Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, the service is amazing. My first time in there and they made me feel like I had been their customer for years. At the large chain printer, I'm used to waiting at least an hour for my prints, usually much longer. The two times I went in I had my blueprints in hand in under 10 minutes. My last trip I only needed 2 pages and they were done in 2 minutes. If you looking for a place with great customer service and good pricing, this is the place!

So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. Well after those two calls, there is no going back to 'happy' with this company, and my soul is not for sale. Live, learn, share my experience, and let y'all decide for yourselves.

Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. If you're looking for quality tint or auto glass work, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.

My experience with Image Zone Printing and Graphics was exceptionally positive from start to finish. Bob worked with me to prepare my Father's autobiography for print. The PDF file I provided to him was extremely flawed, but he went to extreme measures to convert it so that it could be edited and the pagination corrected. He also scanned our photographs and did a lovely job laying out the photos. We were having difficulty finding a publisher so he stepped in and found one for us. Throughout this process, Bob was always patient, caring and professional. I felt that he was personally invested in this project. He responded immediately to phone calls and emails and kept me apprised of what was going on. I am so grateful that we placed our faith in Image Zone. Artists were more than happy to help, cheerful, and patient with me to get exactly what I wanted for a new At home business project I've just started. My labels were done on time which was fast already. They took time to pay attention to detail and caught mistakes I overlooked. Felt like dealing with friends rather than someone who was more interested in collecting my money. Prices I felt were very good considering how much help and input they provided. I would recommend image zone to anyone! They were fast, efficient, and they were willing to bend over backwards to help me get the printing I needed done in a timely manner. There was a mistake on my print that I didn't catch and it was totally my fault for not catching it, so I was prepared to pay full price to have it printed again, but they gave it to me for half off! The one time she acknowledged us, she said someone will be with us in a few minutes, then went right back to her computer. 5 minutes later, the main employee came out and helped us both.

They said they could print invitations but they could not provide the envelopes. They said they…read moreneeded print ready artwork. The Manager went away for a week and no one else could assist. When he returned he didn't look at the artwork. Needless to say we took the job to another printer who accepted the job with no fuss and completed it beautifully within 72 hours.
