I very seldom write reviews, but my experience today with Images Auto Spa was worthy of writing one. Their pricing was very straightforward and the only surprise were the additional services they included that I wasn't aware of. My truck was very dirty inside and had mud and light scratches on the exterior. After leaving the truck with them for 3 hours to compete a hand wash and wax, I came back to find the exterior free of the scratches and cleaner than the day I bought it. They surprised me by detailing the interior, although they said they would only be "wiping it down". I will certainly be back to see them. read more

I'm extremely disappointed! I had two great experiences prior to this one with Images auto spa...but this one was so terrible I won't be returning. After leaving images auto spa I went straight home...my car started fine so I didn't think to look if my key was in my cup holder where I had left it. My key is electronic and in order to start it has to be near the car. I got home and realized my key was no where to be found. I looked for 2 hrs tearing the car apart and even called images to have them see if some how it was left there. After almost giving up I closed my car door and low and behold it was on the outside of my car by the window wipers where one of their employees carelessly left it! As I'm sure many people know key fobs are not cheap and I have no idea how I made it home with it not falling off and being lost forever. As I was looking for my key for 2 hrs I realized how terribly they had done with the vacuuming! I had tipped them $10 which isn't bad considering there was a deal for $12 dollars on Wednesday! They basically made double the cost of the wash and vacuuming. I guess I learned the hard way, to not tip unless I have fully examined the car first. Also next time I will be triple checking where my key is! They need to step it up with training their employees to do a thorough job and making sure that the key is left exactly where the customer put it! read more

Location stole from my car, EarPods. Told Better Business Bureau, reviewed got removed. Had a Yelp review, got removed too. So let's do this again. This place has POOR customer service, is incredibly disrespectful, owners are full of spite and hate, and highly unprofessional. I called, spoke to both owners, yelled at me told me that I cannot read (when I have 5 degrees and the owner didn't even graduate high school), told me I am an entitled b'tch, and that they would not do anything to help me retrieve my items. I called the number provided and let the owners know after leaving their location, my EarPods were gone. I called and spoke with both Myra & Jeff as the owners to inform them that my EarPods were missing from my vehicle after I left their Altamonte Springs location - which they can also view that in the police report. My husband, not I, went up to the facility to see if anyone has seen them. Your team member said I could locate them via my iCloud, however - I did not set that up and could not locate them (that is my responsibility and I take ownership of that, lesson learned). We thanked that team member, so we did NOT decline his help. You did not offer any help, your team member did, and they were amazed at how rude you were to me on the phone. Unfortunately, you were not there, and could not be a part of this conversation because you were at your other facility being rude with your significant other on the phone to me, yelling at me, telling me I cannot read, that I am an entitled 'b*tch'' and then to F off. Your video cameras, as you stated, do not show the inside of a car. You explicitly stated that to me numerous times on the phone and told me that it was MY problem. That I was lying and that you would dispute any claims I made, which is why we are here now, on the BBB. I did not demand anything from you when I spoke to you, nor have I. I told you that I worked in healthcare and this was poor service, you told me that your sick mother had items stolen at a hospital and just like the people that work at whatever hospital you are referring to, that you 'would not do anything to help me.' Clearly, that is the case here, and you lack responsibility or ownership of this conversation. As for my responsibility, I took action and reported it to the police because you would not help me and were incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude on the phone. I would have let a small item go but due to your irresponsible behavior, this is why a report was made and why reviews will continue to come in informing others of your unprofessionalism. And for your business is open for 32 years, yes - you have been "established" for 32 years in the car wash industry thanks to your family business. Looks like NTC had some issues in the 1990s due to 'customers disappearing,' and years later, you open a new location under a new name. Your reputation does not disappear no matter how hard you try to remove reviews. Images Auto Spa has only been open for 6 years (bought in 2013 and changed name from Simoniz Car Wash) and have a 2.3-star rating because you tell people to F off and do not help them. Your reviews speak the truth. The reviews of your business on every platform I see, speak volumes of how you treat your clients, which is why many do not return to your business. You and your significant other are the problems here, not me. Your 'high quality' service standards you claim to have, do NOT exist. That is not my problem, that is yours. That is something you should take responsibility for. If you had high-quality standards, you would raise your ethics and become educated on situations that occur in your facility instead of lashing out on a customer who had an item taken from your location. What a rip-off. Sorry, i want to get straight to the point. An exterior (only) wash for $12.00, then you charge $2.00 to hand dry (not needed) and $8.00 for tire shine. I could have skipped the tire shine and still for $14.00 bucks it wasn't worth it. Lux car wash would have only been $7.00 for the SAME car wash. read more

