My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so I have been very anxious about how my current pregnancy is progressing. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Leslie, the tech, was warm, friendly, and spent so much time letting me see our growing bean. It instantly put my mind at ease to hear the heartbeat and see our little bug moving around. I will recommend Prenatal Cinemas to all my mama friends.

The technician was super sweet and helpful throughout the experience. I love that you get a video of the entire ultrasound in addition to the print outs! This is a feature I noticed other ultrasound spots didn't offer. We will definitely be back.

FYI: I NEVER once mentioned the ultrasound technician by name because I never knew her name. Therefore, I NEVER shared private/personal info.] Terrible service at First Look. Original owners that owned this place over 6 years ago were much more professional and the ultrasound technician was better too. The new ultrasound technician was extremely patronizing and rude. In earlier visits when I wasn't far along, she discussed stuff that was VERY unprofessional and something she shouldn't be talking about to random clients. I felt very, VERY uncomfortable with what she was sharing with me and felt that she crossed professional boundaries. When I returned further along at 29 weeks, I expected to get better pictures. She kept saving and clicking pictures that were very distorted. When I shared my concern that everything looks distorted, she said in a very patronizing way: "Look, the baby isn't going to take the cord, move it out of the way, and smile for the camera." At that point, I told her she was being incredibly rude. They charged $142 + tax for pictures that did not show the baby at all. The owner claims that they allow people to return if the pictures are not good. However, if the ultrasound technician is very rude, then why would any customer want to return? I ended up getting my money back. Mothers to be: I highly recommend not going here. If the ultrasound technician is having a "good day" and everything looks good - of course, she's going to be in a good mood. But, if she's having a bad day - then she's been known to be very patronizing, condescending, and extremely rude. This is especially true when the "baby isn't cooperating." I've gone to them several times in the past when I was not that far along to make sure everything was progressing because I had a scare at the beginning of my pregnancy and was worried. To The Owner: No matter what you say or how you try to respond, you've made excuses in the past. The way you solve this issue is to listen to the client and if they felt that the ultrasound technician - your employee was being rude - you should believe the customer and take their word for it. It is your responsibility to talk to employees when there is a complaint about their attitude and professionalism. You should train your employees not to share things that cross professional boundaries. You should train your ultrasound technicians to put the client first and not their own personal lives/stories above the client. It is also your responsibility to not make false promises of 5D being like the "real thing, like seeing the baby in real life" when the images that were taken were 100% distorted.

Then, she could not get the catheter in my vein and had to reschedule me because she could not get my vein. She was the only nurse today at 1pm. Both my arms are bruised and sore. Drove another hour back home. Still no call to reschedule and I still can't book my flight since I haven't been cleared. If you're having a bad day as a nurse, take the day off so that the patients don't have to deal with your wrath. Complete waste of a Friday, gas, and pain. Never going back to this location.

By the time that I had finished my paperwork, they were calling me in. I doubt I waited 30 minutes - they took me earlier than expected! She was not rushing me, nor did she seem as if she was rushing the procedure. I was actually home including travel time 15 min after my scheduled appointment. Given that I had arrived prior to my appointment, had pre-faxed my MD's order, had my insurance information ready at the window I was very disappointed to have to wait 50 MINUTES for my mammogram. This is a small office and they had just opened at 0900 so no backup - they also took two people that arrived after me to the room prior to me. I work in the medical facility and I understand that backup happens but this was ridiculous for an early morning appointment. When I did address my issue with the receptionist she didn't seem concerned. When the technician arrived she was very fast and efficient but that didn't negate the very long wait. VERY POOR SERVICE - I will be taking my PPO dollars elsewhere in the future!!

I booked this company to do my SneakPeek gender sample collection + ultrasound. They tried two…read moretests on me and pricked me twice and weren't able to get a good sample for the gender test. Which is fine, I understand sometimes things happen. The company (Sneak Peek) offered to let me have a retest done since they weren't able to properly do it the first two times, all Bun + Oven had to do was administer the retest since that's the company I had gone through. They are saying they can't come unless I purchase another ultrasound (another $200) and there's nothing they can do. I never even received the photos from the first ultrasound they did. I'm so excited to become a new mom and really thought I could trust this company and that's why I didn't just order a test through the website. I spent over $350 with them and got nothing I paid for and they just weren't able to come to any type of resolution. I live in studio city and they're based in studio city. Just heartbreaking that people can really take what's supposed to be someone's happiest moments and make it a money grab, and I should've never trusted them. If you're thinking of doing any kind of blood draw with them I highly advise you not to.

I found her on the Torrance Memorial website and took a chance. Best thing I did. From the moment I met her I knew she was the right doctor for me. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and personable. While I was pregnant, I was uncomfortable and had a few issues but I looked forward to my appointments. After seeing and speaking with her I would leave feeling relaxed and happy. The office staff, Liz (I think that's her name) and Melissa are friendly and remembered me by name every time I walked through the door. Dr Barhaghi was at the hospital for my delivery in a flash and put me at ease. She also came to check on me and meet my baby the next morning. I appreciated seeing her. I just found out Dr Barhaghi is leaving the Torrance Memorial network and it saddens me. I was planning on seeing her for my next pregnancy. She's amazing and I wish her well! Thank you Dr Barhaghi!
