She will not write longer than a 3-month prescription for long-term maintenance medicine and requires lots of erroneous visits (to get more $). She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

I was told that I had a severe heart value issue as well as very high a1c level and that I needed to see a cardiologist right away (they did offer to redo the tests). Fast forward - I sent my results to another Dr who immediately sent it on to a cardiologist who said the heart results were fine, just misread. I redid my blood tests elsewhere and my air level was normal. I did pay for my physical when I left the office the same day but somehow I received an invoice for something after 6 months. In summary, Dr. might be good - wasn't for me. Process isn't good. I obviously did not return.

The rest of the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Every year when Medicare tries to get me to switch, I stay with AIA. Very good place for medical care. They've seen me on short notice a couple times and have a very good scheduling system. I've never experienced "attitude" from any of the employees and as an adult, I appreciate the mutual respect and expectations for common courtesy on both sides. It isn't a widget factory. Sometimes things happen to cause a bit of delay. The care I receive there consistently is first rate! Very thankful for the whole team there.

Always rude when they give you a referral, 90% of the doctors on the list are retired or the offices are closed. when I told them about the list the main office lady who answers the phones laughed about it and ignored my needs for a doctor. When my family mentions our concerns, dr.oppong-takyi immediately no matter what the patient looks like, tells them they're overweight and it's all caused by being fat. Dr Natasha takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is kind and has a sense of humor. The lab is amazing. The phlebotomist does the most painless blood draws I've ever experienced and results come back quickly. Dr Natasha also explains lab results through the messaging app which is much faster and more pleasant than other offices that take a "no news is good news approach." Also, the app is great. I've used it a couple of times and it has saved me some visits to urgent care.

I used to be the biggest supporter of One Medical, always encouraging everyone I knew to try them…read moreout. After they were purchased by Amazon, things took a turn. To make a long story short, here is are bullet points of what occurred: 1) Reached out to OM to ensure they accepted the new insurance plan I was considering. I was told by TWO different employees that they accepted it. 2) I used this insurance to see my doctor several times over a health concern. 3) Received a bill stating I would need to pay all out of pocket because OM didn't accept my plan. 4) Reached out to various departments at OM asking about this. After several attempts and many delays in getting someone to respond, I was finally told to speak to the office manager. 5) Office manager informed me they would look into it and see what could be done. Few weeks went by, no response. Reached out various times and finally heard back from a new office manager who told me she would look into the issue. 6) Several more weeks went by and still nothing. Left messages and emails and after about 4 months of this, was told I would need to speak to my insurance since they couldn't help me. 7) Due to the amount of time between having received the initial bill and finally being told I need to figure it out myself, I asked for them to please not send the bill to collections since I am very aware that medical offices will quickly take this route. 8) Was informed that they had already sent me to collections and there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even try to make it right by offering to refund my membership or anything else. 9) Had to pay the full bill through a collection agency which has now affect my credit all due to their staff being incompetent.