I took my car in last Wednesday to try this car detailing place, everyone was very nice and did a good job. It started to rain on my way home 4 days later and I put on the windshield wipers - they were gone! They must have removed them to wash the car and didn't replace, I found one down in the engine compartment of the car the other is gone. I called at 9am on 10.2 and spoke with a woman who was very rude and yelled at me and told me no refunds, even with a receipt. She offered to look at the video to prove they didn't do it but when I said okay, she balked. Use this business at your own peril - I have never spoken to a customer service person who was so angry and rude! read more

The first car I took in, I noticed that there was damage to my wheel, didn't think too much of it and get things fixed. It's no coincidence that the second car I took in, the wheel broke while in the wash. They attempted to hide the fact the wheel was broken and when management was confronted about this, the manager yelled and refused any kind of refund or help to repair the damage. Horrible! They pick and choose who they want to help. I pulled in and sat there for 10 minutes and with only one car in front of me. The guy vacuuming the car in front of me kept staring at me but never came to my car to help. As soon as another car in the left lane next to me pulled in they jumped right over to help them. Maybe they didn't think my car was cool enough, idk. If there was a rating of 0, that's what I would give this place. The prices are more than other car washes and the quality of service is horrible. They did a bad job with cleaning my car. Don't even try to address your concerns with management because they don't care. In this case the customer is wrong!! I've had mixed experiences here. It all depends on who is doing the detail work. I dropped my GF's car off for a detail and wax and they left wax all over the car, and I had to go behind them with a compressed air can to get stuff out of the cracks on the interior. Then I've gone for a quick exterior wash and had a nice guy named Frank wipe my car down with the care of a master car craftsman. The one thing I will say is if you are the sort to tip, bring cash. They do not offer cash back and the fee on the ATM is more than most people would tip on just a quick exterior wash, so you either get ripped off or have to the "that guy" who didn't tip. read more

Honestly, I am not impressed with the work done here. Payed for the Super clean package which is 49.00, so I wasn't expecting a full truck detail. They use a drive thru wash which I knew,so I wasn't expecting the level of detail that accompanies hand washing the exterior. Surprisingly the exterior was the best part. The interior was where they got lazy. It was clear to see what had been wiped and what wasn't. Part of my center console left dusty and with sand. My radio console dirty as when I got there. The carpets were semi clean. Long story short, 5 mins after leaving I am now at home re vacuuming the interior and wiping the rest of the consoles clean. Doing what I hoped to avoid when I payed to have it done. On the bright side the staff was friendly and they do have a wide range of cleaning products in store, if you want to buy them and do it right yourself. read more

This place used to be very good when it was Simoniz. (Sp?) it is awful now. There are just random people walking around (no uniform) baseball caps on backwards, doesn't seem like there is any management present. Staff is rude when trying to ask a question. Car was not cleaned well at all. When I asked to show someone a part of the inside that wasn't done at all I got an "eye roll" and the guy just walked away from me. The Images Auto Spa in Altamonte Springs is the only place I trust to take my truck to get washed or detailed. I drive a red Chevrolet Colorado truck and every time I come here, It comes out looking clean and new. When they get done with it, it just shines like a moving piece of artwork on wheels! The staff here are personable, and they do pay careful attention to detail and making sure you leave there happy with what you paid for! My family and our cars have been coming here from the beginning and we go just about every week, especially on Wednesdays when it's 3 bucks! I have been going to this location for years, even before it was Images Auto Spa. I have always been treated well by the managers and staff. Finding a CONSISTENT car wash experience is never easy. That being said, the gang at Images has been able to deliver the most consistent service of any facility I have tried. Only a couple of times was I ever disappointed in the results, and yet they were corrected when I said something. Best day to go is on a Wednesday when an outside wash is only $3.00! I've come several times here, and each time they get lazier. Today I think they had the last strike. I was just greeted with a simple "Hi", then I said I wanted the 'Super Clean' and paid $38 for a throughout clean. In no moment I was asked what services I wanted. Half of the time it was on the vacuuming area the employees were talking to themselves. Then they were looking to the car and it was obvious they didn't want to do their job. Then they took the car to the washing drive thru area. Then, of the many employees they have, only one was on the last step of the process - the detailing, and he took his time to do it. After some time a second employee came to the detailing area, but didn't help the guy who was with my care. When I went to the car, it wasn't completely detailed clean, it just wasn't. I had a tip for the detailing guy, but when I saw the work was not done as it should be, I didn't tip because I don't tip mediocre job that was paid for. I work hard for my money and it seem is half wasted. But I called the number on the receipt, and talked to a lady, and she is 'going to look to the video surveillance' they have to corroborate the facts. She told me I could go back so they can fix it, but I told her I'm home and won't waste a trip and time to go back to fix what supposed to be done in the first place. I also told her that in fact she took my word and verify what happened was true according to her, that she could talk to the employees so it doesn't happen again. It's all about customer service. You are just not dealing with material things (the cars), but with human beings that own the car. If you clients are not satisfied with the service provided, there are plenty of businesses that can provide better customer service. read more

