Absolute shit work! Came here because it's the only place that does full service. I needed my car done out of desperation and someone sent me this place as I was out driving looking around. Next time I will for sure to my research. I paid $50 plus $10 extra to do an extra vacuum although I had some dog hair in my back seat is was not much where their vacuums couldn't do the job. Mister car was charges me $35 all together and they never have an issue. They stopped doing self service so I came here. They ran it through the was and apparently did the vacuum but it's like they didn't do wipe my car windows or the outside like they should have. So after I returned home and pulled into my drive way I noticed a spot on my window that was there for a few days still there, my back window was smeared where I could barely see out of it when the sunlight it it. My car has gunk on it that they swear they use these eco friendly Wash chemicals which was clearly not the case. This was August 31st. They said I could come back and get it done again for free while also stating no refund will be happening. By the time we went Inside to wait the minute they came in saying it was done. The car looked no different and I feel they didn't do shit. This is a shit car wash. The manager is a dumbass and so is half of his teenage staff. My experience with Images Auto Spa in Altamonte Springs has been both frustrating and concerning. After canceling my monthly membership, I discovered that I was still being charged--despite clearly terminating the service. When I contacted management to resolve the issue, I encountered poor customer service and evasive responses. Initially, they claimed to have electronic and/or digital proof that services were rendered during the months in question. However, when I challenged them to present this proof, they conveniently stated they no longer had access to it. This contradiction is highly suspicious and casts serious doubt on their billing practices. If this has happened to me, I believe it may be happening to others as well. If you've also experienced continued billing after canceling your membership or felt misled by their business practices, I urge you to come forward. Should this pattern of behavior prove to be widespread, I propose we organize and submit a formal complaint to the Florida Attorney General's Office. A class action may be appropriate to hold Images Auto Spa accountable for what appears to be deceptive and unethical conduct. This was my second visit to Images and my experience was even better than the first (which was excellent, btw) Long story short, I went in for an engine bay cleaning because mine was filthy. I was greeted by Raul who quickly got my vehicle checked in and directed me to the waiting area. Melvin began my detailing service shortly after. The process took an hour-- this included a complimentary exterior wash in addition to an interior vacuum. I've never had it cleaned before, but I'll definitely get into the habit of having it done periodically now. They did a PHENOMENAL job. I forgot to take a "before" photo, but my car is a 2012, so they had over a decade of filth and grime to work with. All in all, it was a top-tier experience. As I expected, tons of negative reviews for this dirty carwash. The owner/manager is super disrespectful and should look for new line of work. The lady who answers the phones is equally as unprofessional and rude. They will not clean your car if you have a few pieces of paper on the floor. If you question their ridiculous policy they will ask you to leave which is what happended to me. I agree with all the negative reviews. If you check the google reviews just look at the negative ones for all the pictures of the dirty cars. I got into an argurment with the unprofessional manager becasue he wanted me to take out the paper that was on the floor. He kept saying they dont remove the trash. Which makes no sense. Can you imagine if you have people clean your house and they tell you have to take out your own trash??!! So you want me to do half the work and yet still charge me $30. 2.5 stars total for this place sounds about right lol. Dont go to the location there are some places down the street that will not ask you to clean your own car. Worst of all this place was completely empty with care in sight. I originally got a membership last week and both the manager + the other gentleman were very nice - maybe they were just trying to sell me. Today I dealt with one of the "partners" and I will never step foot back in this place. Zero customer service, rude, condescending. Not to mention, they don't do a great job cleaning the car for $40. I came here since the Sweetwater car wash changed to Waters car wash. Sweetwater always did such a really nice job with their full service options and I was told Images was exactly the same by someone on the phone. Complete waste of money on my part. The guys were really nice, but I could've done a better job with the hose and a bucket and my vacuum in my driveway. I would've thought that a place like this that has been around a long time would be using new car washing technology, but I was wrong. Live and learn. I've been coming here for years and loved it. Apparently there is a new owner and the service is horrendous. The owner is even worse. Very pompous and has zero talent for talking with customers. I just paid $40 for a car wash and there was still dirt on it. He told me, "What do you expect for a $30 car wash? You have to pay extra for that." That was his opening line. Not something like, "Hello, sir...what seems to be the issue and how can we fix it?" SMH That was his initial encounter with me. I will never go here again. Don't expect your car to be clean. Very rude, especially after I paid extra for big services and wheel cleaning. To the owner...please don't open any other businesses. I'm sure this will fail. Wish I could give zero stars- please save yourself the trouble and time and money and head elsewhere. I spent $55 for a clean, interior and exterior. Then was asked for a tip which I added prior to the wash, mistake there too. They said they needed 35 mins, 20 mins later they said they were done and literally nothing looked different. The cup holders were sticky, sand on the floor, the Matts weren't