If you call later in the day, they say their warehouse is in the East Coast and they're closed, if you call in the morning, they say their warehouse is in California and they're not open yet. And the funny thing they don't remember their lies. I'm glad I bought with a credit card and will contact my CC to do a charge back.

They said they would let me know when my order is ready. On 2/24, I receive an Email asking for artwork--- the first step I completed on 2/6. This means that not only are my bags not ready after 3 weeks, they weren't even ordered (although there was no issue in charging my card in full on the day the order was placed). Now, I have to find another (better) company that can actually follow through on its promises. Specialty store services is a terrible company that can't guarantee that fully paid orders will be properly received. Save yourself the headache and try Store Supply, KC Fixtures, or any other supplier who has a reputation of better service. It will save you a ton of money and headaches.

Not only were the 300 not included in the default box of 176 - the default box only had 167 letters in it. We are missing one "S" and all eight of the "O's". How much longer before they finally send us what we paid for?

Silly me for not asking for a price before hand ( nor should I have since this is not the first time I have used fed ex) but as I was handed the copies I was also handed a bill for $328.00!!! I guess this is why I go to Staples for copies when I have a choice. Not to mention how rude the person was helping me. But they did give us a $38 discount so it only cost me $294.00 for copies. If you go here ask for costs up front and don't assume they will be on par with other print places.
