Well it's time for her to make an appointment, so she called and emailed and got a confirmation text. She got to the shop at her confirmed appointment time and it was closed, locked up tight, lights off - Never notified. Complete waste of $200 on this. Horrible customer service - ZERO communication. It's just horrible. On the site, they'd obviously rather teach others how to do this themselves than offer the service that made them relatively popular in the first place. Sad.

Incredibly sweet, fun to be around & accommodating. I was referred by my sister-in-law, who like me, will only trust our skin with Christina. My first couple visits were for spray tans, which were perfect. Very natural looking. They give me confidence in the summer to show-off my legs. The sessions are timely & comfortable. She is thorough drying me off, making sure the spray doesn't stain my feet, hands and nails. I never leave feeling that tackiness most spray tans can leave you with all day. I am able to put my clothes on and go about my day! Not only does Christina excel in spray tans, but she gives the best & most relaxing facials. The only issue I had was I couldn't stay & sleep--since I was incredibly relaxed. My skin felt years younger. The products she uses are medical grade too. Rarely are things that are so good for us enjoyable too! Once you go to Skin & Spa you'll be hooked! P.S. Reluctantly I went to a different spa to get a spray tan while Christina was on vacation. Planet fitness has the stand up beds too and they are nice and new. For half the cost of this place, you can get a gym membership and unlimited tanning. Again, I don't hear back from anyone. After 4-5 days, I email asking for confirmation on booking and she tells me she's on vacation and will get back to me later. This morning she emails me to tell me my date is not available any longer. Thanks to you guys, I have wasted almost 2 months at this point trying to book with your salon when I could have been looking elsewhere. My wedding is in 3 months. I understand that in changes of ownership things can get lost in translation, but I would think you'd be more apologetic and willing to try and get clients scheduled after they were lost in the mix the first time around.
