Employee is at the little booth to greet you and check you in. Pregnant person fills out forms and then we are escorted into the theater. My daughter is 20 wks and baby isnt fully developed to see a clear picture and recommendation was to return in several wks and we were provided with a discount. We had a wonderful experience at Prenatal Cinemas! Everything was just wonderful. I was here this past Saturday for a 4D ultrasound. I booked the appointment online, which was very easy to do. I had 12 guests attend with me. They have such a wonderful, welcoming set up. Picture a mini movie theater with reclining chairs. I got the 15 min Manatee package and added the teddy bear with my baby's heartbeat. I felt like price was very reasonable. (145$ total) My little one was being camera shy at first, and the ultra sound tech was very patient and gave me tips to help my baby move, which eventually worked. The overall experience wasn't bad at all. They were accommodating with an appointment and the establishment was clean, however they offered to tell us our baby's gender via ultrasound (boy) and we get gender reveal ultrasounds and a heartbeat gender reveal teddy bear to announce to our ENTIRE family just to receive my blood work 3 days later saying its a girl????? I'm being told that since I'm 10 weeks that the ultrasound is not accurate and I should use the blood results instead, but its like then why even offer to tell us the gender via ultrasound if they already knew that there could be a stronger possibility that the gender was opposite or they were not trained enough to be able to accurately predict the gender via ultrasound. They can care less that my results are different. This is a huge unnecessary frustration and embarrassment. Prenatal Cinemas completely ruined my gender reveal experience for this baby. read more

Honestly, this was the most pleasant experience, ever. Michelle, our ultrasound technician was the nicest and most professional person, ever. She was so warm, welcoming and friendly. We ran 5 mins. late, but she was so understanding. As soon as we arrived, she was upbeat and kind. She was so gentle (my last ultrasound, i was bruised and sore afterward!) and she was able to get baby to move, even when the legs were crossed. Also, I'm not sure if my mom and sister will be allowed be there when I give birth. I wanted them to be part of something very special since everything is so limited especially during the pandemic.Prenatal cinemas allowed me to share my exciting experience with my loved ones. I was allowed to have my husband, sister, brother-in-law and mom with me for my gender reveal. During the pandemic, they are allowing 5 guests but you will need to count yourself and your partner as part of the guest list. From the time I called regarding a Groupon, walked in, during the ultrasound and after ultrasound, the customer service was amazing. Thank you for making me feel special and capturing my special moment. More pros: I didn't end up buying a Groupon because they price match their Groupon deals. I had to take a screenshot which was very easy. This place is very clean. Parking is shared but plenty of parking. AC feels glorious. Recliners feel amazing. They sell stuff animals with the recording of your baby's heartbeat. (Loved this so much.) The video they provided was very beautiful. And it was sent to my email within 30 minutes of my appointment. The attached picture is from my video. I had to take a screenshot and share it. I will return when I am pregnant again. This prenatal cinema is amazing and everything we were looking for! Right when we came in we were greeted and taken care of. Our sonography technician Michelle was so nice, patient, and made us feel so welcome. She was helpful even though our baby has a bad habit of covering his face for EVERY PICTURE we've ever tried to get of him. It really feels like a movie theater. The reclining chairs are so nice and high quality. There's room for moms to walk around and do squats to make the baby change positions lol. Unfortunately, we didn't get our bear today bc they're o of stock. But we'll pick it up when they restock! They still deserve five stars! We chose the premiere package which is supposed to be 20 minutes I think? It's worth it if you want someone who's patient and has a goal of getting good pictures of babies! It comes with a flash drive of the video and pictures, a bear with the baby's heartbeat, a newborn photo session, cute hair tie and hand sanitizer, 2 color pictures, a bunch of other pictures! Great experience. You check in, then the tech takes you to the "cinema." The cinema has big comfy leather recliners for each guest. My husband even took a quick nap at one point lol. The tech was very patient while working with us, as baby had her face up against the placenta. We got a couple good shots, but I understood the limitations the tech was facing. She printed our photos while we were there, and sent us the video a couple hours later. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. Parking: free parking in the shopping center. read more
