Steve was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue we had in our basement. We hired his company for repair of our foundation walls. We had three cracks that were letting water in and had to be sealed. The price was fair and the job addressed exactly what we needed. A crew for workers came out and completed the job in about five hours. Steve came out to supervise in the beginning and then he left. We had estimates from other companies and felt at this price and approach to fixing our problem was the best we could do. We are pleased with the work that PJK provided. I hope you don't need this kind of service at your house, but water problems do occur from time to time in the basement. Oh, and don't forget to run your dehumidifier!

Please note, I am not speaking about his plumbing services, but rather his yard drainage service. I have a wet area around a deck. Over the years, it has progressively gotten worse, to now standing water. Jon stated it was a result of my rear gutter draining into the backyard (gutters were replaced two years prior, but the area was wet prior to that). I paid $3,375 to have the downspout placed underground, to an already existing drainage system that Paul had installed a few years prior. And a drain by the deck. The very next day, it rained, and I still had the same pooling water. Their solution didn't work. They then informed me that I would need to pay an additional $1,925 for them to come back and "fix" the issue. After further discussion, they reduced the amount of additional pipe they claimed was needed and instead quoted $925. Regardless of the amount, I do not believe I should be responsible for additional labor costs when the initial work failed to correct the problem. At most, I should only be responsible for the cost of any additional materials. Additionally, when they placed the gutter downspout underground, they neglected to install any type of filter to prevent leaves & debris from going straight into the PVC drainage. As a result, I now have the added expense of installing a leaf filter over the gutter. Something I did not need prior to the downspout being placed underground. At this point, it's turning into a he-said, she-said, with Jon telling me I was the one who said the issue started when the gutters were replaced. Not true. That area had always been wet and was getting worse over time. I made it quite clear that the gutters being replaced was probably just a coincidence. He's the master plumber with a degree in civil engineering. He's the expert in this field, not me. Again, not the same professional service that Paul was known for.

We had some big rains lately in the area, and, with one of them, I had a bit of water coming into…read morethe basement. This only happened this once in a year we've been in the house. Of the two basement window wells, one was draining properly, in one, the water sat half the way the window and seeping through slowly. At first, I didn't know if that was the only spot or the wall was cracked, I was thinking all kinds of things. I called many waterproofers in the area, Rob and another company were the only ones to answer and schedule an appointment. He came, looked at the basement, looked outside and deteremined an action plan. Came on the appointment date and did what needed to be done. Said that might not be whole solution, but we can only try since it seems the most feasable one. I don't mind. We'll see how it goes. Hiring Vincent Deletto & Fine Finish Construction Inc. HAS BEEN & CONTINUES TO BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! Since I hired Vincent Deletto I am down almost 30 pounds due to the stress, anxiety and heartache that he's caused me. Trying to get Vincent and his company to perform work is worse than pulling teeth. Vincent Deletto abused me. I had an adjuster come to the house on Friday to begin an estimate of how much more work is left to be done and he told me he estimated there is an excess of $550,000 of work and material to be completed. I recently got a quote from another contractor to finish the rest of the work in the contract and the quote I got to finish the work was for over $724,000!!! Vincent Deletto was supposed to have my house completed in 28-40 weeks which should've had our project completion date as per our contract sometime between May 1, 2021 (28 weeks) - October 16, 2021 (40 weeks). Vincent Deletto & his company were over a year behind schedule yet he still have little to no men working on my house Monday through Friday. I seldom saw more than 2 of his workers or subs workers at my house on any given work day. He's since vacant we the project. Jim Curry connected me with Vincent Deletto. I got played like a fiddle. I thought he was this great religious man and I got taken. On Thursday 7/21/2022 Vincent Deletto stated "So Matt why don't you just ruin me and I'll just retire a couple of years early.
