If I could give zero starts I would!! My child attends imagination station on Boulder which has been a horrible experience since Ms.Liz has been working there. First and foremost if there is an issue within a classroom she doesn't have the decency to follow up with the parent after she confirmed she will. Secondly my child has lost multiple item here at this daycare and the teachers has no sense of urgency in returning the items. For example my 2 year old daughters shoe was found outside in a tree. How did her shoe end up outside in a tree? Meaning she was outside with one shoe on and spent most of the day with only one shoe on without reaching out to me. They are not taking the proper protocol on potty training after I let them know numerous of times she's learning at home. They also move her to different classrooms throughout the day without any communication to myself. They don't send her daily log home and they also sent her home with her pull up in her pants but not on her bottom. This is very unprofessional and I expect my child to be cared for with a higher level of respect. This is a horrible center! read more

I just took my kids out of this daycare !! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE this is the WORST DAYCARE my kids ever been to. They don't care about the kids the teachers sit on there phone all day, let the kids run around beating each other up. They would call me EVERYDAY to pick my son up cause they didn't wanna deal with him. They refuse to potty train my 2 year old the teacher said she has too many kids so there not going to do it. Nobody was giving my baby his Gerber I would pack it and it would still be in his bag they would lose his wipes & put other kids pacifiers in his mouth. I'm not trying to put down this daycare. This daycare need help with new staff. When I first started here my daughter coat was missing and never returned and the staff never reported any injuries so my children come back to me with bursies like someone hurt them and they never reported due not getting fired or make imaginary station have a bad viewing. I called the police and police showed up to the daycare, the officer said the staff was unavailable to talk about the incident what happened to my son. I reported this daycare to the human services department for abuse and negligence. They will get sued by me. For hurting my 3 year old son that is autistic. You can just hurt my son and get away from it. See you in court. The staff is overwhelmed with the children and sometimes I hear them screaming at the children. When I drop off my children early in the morning because I work 12 hours shift they look beautiful clean and relaxed with no problems. When I pick them up around 7:00 they are a mess like they went camping in the desert. Shoes off their toes hair mess up. All the children running around the building it's a mess and child safety issues now I'm a Nurse this is bad. Morning routine perfectly normal and evening routine epic bad. Imagination station BOULDER STATION: I work for CCSD and they pride themselves in being a ccsd family, etc. Well they are not. The admissions lady is less than helpful. She always says "I advise my ccsd parents that they have to give 2 weeks notice to change their child's enrollment status". She expects people to remember that she told them that 1 time. They are not willing to help ccsd families out. The front desk staff is rude. They RARELY ever check my child into their system, which is a major concern for me if there were ever to be an emergency at the school. The playground has bark which stray cats in the neighborhood use as a litter box. It Is unsanitary. I do not recommend sending your child there. The tuition is outrageous. 180$ per week. And you have to pay it even if your child is not attending during that week. And their school week starts on Friday. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS LOCATION. read more

This company is full of people who are dishonest and tell you one thing but do something else. Do not enroll your child here. When we learned that Imagination station was taking over Bright Horizons at Sunset they said our rates would be lower and I explained my situation about scheduling my child. I informed Jessica Davis their director of my situation and my concerns. I utilize drop in care and the rate on the sheet they gave us at our parent meeting, said drop in care would be $100 a day. I was worried about this amount as it was more than double than what I was already paying. Jessica was very accommodating at this meeting with all the parents and she said not to worry and she would work with us when it came time to sit down and do contracts. Well I just got done with my meeting with Jessica and first of all this company does not know how to keep appointments. I was supposed to see Jessica at 3 pm today. First it was at 2 pm and then they called back and said it was rescheduled to 3 pm. I arrived at 3 pm to learn that Jessica was not even on property and her next appointment was at 3:30 pm. I informed the receptionist that my appointment was definitely at 3 and not 3:30 pm. They said I could wait but I had other things to do and they could not even tell me if I was the person scheduled at 3:30 pm. So I left. Then closer to 3:30 I called and they said that Jessica's 3:30 appointment was not for me and they asked if I could come in at 4:30. I had to do some rescheduling in order to see her at 4:30 pm which was aggravating. When I finally saw Jessica at 4:30 she was not that apologetic of what happened with the scheduling and she said she'll talk to Lori her assistant who scheduled me. So I told her my situation of when I needed day care. I explained that my schedule varies and I utilize drop in care. Basically she said in order for me to keep my pricing I have to make a commitment to bring her in 3 days a week. So basically all the promises of "we will work with you, we are here to cater to families" is a bunch of crap they tell you so they can get try to keep you enrolled with them. I hope all you former Bright Horizons families boycott this place because if they are going to be dishonest in the beginning they'll be like this throughout. Oh and also they said at the meeting that the rates were incorrect on the sheet that they gave you...well it will be correct come January 1 and it is more than you are already paying now. read more

