward to this meal. I asked if there was a different cook they said no. They made them almost like nachos. beans everywhere on top as if they were Nachos just awful. A few minutes later the owner walked in I explained to her my concern about the meal. she was clueless. This place is going downhill I don't recommend this place. Maybe some of there other dishes are still the same. Who knows.? I'm so... disappointed to have had such a poor meal. Even more the owner did not apologize or show any concern. This was my 3rd visit here. I came here for the pupusas. Usually when I know I want pupusas I order ahead of time(from here or any other salvadorian spot). Usually like 10 min before. Service is good. The waitresses are friendly. The food is good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone near by lookin for good Salvadorian food. read more

I'm definitely a new fan! We ordered a variety of pupusas for office lunch - chicken, pork, cheese, and revuelta (combination). All of them were amazing and all except the chicken were only $1. We are a fat and happy staff this afternoon. We ordered to go, were told 20 minutes. The food was not only ready, but still hot and the large order was correct. They gave us plenty of slaw and sauce for the amount of food we got. Only a couple negatives 1: The sauce had no spicy-ness at all (maybe the girls only brought a mild version) and 2: They wanted to charge us $1.50 for plates and forks. With the amount of food we bought, utensils should have been included. Overall, a good experience and we will be ordering again. read more

If I can zero stars I would. My husband and I called early and when we came to pay and pick up they got the order wrong. I wouldn't get upset for that but when the cashier said to my husband that he by force had to pay and take the food he did not order! Acting like he said it wrong on purpose and got offended. This place was okay. Service as well but only because the lady helping us was actually nice other than that it was horrible by the owner. I didn't feel like it was authentic Salvi food, it reminded me of when you go to a salvi and Mexican restaurant and the cooks are Mexican trying to cook salvi food. A lot of food didn't have flavor or wasn't prepared how it normally would be. I assume everyone does it different but wasn't all that good, I won't come again. Especially that the owner was a huge bitch. My husband asked how much they charged him for something and she replied "go look at the menu all the prices are there, why are you asking." Very poor taste. The food is just not delicious. I got cheese papusas which are hard to mess up and they were weird tasting had some small pieces of something inside other than cheese - pepper or tomato or something red and green looking. I like my cheese papusas with CHEESE, no weird green and red looking surprises. The beef dish I ordered was also not great- short rib, chewy and salty. Threw it away. read more

This is a great hole-in-the-wall place that serves great authentic Salvadoran food, like pupusas. I'm giving it 5 stars not because it's worthy of Michelin Star... but because it's a great authentic place with amazing prices. There's a critical audience of Salvadoran people eating there. Really disappointed as we've been ordering food from this place for a while. We were told a price on the phone when placing our order, and when coming in to pick up our large order (two dozen pupusas), they did not want to honor this. Conveniently, the person who took our phone order was no longer there and the owner was very rude to us, saying that this was the price we needed to pay. It was less than a $10 price difference, but really disappointing that she chose to make that money herself instead of keeping her frequent customers happy and honor the over-the-phone price. Will absolutely be finding a different pupusa place with much better customer service. read more

We always go to this restaurant when we go to Las Vegas and let me tell you. The food is really good. This time i order 7 mares, delicious will defenately order it again, the service was excellent. The highlight is when we order for delivery the owner of the restaurant personally drop off the food to our hotel at the Metropolitan. Love this place. read more

I was really not familiar with Salvadorian food when I first tried this place. The pupusas were good. I really do not have anything to base my rating on but it is very tasty and crispy. The tamales are excellent at this place (chicken or pork). The masa that they use is really fluffy and tasty. Not dry like other tamales tend to be. The menu looks really different and I want to try some of the entrees but I am afraid of being disappointed. The service is ok. Sometimes it takes them long because I believe everthing it is made to order. Order the tamales and you cannot go wrong!!! read more

Very cheap and very good. Tamales were $1.75. Pupusas was $1.60. Pupusas were the best I have had. Very authentic place. I love how the tamales have a hidden french fry potato inside with one green olive. :) read more

Really good food. Had a couple Papusas and some of the sausages. I completely enjoyed the meal. To bad that the atmosphere was ruined by one of the clients that was drunk patron who was looking for a fight. The staff kept serving the guy and allowing him to talk down to patrons. My wife was craving some papusas so we drove across town to check this spot out. The place was completely empty... And it appears for good reason. The place is dirty, run down, and falling apart. The decoration looks thrown together and random. My wife said it was "real salvadoran" and there was a Chicken fast food bag from El Salvador which made it authentic. I guess if i ever go to El Salvador and there's a bag of KFC In an American restaurant I'll know it's a good spot. Either way, the service was pretty bad and the cashier/waitress rolled her eyes at us. The waitress didn't speak English so my salvadoran wife had to order. It took about 30 minutes for them to make our food. The waitress didn't say a word to us the entire time. She stayed in the Back the whole time. When we got home and actually tried the food it was decent. The papusas are a little on the thick side from all the masa and the carne asada papusas have very little meat. I'd recommend the pork and cheese and the bean and cheese. This place would have to be the all out last resort for salvadoran food in this city. It's not bad. . Very slow service. I was the only customer in there at 2pm on a Saturday and they never refilled my drink, or ask if I needed anything after my food was served. I saw 2 waitress and what appeared to be the manager, still my drink was never refilled. Like I said, I was the only customer in the restaurant and I received horrible service. I honestly love there pupusas here there are made fresh and very well made not like placeses where u see the fillings are in the middle and all edges are mazza there are very delishes...they also have a special on wensdays where u buy 12 or more and there $1 dollar each and they are made well not because there cheaper they add less no not here i highly recomend this place i absolutely love it here:) read more
