The host and server does not miss an opportunity to make sure to check up on you and provide water, or whatever beverage you're drinking. They're very sweet and run a pretty efficient shop. The cooks really I did themselves this time! The restaurant is always cleaned... The wait staff is always on top of cleaning the tables, and making sure everything is orderly. The bathroom is also clean. The restaurant has an open kitchen concept, so you can see the cooks in the back, preparing the dishes, including mashing up the plantains to make the trifongo. If you are in town, you must try this place. I recommend the roasted pork and the fried chicken. Of course, if you're looking for something on the smaller side, you can try the trifongo.
