They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. The place was super clean, everybody was very nice and accommodating. They had great music videos playing the service was awesome. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I'm very particular when it comes to pedicures and was not expecting to have one done but ended up getting one because the place was so clean and inviting. I love that they display their state licenses so I know they are educated in the services they offer and most importantly, sanitation. The ambience was very peaceful and chill. They gave me a shoulder massage when my nails were drying and ended with a hot towel. I was a walk-in and was immediately seated.