I came today for a Super Clean Wash- I only pulled in because it was slow and there was only one car ahead of me. While they were working on my car another car came out of the wash. Instead of finishing my car- they started working on the car that came in much later than me- I couldn't wait for them to finish that car than mine. So I had to leave- car I finished. $50 spent for half a service. Peoples time is valuable- cars should be taken in the order they come in. read more

A month ago I went for a routine car wash. The greeter began taking pictures of my vehicle on the inside and out. I did not say anything until he wanted my signature on his cell phone. I questioned him as to why that was necessary for a car wash and he said that it was required. (UNNECESSARY INVASION OF PRIVACY). He refused to tell me what and why It was required to put my signature on a digital device. I immediately asked for a refund. They gave me resistance until I informed that whatever they were doing is not state or federal law for something as mundane as a car wash. I do not recommend people volunteer that kind of information to non-law enforcement businesses. You have no control as to what it could posbe used for. TERRIBLE CAR WASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Got the $16 in and out car wash here yesterday. I was in a rush and didn't check to make sure it was cleaned. When I got home later, it looked like they hardly even touched the car. I went back today to have them fix it and the car washer was absolutely rude. He said, "if you come in a busy day, they're not going to waste their time to perfectly clean it". Completely ridiculous. If I am paying for a service, I demand that service to be followed through whether they are busy or not. The outside didn't even looked touched. So long story short, a friend of mine threw up in the back seat of my car and I had been trying to find a car wash that would clean, as well as get the smell out of, my backseat for two days! After being turned away by OVER 6 places within about 2 hours on the second day, I (by the Grace of God lol) found Images Auto Spa. Cole, the manager, and his awesome team took care of me and my car with as much enthusiasm and positive-ness as they possibly could which I greatly appreciated because let's face it, who actually wants to clean someone else's throw up . I attempted to clean it up beforehand as best as possible, but it was still so dirty and they had no issue getting the remainder as well as the smell completely out! It really didn't take them that long to complete the task either, probably about 45 minutes to an hour give or take so extra kudos for that. I only needed the back cleaned and shampooed, but they still tidied up the front of my car. I definitely appreciate Cole and his team for helping me out last minute and not having a bad attitude about having to clean up that nasty mess. I was also really impressed that Cole helped clean my car up as well being that he is, in fact, the manager. A big THANK YOU to Cole and his AWESOME team again!!! read more

I spent $30 for them to quickly wash my tries and the sides of my car. Windshield and mirrors not done. Front was still dirty. And they doused my interior with so much of that fake lemon air freshener, it'll take weeks to get rid of it. Throw $30 out your window and just spend 5 minutes doing it yourself with a dirty napkin you found in your glove compartment. You'll get the same result. read more

Be careful - no refunds. Decent car wash, poor headlight restore, don't stand behind their work. Paid them $50 to restore headlights on a car I'm selling. They looked pretty good when I picked it up, 2 days later it's peeling and looks like this. Much worse than before they worked it. Offered to re-sand them, but I don't trust they'll fix them and want my money back. They won't do it, they're right "it's right there on the receipt" as they say. Pretty disappointing. For $4 wash it's only ok. Mister and Top Dog quick wash does a much better job. Because today I'm in a rush to get things done and it was no line I came here. But I would rather go to the other places for $5 or $6 wash that includes vacuum self-service. They're soap wash and dryer stations are much better. Due to they're automated car wash machine is more updated. I think they offer a price for unlimited wash per month but I wouldn't use that deal for here. read more

Took my car here for the first time and had to go home a detail my car all over again. I did the $29 Ultra Shine wash the included vacuuming. The front of my car still had bird crap on it, the back of my car wasn't touched at all and there was not a single section of my car that was vacuumed. I DO NOT recommend! read more

I ended up at Images yesterday after trying another car wash in the area where I was completely ignored for long enough to cause me to drive away. At Images I was helped right away. I ordered a "Super Clean" - their highest end wash and went for the extra $10 interior treatment. Prices are in line with pretty much anywhere else in the area. The waiting area has comfy leather club chairs and ottomans, what a nice surprise! The cashier and any attendant I saw come through for customers was friendly and everyone appeared to be working hard. My car was indeed Super Clean when it was returned to me. I am highly satisfied with the level of service. I'll go out of my way to go back. read more

I am thoroughly surprised by the low rating of this car wash. I have been here twice and my experiences have been nothing but stellar. The first time, I just wanted to call and tell the owner what a great service they do but I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone (they were probably too busy providing excellent service to the clients on site). The second time, the power went out after they vacuumed my car and had it in the car wash. They took the car out of the wash and finished it by hand.
