As I'm walking out they said I can have a free session I just have to sign up. Did not realize I would be paying MORE money after the women took my card and used the card machine HERSELF. Mind you all of this was the manager. Literally came in the next day to cancel my membership and get my fee back that is clearly stated on the contract that I got emailed and some how the manager is saying otherwise even though that is a legal document. After reading some posts, I decided to give Kathleen (owner) a call. I talked to her Wednesday night & told her I was wanting a tan for an event on Saturday. She was able to fit me in her schedule the next day! On Thursday at 4:30 I met her at her house. She's super nice & made me feel very comfortable. She talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. I've had some user error in the past with spray tan booths, so I was excited to try airbrush tanning.