cleaned. I asked the guy if he was kidding and he agreed it was an absolute joke so they tried to do better but I don't think they know what they are even doing. After paying $53, for the ultimate cleaner inside and out the attendant said that they will clean the inside very well and it will take 45 minutes. The job was done in less than 30 minutes and the inside still had dirt. I was not satisfied at all. I wanted at least some money back. We took both of our vehicles today , paid for what supposed to be the best service, on top of that had paid an additional interior conditioner and clean. Nevertheless the vehicles where poorly washed on the exterior, wheels where still dirty and very sloppy overall. The interior which we paid additional for was not vacuumed properly, the dashboard looks like when you wipe something with a dirty rag. I had borrowed a friend's car for a few days and wanted to return it clean. Only wanted the outside washed. When paying for the outside wash and dry through the automated car wash, the employee asked if I wanted to add a tip. I asked if there was anything they would be doing. No answer. He went into the car wash machine and drove the vehicle out before it was finished getting rinsed and definitely didn't wait for any drying time on it. There was soap on the car, and the windows were sopping wet. It took them literally a year and a half to respond to my Facebook message. They should probably change their "typically replies in a day" to replies in over a year. I also paid $40+ for a sealant to put on my seats. The guy doing it rushed through the service and did t do a good enough job that I since had something spill and stain my seats when the sealant would have prevented if he actually took the time to do a decent job. Only giving them 2 stars because when I actually got my car washed as I requested, it was done thoroughly. My problem with this place is with their management, or lack there of. The first time I went there it was only because a friend recommended them, and the first thing I did was ask for a hand wash since it was not an option on their ordering system, they made me pay for a $38 wash and wrote a note on the receipt, then I walked inside and saw my car being put on the line for the autowash, had to run out and let them know I did not want the autowash and paid for a hand wash, they pulled my car right on time fortunately. That wasn't the case today. Some other time they even judge me for preferring hand washing and started questioning me as to why I didn't want the autowash. Anyway, today I stopped by, and as usual, talked to one of the workers to ensure they knew I wanted a hand wash. I sat inside to wait, didn't think I needed to keep an eye on my car, but then I noticed it was halfway through the autowash and proceeded to freak out and go find someone that worked there. Yes, they apologized, and refunded my money, but the damage was done. Maybe some people don't mind autowash, but I do. My car is my baby, it's the only nice thing I have ever had, and this is why I take it be hand washed, and why I don't mind paying extra and tipping well for a good service. I don't think I should have to keep an eye on my car to ensure they do what I paid them to do. I ended up leaving with my car all messed up and smelling horribly because of whatever they use on the autowash. They're probably fine for autowash, but don't go for a hand wash, unless you want to be babysitting the process. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to in my life. They broke my front bumper on my car and told me to basically fix it myself and fuck off. They didn't even try to accommodate me with insurance help or anything. I had to file a police report just to get my car fixed. They still charged my card for the wash. I frequently get my car cleaned in the altamonte area and nowadays they up sell you and before you know it you spent $30 and the interior still looks awful. This place does a decent job and they're quick. I got the in and out wash and it was less than 20 bucks. I recommend compared to other spots. Would give none stars but this had to be said. I have come to this location often I just traded my car in and got a car with leather seats I took to Images Auto Spa and what a disgrace. So firstly I did not take pictures; just so if the owner of this places sees this she doesn't get the satisfaction of seeing the work her own employees do to customers vehicles. Images Auto Spa proceeded to wash and dry the car. In the finishing area the techs started to apply the leather soap 8 mins later they called me car finished, red flag one anyone that has treated their leather seats knows this is a longer process. I got into the car and drove away. I noticed at the next light the leather cleaner was stuck in the inside door lock chambers I locked and unlocked the doors and boom door locks covered in cleaner. Wow I immed. Went to store to get paper towels and remove it before it got in mechanical parts. Once home I opened the doors and cleaner spots not smoothed over but actual spots of over done and not done at all blotches all over the interior of the car. I also noticed none of the dash board was wiped clean of fingerprints AT ALL, referring to the radio, a/c control area, and or the speedometer area. I called the number on receipt and a woman answered and advised me to bring car back so they can fix, I advised her not bringing the car back to AGAIN suffer at the hands of her company, I told the woman on the phone the call was to get refund only, woman stated NO REFUNDS My biggest issue with companies not offering a refund is the actual quality of the product they are selling, when they won't even back it right as your money exchanges hands with the business, why should we even buy your products at all? Sneaky right? Anyway I will never return to this wash good luck washing your vehicles here. I've been to Images Auto Spa in Altamonte Springs, FL several times. Each time the staff is friendly, but the service sucks terribly! My last visit, I took my son's Jeep Wrangler to have it washed & detailed. After I paid, they turned me away and said his jeep was too hard to clean. However, I took it myself and cleaned it within less than an hour. The guys are lazy and do not do a good job. When I take my Jeep Wrangler, I ask is for them to vacuum and wipe down the inside. It's never done. The dashboard is 1/2 ass wiped, the mirrors are not clean, they don't vacuum the back. they miss visible areas and I have to ask them to do it again. 1/2 ass work! You spend $35-$75 for a wash and detail, and you get $5 job. I do not recommend this location in Altamonte Springs on 434. read more

