I recently worked with them on a significant signage project, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. Despite providing clear and repeated instructions, they blatantly disregarded my specifications and used unauthorized fonts and designs. This was not a minor oversight--this was a deliberate choice to ignore the approved branding guidelines that had been established for the project.
