To start with, this is one nice nail salon. I mean NICE nice. The aesthetic is balanced and creative. The chairs are great. They look and feel new which suggests they are well cared for. This place had me from the start! The staff and services are excellent. We had the 45.00 orange honey scrub. That's their second level pedicure. Unlike other places they started with the scrub which was very relaxing. Then they proceeded to exfoliation followed by the nail trimming and final clean up. I have to admit my nails were in dire need of service as we'd been a bit busy and I hadn't had a chance to find a new place. What a fantastic find and all based on the Yelp reviews. I came in today as a walk-in and to my surprise this is now my new go to salon! The service I had was exceptional and the conversation with multiple techs was great! It's was extremely clean and up to date with great style. The techs are skilled and know what they are doing! i've been 3 times, twice for a fill on acrylic nails and they always LOOK good but i asked each time to do my cuticles and they say yes and never do so they always look outgrown. what kind of fill doesn't come with a manicure? going to get them removed and go to an actual nail tech. read more

I am NEVER in this part of town, but was having my Lexus serviced and thought what the heck. This is a small but oh so cozy shop. I had SNS nails & a pedicure done. I was very, very pleased! They took their time & the gentleman who did my SNS on my nails gave me such an informative lesson on the differences on the processes & products! Highly recommend! read more

The service was great! Everyone was really nice and friendly and the vibe in there was good too. I did had to wait a little bit which was understandable because there was people in front of me. I would give them zero stars if I could! My friend and I made appointments for mani pedis for a certain time. We got there, got our pedis, they took the dip powder off my hands and just left me sitting there watching my friend get her manicure. About a half hour later I asked where my person was and they said they didn't have anyone to do mine and they were going to do mine AFTER hers. The owner was VERY rude and said he told us that on the phone. I said "no, you said you could tske us at 2". Yes, it was a miscommunication; but, he was do rude and just a jerk. He said he'd give me the pedicure for free if I was upset; but, If I stayed for the nails he'd charge me for both. I said he should give me one service free, that I HAD to get my nails done now since they already removed the old polish. He refused, then he told me that he wouldn't even DO my nails since I was so upset! Now, I have to go get my nails done AFTER having already spent 2 plus hours at this horrible place! NEVER go there!! read more
