The inside was super clean but it was empty. Usually not a good sign. There was one lady behind the counter working. She greeted us and politely asked if we had a phone order, which we did not. People have mentioned about the wait times being long, but you have to understand it a single person making the food for you. We ordered 30 pupusas and she said it would take about 20 minutes. I live fairly close so I went home and returned. Once we got our food, it was clear that this little gem has some great food. I started with a revualta pupusa (beans, cheese and chicharron), it was thick and hearty and oh so delicious. Usually pupusas are very greasy but these were just right. Next was the chicharron and cheese pupusa, I was in heaven when I bit onto this. The chicharron was perfectly seasoned. The lady also added a nice amount of filling, so the pupusas were thick. The cheese was oozing out and got nice and crispy at the ends which added a nice contrast to the dish. I will definitely be returning to try other dishes.
