Mr. Yalcin is extremely professional, reliable, and his work is impeccable! I've lived in my home for 8 years and never had a problem with bugs or mice. Then suddenly out of the blue, I began to have problems with mice appearing in a specific kitchen cabinet and drawer. In 3 days I'd caught 6 mice!!! I was frantic!!! So I contacted a contractor through Thumbtack and they said they'd be at my home on Monday at 10am. I tried to confirm the appointment at 9:33am that morning via Thumbtack but received no response. I called them directly at 10:02 and a man answered. I asked him when he was coming and he had the nerve to ask me what did the work concern and when was my appointment? He said he'd contact his partner and call me back. Well instead of calling me, he sent me a text asking if they could come tomorrow. Talk about unprofessional! Mr. Yalcin, on the other hand, answered my call and heard how upset I was. He contacted a client of his and asked if he could reschedule her appointment for later that evening due to my emergency. The client was very nice and understood my dilemma and accepted a later appointment. Mr. Yalcin came over immediately and surveyed my problem and discovered how they were getting in and showed me. He picked up the supplies and spent 3 hours meticulously cutting material (metal) and drilling so that all openings were tightly sealed. Mehmet is absolutely amazing! I had recently moved into a new building and one of the 'perks' they offered to residents was to have one free installation of wall mounted TV by the resident maintenance crew. The guy who installed the TV originally clearly did NOT know what he was doing and made an utter mess out of the wall (the TV was installed far left and below of center on the wall). I called Mehmet and explained the situation and sent him some photos. He was confident that he could fix it and even squeezed me into his schedule the same day! He raised the mount 10 inches and centered it on the wall. He is a master perfectionist, who is highly skillful and meticulous. A friend of mine had used Mehmet to help mount her TV and hang a number of wall hangings so she highly recommended him to me. We had just moved into a new condo and needed our 55" TV mounted above our fireplace. He arrived on time and ready to work. He was organized and methodical in laying out the parts and then working with us to get just the right height for the TV install. Matt came to our home to mount two televisions, one in our bedroom with a fixed mount and another on our main level with a telescope/swivel mount. We previously had a 32" TV on a stand in our bedroom which was replaced with the 46", and the 55" on our main floor was also on a stand (moved to the adjustable mount). The installation was efficient and extremely well done, wire covers were incorporated seamlessly and each area was transformed. He even mounted our Dyson vacuum charger and included wire covers for that, as well. He was extremely pleasant and very nice to work with. I highly recommend this gentleman. The communication with Mehmet was very professional and timely. He did a TV wall mount for me. The TV was 49 inches. He also installed a cord cover kit to hide any wires or cables needed for the system.
