I have gone to this food truck several times over a span of like 6 months....until now never knew what the name of this spot was till now. A couple of things to bring up. You can pay with debit/ credit card but there is a $1 transaction fee, best to pay in cash. Hours of operation hasn't been updated recently. This spot closes around 9-9:30pm every night. Also, their $1.50 tacos they advertise outside? It only pertains to chicken tacos and you have to order a minmum of 4 to get the discounted rate. Otherwise, I believe they run around $4 a piece. So, just some food for thought. I posted a pic of a chicken burrito I last ordered but I've ate several items at this food truck before. Although, I haven't tried any of their birria items which seems to be a bit of their niche despite being its mostly known for their chicken. Folks seem tonrave about it though. I found their food to be hit and miss. I like their asada but tends to be a bit too salty for me at times and sometimes grisly. I ordered an al pastor torta awhile back and couldn't finish it due to it's preparation and texture. Because the meat was SUPER hot (temp wise) all the veggies inside just turned to mush and wilted. Also, there was a TON of mayo which drowned any type of flavor from anything else. I found that their chicken is a bit dry and have come across some bones in their burrito, so, be cautious. I will say I do enjoy their al pastor tacos and quesadillas. They have good beans as well. They do have a salsa bar that offer a couple of sauces that all seem pretty spicy (even for me!). They use to serve this guacamole type salsa but haven't for a minute now. Too bad, that stuff was fire! Overall, not a bad spot. Service is pretty good, relatively cheap. Hands down the BEST birria ramen in Vegas. This place is so unsuspecting. I walked over here with a friend just wanting tacos but we got the ramen instead. Full of meat and juice! They have a little salsa cart where you can get different assortments of salsas. The habanero sauce will definitely kick your butt, but you'll still want more and more! I was referred to this venue by one of my colleagues at work. It's a Food Truck in an older little strip mall next to Crowne and Anchor Pub. It looks like they cook some of their food outside on a grill. They have a nice self serve salsa bar in front of the truck itself. I ordered the Special which consisted of two whole chickens, chopped for you and two sides. I selected rice and beans. The rice and beans had great flavor, but I thought the beans were a little too runny for my liking. I phoned in my order, which was fun because I got to practice speaking Spanglish LOL. The Señora on the other line was very patient and helpful. Lastly, my favorite of all the salsa's was the green chunky option. As for the sides, I mentioned the rice and beans were very good, but in the future, I think I will opt for the macaroni salad, which was suggested by my colleague. Who doesn't like a good road side parking lot taco trailer? I know I do. Pollos Culiacan is not far from work so I decided it was time to give it a try for lunch. There is something alluring about seeing the cooker in the parking lot. Smoke billowing and chicken grilling out. After a few minutes of checking out the menu, I went with a pollo burrito for $10. It would have cost me as much for 4 tacos which is what I was intending. But a burrito sounded more substantial. Rice, beans, chicken, cheese and sour cream. Yum. I took my lunch back to the office, unwrapped the foil, and took a nice big bite. First thought was on how much rice was in there. I love rice in a burrito and this was good rice. But lets be honest, rice is a filler. A little better chicken to filler ratio would have been nice. Regardless, I did enjoy this burrito and it did leave me full for quite a while. When my coworker asked me how it was between 0 and 10, I answered with a 7. Not bad. Overall, this is really a 3.5 star review rounded up to 4. The burrito tasted good and was filling. Service was poor they advertised 1.50 chicken tacos but it doesn't say it's only when you buy 3 or more which is what he told me (he is because he didn't tell me his name.) It's next to amigo tires and I seen they charge 5$ for air for your tires where as discount tire does it for free so thank you for showing me why not to get air from them. I was craving street tacos and we found this taco truck. I asked someone nearby and they said it's a place they visit often, so we decided to try it out. They keep it simple by just giving you the tortilla and meat, but they have all the sides and you can add whatever you like. Usually come here once a week to get the whole chicken plus rice,beans and don't forget the Mac salad worth it. Comes with tortillas and jalapeño. Do note it's probably better to pay cash since they do charge a $1 service fee for card. Also they have Apple Pay/tap to pay. If you're coming here I'd highly suggest to stick with the chicken as that is what is best here. We did attempt to try their burritos which I ordered an Al pastor and chicken which I'd give a 6.5 out of 10 as it was a bit bland and lacked in flavor. It was missing quite a bit of seasoning I'd say. So stick with the chicken it's great and better than pollo loco that's for sure. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday after passing by here every day for several months at least. This establishment is actually a food truck with a trailer charcoal grill/ rotisserie. The people appeared to abide by safe food handling practices as far as I could see, the salsa bar was spotless and everything was perfectly fresh and tasty, we got a whole grilled chicken I thought was a bit expensive ($12) as it was less than a medium sized chicken ( can get an extra large at Sam's a few blocks away for $6) but it was very tasty, came with the salsa and tortillas. My only gripe was the lady taking orders spoke zero English, had to talk to ( I think her husband) to get my order across. This is a fairly hidden food truck style taco joint that is easily missed if you're driving by. I've been to this location 3 times already before I decided to write a review. When you park and get out of your car, you're met with an incredible aroma of grilled chicken and pork. If you come where while you're hungry, you'll be even hungrier after smelling the food that is cooking. I only speak basic spanish but the ordering process wasn't terribly difficult. I've ordered almost every kind of taco that they offer here. The ones that I would recommend is the fish tacos and the pork tacos. The sauce bar has a lot of great toppings and you can take as much as you want. The taco tortillas are cooked perfectly and have a great chewiness to it. I will definitely be back! read more

First time here and the food was good. They didn't have taco combo plates but fine. Unfortunately they feel racist toward black people. I ordered some tacos then my husband who is black decided to order after I already received my food and he was treated drastically different then the white dude who was before him. They were extremely friendly to the white guy and when my husbands order was ready they didn't even call his number they just sat it on the counter. Too bad. Won't go back. Wanted some good tacos while visiting LV. Thought I'd get some good authentic Mexican food from this place...WRONG! The asada on the tacos tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved, there was nothing Spanish about the rice (with frozen veggies...wth??), and the birria also tasted as if it had been frozen. Gave this place a shot because I live down the street. Worst decision! The lady working in the truck was very, very slow...... I requested no sour cream. Just beans, rice and carne asada. She was writing it down as I was telling her. As she was the making the rest of the food that I requested she literally asked me 3x what was my order again..... really lady if you were going to ask me more than twice you should have never acted like you were writing it down. Not only that the "guacamole" they had looked soooo nasty! Almost like slime and the carne asada had no flavor whatsoever.
