I love getting my hair done here loyal customer Joanna is great colorist and beautician, Rosa and Joanna are very professional.

They were able to see me and my mom (a returning client) the same day which was really awesome. Without any notice of what my service was gonna look like, she (Joanna) was still able to cut, style, and even dye my hair on such short notice. She was very nice and sweet and offered us some refreshments while we wait for out hair to get done. I enjoyed my time here and I appreciate the fact that they take Android wallet cause I left my card in the car. I will be coming back again when I visit my family and I know my mom LOVES it here. I'd been super busy lately and needed some pampering, so a friend pointed me in the direction of Image Glow! It's such a great space, the vibes are so cool and everyone there is so nice. Joanna is so sweet and attentive and gave me the best blowout I've ever had and Kim made my nails look amazing and was super gentle the entire time since I tend to get a little sensitive for most nail services. Been wanting a perm for about a year now and never actually went for it. Finally had my wife call and make an appointment for me because why not (I'm super shy and wouldn't have done it myself). Unfortunately had to cancel a couple times due to this or that (life). Luckily they were still kind enough to accept me and went in yesterday 10/16/24. Walking in it felt very comfortable and chill. They greeted me and I made it a point to say "we finally get to meet" just to break the ice I guess because in reality I was kind of embarrassed that I had to cancel twice and was almost not gonna go lol. We made it kind of a joke and I definitely apologized but they were okay with it. I must say that I have extremely straight and thick hair that is not necessarily the easiest to work with so I was worried if it was even going to work. I have attached a picture of my hair (covid times) for reference. It was a bit shorter when I went in yesterday though. Check it the result. Not only did it work but it looks good! LASHES ARE A NONO HERE! I came in yesterday for a full set of classic/natural eyelashes and all of them literally fell out not even 24 hours later. The manger Joanna had to translate for my technician who only spoke Spanish. She didn't offer to fix the problem at all only offered me $60 back from the $110 I paid. She said that I was still responsible for paying for the time it took the technician to do them along with the materials that were used. She later said it was my fault (my skin type?) because I'm black? I guess she was implying, because she said they have never had an issue before. Joanna later stated that I signed a waiver to my right to a refund but refused to provide a copy of it to me. It's my very first time ever giving any business a bad review but the way in which my situation was handled has left me no other choice. This salon literally has only 1 review on yelp and from the photo it appears they specialize in hairstyling. I will do better research and not be cheap should I ever have lashes applied anywhere else again. I should have known when they lowered the price from $120 to $100 I probably wouldn't get quality service. read more

Decided to check this new place out and I'm so happy I did. I had called beforehand to see if she was available for a walk-in cut and she said she was available now and to stop by since she was free. Parking isn't bad because there's a Vallarta right next door so it's safe and public. I walked into her shop and she had some music videos/Usher playing already a good experience lol, she sat me down in a chair and her energy was so welcoming.
