I stood there awkwardly waiting by the check in counter after choosing polish because no one told me where to wait or who would be doing my pedicure. Eventually I asked because I did have some place to be and they were running behind. As for my service itself, it was odd. The water was cold and the tech looked so annoyed when I said it was too cold even after she added water. She gets up in a huff and gets a bucket to empty the basin and add some warm water. Still wasn't hot but... acceptable. We finally get started and she talked more to the woman in the chair next to me than she did to me. Nothing special or memorable about the pedicure, and only 4 days after my gel pedicure the gel was already lifting. Won't be back.
