It's on a Sunday mid afternoon when almost everybody is closed or unavailable. I contacted Valley clubhouse Barbershop. And the phone rang and voicemail. A few minutes after I hung up I got a return call from the owner, who was extremely kind, responsive, and flexible with my needs. I'm paralyzed and a power wheelchair. I requested to have my haircut in my power wheelchair. They accommodated me and did an incredible job. The place has ample parking and it's easy to see. An awesome vibe with great staff who make you feel comfortable and are extremely kind just good people. The place is spotless extremely clean and my barber was Alec M. He's an exceptional barber I highly recommend him. He was extremely meticulous, thorough attentive and just an extremely skilled barber but also a good person and a good human being. I have to give the owner of creditfor finding incredible staff. He has built a great team. The prices are exceptional because of the work and the time they take making you look good making sure you're getting exactly what you ask for they do a tremendous job. Are they as good as some of the best barbers around the world the really iconic ones? They are. I mean, you get superior technique, combined with highly skilled staff for starters. The only thing that I can see the place can do as far as improvements, would be a bar or seating area outside you can smoke a cigar. Some of the top places that do that they do that with precision but the problem is they usually are not the type that you wanna stay and hang out but these guys are extremely cool. When I mentioned my problem, he gladly took care of it. Fixed my fade with a smile on his face. Very courteous, polite and told me if there is any problem in near future , just come and he will take care of it. Super cool dude. I am changing my reviews to 5 star for this. Original review: Ok, so as soon as I got in I got greeted by an older looking barber, it's not a bad thing. Honestly, I didn't wanna cut but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went with it. I asked for a Ero fade on both side and scissor cut on top. Now, when he was cutting, i didn't pay attention. But this is what I saw after getting back home . Fade on my left side was decent, but on the right side horrible. It was all over the place. I look like a hooligan. I am willing to go back to get it fixed and I hope they will take care of it. The guy seemed to look like a nice guy. But probably would go with a different guy.
