Spent another $8 for f#%^ked up eyebrows. I'm one more mishap to having etch and stretch trademarked stencil brows. She passed me the mirror and asked "you like?" I saw her face in the same mirror that I saw my brows plastered with glue? I tell her "please take this stuff off" she passes a cotton swab? (So now this a DIY experience?) I point out her mistakes. The only thing more jacked up then getting bad brows is having the tech tell you to come back and see them. Why da f#%k would I do that? I really must love putting myself through this crap because when I walked into the empty place and told to walk to the back room the first thing I noticed was the wax pot covered in aluminum foil. I asked about it and tech told me it was to keep the wax hot? But when she applied there was no heat/warmth she could have easily rolled a glue stick over my brows. They were friendly but the lack of skills might be why they were empty. YouTube here I come. :-( read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. They are rude as hell. I walk in & they just stare at me feeling unwelcome no hi or how are you. They also started talking within each other about us & complaining because we wanted a full set & we called about a fill in nail. I can't change my mind about what I want?? They were rude & disrespectful as hell so we walked out. Go ahead & come here if you want to be disrespected. They also have people without masks in the salon & have no safety precautions. read more

I was hesitant to try out the venue because of the reviews posted- but there was only 3 reviews total so I thought. 'why not give it a shot?'. Glad I did- I got a gel French manicure that is nothing short of perfection. Pricing is pretty average in comparison to competitors. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is because the atmosphere isn't all too special and the amenities aren't the greatest. (Quick massage, no offer of wine, sodas, etc.) they had a pretty good variety of polishes to choose from that wasn't an overwhelming amount. I will definitely be back. If you want your nails to look good this is definitely the place to go. If you're looking for more of a "spa" experience then possibly somewhere else (which probably won't focus nearly as much as the outcome of your manicure) All in all- great work. read more

One thing about moving to a place where you do not know many people, is looking for a good church and nail salon can be challenging . Lol. I found my place of worship fairly quickly however, the nail salon took me almost a year but I think I have found my spot! It's not a fancy spa-type place, more like one of those hole-in-the-wall-shopping center types. They are friendly, and they take their time not rushing like most nail salons. I have had two different nail techs and both have been great! Today, Jane is my tech and she is the best!!! They are not over aggressive with the manicure but they do get everything, if you know what I mean. The place is clean and I never had problems with finding parking. The only thing is, I wish they had a larger nail color selection. A few months ago I wanted basic white on my toes but they didn't have it. Anyway, they do attend to you fairly quickly as soon as you walk in. Not sure what their busiest hours and days are but I never have to wait. But then again, I'm blessed to be retired and blessed to get a pedicure on a Monday at 11am. read more

My grandma, my mom, & I visited this place because of the convenience of location to our hotel & pricing. If you are expecting a spa type salon this is not it. When we walked in we were not greeted at all. There were only two technicians present. After waiting a few minutes my mom went up to one of the technicians & asked when we could be serviced (pedicures). We were told to come back later, like 30 minutes or so. It was well before evening & just overall not a good time for them or us. I'm sure they do a good job but we were not comfortable staying & waiting that long. read more

This place ruined my nails. The have kept me waiting for an hour with my nails soaking in nail polish and when she did my nails she hurt me in three different spots and was bleeding. I have been coming to Image Nails for over a year now. I promise I will drive past hundreds of nail salons to come see Kelly and her staff. I'm an ocd germ phob so sanitation has to be 110%. They use disposable lining in the foot baths. Yes!!! The eye brows are the best In Jax. I've had some bad eye brow waxing, else where. I don't go anywhere else now that I have Kim. I will just give this place an Extra OK because they don't have that many people here and the lady does move kind of slow. I got a Pedi from a young girl and It just wasn't as great as the first time I got one in Jax. I'd have to say out of all places I've gone in Jacksonville this is the best. I had total nails on southside repair an acrylic which they did a horrible job. Went somewhere else who ignored it. Went here and it was properly repaired. Nails are shaped well and even. They can be slow but are very thoroughly. I will definitely return. read more

I went for a pedicure on my lunch break and never again. It's like the (non- speaking english) tech missed the corns that I thought were attached to my pinky toes. She scraped everywhere on feet except for my pinky toes and she did not even bother to put lotion on my feet. What nail facility doesn't have a can of "quick dry"? They did not know what the hell I was talking about. I will be checking licenses the next time. read more

I don't mind the wait because I'm gauranteed a good manicure! Unfortunately, these days finding a shop that is willing to do a good manicure is hard to come by.