Although I experienced a delay based upon the original estimated time when I brought in my car (2.5 hours instead of the 30-60 minutes originally estimated), that is not why I'm writing this review. This review is based upon the conduct of just one of the guys at this place. He appeared to be the manager, but he never identified himself or his position at the place, but he wasn't the actual guy cleaning the car. He was apparently upset that I had asked the guy working the counter inside to check on the status of my car twice (at 90 minutes, after seeing no one had been working on my car for the last hour, even though there had been only one other car at the place when I arrived, and again after 2 hours.) I did not raise my voice or cause a scene, but I did communicate that I was told it would take 30-60 minutes and that I can see that no one is working on my car. The guy in the shop was polite and went outside to communicate that I said something, and I thanked him for doing so. When the car was done, I told the guy cleaning the car about my complaint about the time it took. It was not the original guy who had been assigned to the car. He said it wasn't his fault. I told him I understand it's not his fault, but I was disappointed with the Images Auto Spa generally about the delay. If they told me it would take 2-3 hours to begin with, I'd be fine with it because I would've known. Here's where things got crazy. Someone who I guess was a manager approached me. I thought he was going to say something to explain why it took longer than I was originally told. But, that didn't happen. Instead, he aggressively gets in my face and tells me that my f'ing car is a "piece of sh___" and that I was an assh___ for complaining to the guy inside about the delay in front of his other customers and that who was I to complain given that I drive such a piece of sh___ car. Whoa!!! Again, it's not like I had raised my voice or acted rudely about the delay to anyone. While I did communicate that I was upset about the delay, I had done absolutely nothing to justify this behavior. Seeing that any conversation with this guy was a waste of time, I just said "Fine" and was going to simply take off. But, then the guy mocks me and says that I'm acting "like a little girl" and asked if I was "going to go home now to pout like a little girl". He looked like he was actually trying to start a fist fight with me. He was seriously angry and getting into my space. In disbelief, I asked him: "Are you about to take a swing at me? Are you really trying to start a fight here?" He said: "I deal with people like you all the time ... assh___." What the ...?!? Listen, if I had been acting belligerently or loudly or yelling at any of the workers, there might actually have been something admirable about this guy sticking up for his workers. But, that wasn't the case - at all. If they had been working on my car for the whole 2.5 hours because my car was in such bad shape, meaning not only should I not complain, but I should be thanking them (if not paying extra) for the additional service, then I could understand the guy being upset. In that situation, I would've either paid more or at least given a big tip. But, that also wasn't the case. I saw my car sitting there for two hours with no one touching it. And there was only one other car there when I got there that morning. There was simply no justifiable reason for the guy acting so insanely rude to me - to the point that I actually thought I was about to get into a fist fight with this crazy person. I still can't believe it. There is 0.0% chance that I would ever go back and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to never go there. But to be fair, everyone else at the place was polite - the people who greeted me, the guy originally assigned to shampoo the car, the guy in the store. But, the manager guy was absolutely nuts. I very seldom write reviews, but my experience today with Images Auto Spa was worthy of writing one. Their pricing was very straightforward and the only surprise were the additional services they included that I wasn't aware of. My truck was very dirty inside and had mud and light scratches on the exterior. After leaving the truck with them for 3 hours to compete a hand wash and wax, I came back to find the exterior free of the scratches and cleaner than the day I bought it. They surprised me by detailing the interior, although they said they would only be "wiping it down". I will certainly be back to see them. read more

I'm extremely disappointed! I had two great experiences prior to this one with Images auto spa...but this one was so terrible I won't be returning. After leaving images auto spa I went straight home...my car started fine so I didn't think to look if my key was in my cup holder where I had left it. My key is electronic and in order to start it has to be near the car. I got home and realized my key was no where to be found. I looked for 2 hrs tearing the car apart and even called images to have them see if some how it was left there. After almost giving up I closed my car door and low and behold it was on the outside of my car by the window wipers where one of their employees carelessly left it! As I'm sure many people know key fobs are not cheap and I have no idea how I made it home with it not falling off and being lost forever. As I was looking for my key for 2 hrs I realized how terribly they had done with the vacuuming! I had tipped them $10 which isn't bad considering there was a deal for $12 dollars on Wednesday! They basically made double the cost of the wash and vacuuming. I guess I learned the hard way, to not tip unless I have fully examined the car first. Also next time I will be triple checking where my key is! They need to step it up with training their employees to do a thorough job and making sure that the key is left exactly where the customer put it! read more
