SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas! We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The main course came out while I stepped away for a few minutes so I missed the fire show, but got to see it when another table got it later. I came here a couple days ago on a short trip girls trip to Vegas. On the way up we came across this place and opted to try it so we made a reservation for 6:15. I was a little disappointed when I didn't see the octopus on the menu that I saw on Yelp... but once we ordered, I was far from disappointed!! Miranda our server was phenomenal!! A group of us was looking for breakfast near our hotel and were very happy to find CHICA located inside the hotel! Delicious and stellar! Came here for date night. The service is fantastic! Our table was a bit wobbly and they moved us to a more comfortable table. The manager even checked in with us throughout the night. She poured us water and at the end of the night gave her recommendations for dessert. I even saw her clearing tables and checking in at other tables. I think this speaks volumes! For apps, you should definitely try the mixed seafood ceviche. It was light, fresh, acidic, and slightly lemony. For mains, my husband had ribs. He said they were soft, flavorful, and the meat fell off the bone. My friend and I made dinner reservations a couple of months ahead, then like two weeks before, we decided to change to an earlier time. Thankfully they still had plenty of times available. After having dined there, I am shocked that they don't get booked up! We loved the ambiance, club-style music (lots of remixed Millennial songs), and all of the food and drinks we tried. DRINKS: The menu doesn't list mocktails, but the waiter pointed out which cocktails could be made non-alcoholic. Living My Best Life and La Morada were delicious! DINNER: -Fire-Roasted Salmon - super flavorful, and my friend devoured it! -Seared Scallops - uniquely presented with the tapioca crisp (see photo). The flavors and textures of the different components paired together nicely. I would order it again! -Side of Mashed Potatoes - this purple Peruvian mash was so good! We cleared the plate. DESSERT: I saw so many "The Flaming Skull" and "The Corn" photos and videos on Yelp before coming here. We ended up choosing The Corn because we were intrigued by the strawberry corn cheesecake combo. Loved that it looked like corn on the cob, and the taste - OH MY. It was one of the best desserts I've tried in a long time! We both agreed that the next time we go to Vegas, we have to go back for this dessert no matter what. This is our second time to Chica and it lived up to our memories. Just like last time when 9pm rolled around 2 beautiful dancers appered, the staff all brought out light sticks and handed them to us. The staff danced around the restaurant with the glow sticks, party mysic was blaring, and the dancers danced on the bar! Even the staff next to the grill got into the party, it was a great experience. Awhile later the dancers returned and this time one of them was dancing with FIRE sticks! She did a great job even being so close to patrons. The dancers joined the dance floor that opened up with a DJ and live bongo drummer. This meal was met with a true party experience. Speaking of the food everything that hit our table was spot on, and that was for a group of 7. We had 4 vegetarians and although they had a good amount of options on the menu, the waitress asked if we had had an food restrictions and we mentioned there being 4 vegetarians in our group she offered to have the chorizo in our queso fundido on the side and to check with the cheff if there were any additional items she could recommend off of the menu which she did and 2 went with it - mushrooms tacos - and that was truly the star of the show, besides the dancers . The sticmer price may seem a little high bir we were there for over 3 hours enjoying ourselves, the music, and the show. DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN! My cousin and I visited Chica Las Vegas on Thursday night (Jan 8) and this was our first time at the Vegas location. I've been to the Miami location before and loved the food, so I had high expectations coming in. The good news: the food here is still fresh, flavorful, and high quality, just like Miami. The not-so-great part is the pricing, which is noticeably higher and a bit disappointing...but that seems to be the norm on the Las Vegas Strip. I've added a photo for reference. The overall experience was great. The service was welcoming and friendly from start to finish, and the vibe is colorful, lively, and fun. We started with the guacamole and salsas, followed by the ceviche de camarones, which was refreshing and well-balanced. For dessert, we ordered the flaming skull, and wow! The presentation is beautiful: chocolate skull over lava cake with a side of horchata ice cream, marshmallow cream, and berries. Definitely a fun and memorable way to end the meal - see the video. While I'd probably only come back for a special occasion due to the prices, I'd recommend giving Chica a try if you're staying at or visiting the Venetian. The prawns also were cooked and seasoned well We were only two people, but the tip is automatically included in the bill. The space itself is nice and has plenty of seating. We were so excited to try CHICA to celebrate our anniversary this year -- and it did not disappoint! We booked a 6:30pm reservation through OpenTable since we had a concert afterward. We were seated within five minutes in a cozy booth near the bar. From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric -- colorful, bold, and buzzing with life. Definitely a vibe for a Saturday night! Our server duo was friendly, attentive, and on point all evening. We kicked things off with drinks -- and wow, their cocktail menu is stacked. I went for the Hibis-Kiss (Bombay Sapphire Gin, Cocci Rosa, Hibiscus, Ginger, Lemon) and instantly knew I'd need a second round. Sweet, floral, slightly tart... like candy in a glass. My husband ordered the Yuzu Dream (Bacardí Rum, Don Q Coconut Rum, Aperol, Coconut Cream, Yuzu, Tiki Bitters) -- also a two-round kind of drink. Smooth, tropical, and dangerously easy to sip. For appetizers, we shared the Ceviche Mixto and Queso Fundido with Chorizo and Roasted Mushrooms. The ceviche was incredibly fresh -- perfect acidity, balanced flavors, and beautifully presented. The queso fundido was pure comfort food bliss. I'm not usually a big chorizo fan, but the blend with gooey cheese and mushrooms made it impossible to stop dipping. For our main course, we split the Prime Ribeye (16oz, medium) -- and let me just say: perfection. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right with a nice char on the outside and tender pink inside. The tableside flame presentation added a dramatic touch that made it feel extra special. We were so full by the end, dessert wasn't even on our minds... until the staff surprised us with a complimentary tres leches cake to celebrate our anniversary.