I think the staff has been going above and beyond to make sure that all the proper precautions and procedures are being implemented in order to keep the COVID-19 virus at bay. Everyone has come together to make sure that the children are not only car for, but that they are still enjoying curriculum and a nurturing environment during the trials and tribulations that this time has brought upon all of us. My son attended this daycare for a short time. At first everything was fine. They placed him in a class for younger children, I have no idea why. Shortly after they placed him in the correct classroom, it went downhill from there. He started coming home telling me kids where hitting him and calling him names. I asked him if he was telling the adults and sometimes he would and sometimes he wouldn't. I think they where encouraging him not to tell them or they just didn't care because my son is very vocal and loud. He also started to asking me questions about why kids are bullies. My last straw was when I picked him up he had marks all over his face. On camera I saw one of the adults moving his face side to side and as he was walking up the front desk woman was asking him about his face. Everytime my son told me about kids hitting g him not one adult told me a d@mn thing. Anyways, so I asked him what happened and he told me. After we left he would tell me more bits and pieces. Pretty much he was cornered by a child with a chair and another child told them to leave my son alone. More times then once. I asked him where the adults where and he said he didn't know. He also told me that some kids would step on his legs, some kid took his glasses and bent them. No adult never told me anything when I went to pick him up or drop him off. I get adults aren't going to see every little thing but if you don't want to care for children then don't work at a daycare. When I go in there for pick up and am waiting for them to bring him, I always look at the camera. Every single time the adults are not on screen or standing all together while the kids are running wild. That day my sons face was covered in scratches was his last day. I went in and gave them a two week notice but informed them that he won't ever be coming back but I will pay for the two weeks. Vicki in the office called me sometime later and mentioned if I was looking for daycare they have different locations. I declined and she ended giving me a zero balance and sending it to my case worker, even though the two weeks wasn't up. The people I encountered where always nice and welcoming but the treatment my son received is disgusting. I love this place! I have 3 children that have been attending for over a year. I've noticed over the past few months that they have really been stepping up theirs game. My kids come home singing songs and writing their names on any paper they can find and on my off days they ask to go to school. I am so thankful for the late hours they have being a 24 hr town. The MGM location is a disaster! Let me start by saying my child is diabetic, I asked multiple staff members if they had experience with Type 1 diabetes and was assured they did and that it wouldn't be a problem. It took 2 weeks of Drs appointments to obtain the medical clearance they requested to enroll my son just for them to deny us the day before he was due to start saying they didn't administer medication. They are now refusing to give me a written statement siting inability to accommodate. I will definitely be contacting a lawyer. In addition to obvious ADA violations and who I was told was the district director Meagan trying to brush me off via the receptionist Ashley, the billing coordinator Yessica doesn't keep up with her appointments and had me show up for an appointment she had no record of, causing me to call off work in order to reschedule with her. Unfortunately this child care service has messed up on more than 10 occasions. Today I gladly removed my child from their care. While some of the staff members have taken care of my son, many other seem bothered or even miserable while working. When picking up my son I was brought another persons child (he has attended for 1.2 years). On another occasion the teacher claimed that my son was not at their facility upon pick up (he was). His bottle was given to multiple other children even while clearly labeled. Constantly losing, confusing, and giving away belongings and frustrating parents. I was given 48 hours to get a booster shot for my child (not nearly enough time to schedule a doctors appointment). He has been denied entry over and over because of disorganization on their end. This place is not for people who seriously need child care. Recently, it seems as if they have staff members who are trying to do better, but they have their work cut out for them. I have never met his teachers or seen the room. In addition, I have never seen any structured activity taking place on the cameras. My kid is always thirsty and dirty upon pick up. I found this daycare online while I was looking for an overnight facility because I work nights for now. I couldn't be happier, the girls are great, the pricing isn't outrageous like most facilities I've researched and they love my daughter. They give me a full report everytime I pick her up. Its very close to my house and work. I am thankful for their hours because there are only a handful of 24 hour facilities in Las Vegas. Beware. The staff cheats you of your money after you have worked. Then they try to cover it up by saying, "Oh no , we don't video film from 2 months ago or sign in sheets from 2 months ago." They cover up the mistakes they make by having people work without the proper CArds, such as sheriffs card, CPR card, TB card, which they do not tell you , you need during the job interview. Plus they stuck 40 children in a room with 3 teachers. They never had TP or paper towels. It was horrendous!! An incident report was written and they still deny you having worked there. I am done with this place! First off when it was Bright Horizon it was nice. I felt comfortable leaving my then 4 month baby there. But ever since Imagination Station things went down hill...fast. What everyone is saying about the price going up, the promises, the cleanliness, and more are all true. I let so many things go but I finally had enough, after all this is my child we are talking about. The first incident was her missing outfit. Keep in mind we are supposed to label clothing and things..ok that's fine. I just purchased an outfit for my daughter and decided to put it on her and take her to daycare. When I picked her up her clothes were changed. I get it, she had an accident, no problem. I get home and her outfit I dressed her in wasn't in her bag. So I'm thinking ok it's still there and I'll get it tomorrow. The next day no one can find it. Since we only went two days a week, I had to wait until the following week. Again no outfit and a "I'm sorry". I ended up bringing in a picture of the outfit so they could hang it. They said it could have been placed in someone else's bag. Long story short my daughter's outfit was never found. Management was ZERO help and said they were not liable. And even asked if her name was on it?! No it wasn't because it was ON HER! It is their responsibility to make sure whatever the child came there with, it should be returned to them. So, I let it slide because we needed daycare. Not long after that the jar food I sent with her was "missing". The teacher claimed it wasn't in the bag. It made me second guess myself. I have a nightly routine and packing her bag was one of them. I KNEW I packed two containers of food and I add the bottles in the morning. But still I checked my car (knowing it wasn't in there", and I checked once I got home. I immediately knew which food was missing. It frustrated me 1. because my child didn't eat it and 2. you say it was never in the bag. Again, I let it go. The very next week I take her in and mind you there are different teachers each week. My daughter was scheduled for the 5:30am-3:30pm shift. I walk in and check in and a "new" teacher approached me saying the infant teacher doesn't come in until 6am. I'm confused. How is that my problem? Why are you even telling me? Apparently she had another child in another room. Again...how is that my problem? She took my daughter and I left and went to work. I didn't know it at the time but the last day I took my daughter there, I handed her off to yet another "new" teacher. This one had very long finger nails. Too long in my opinion to have when you work with infants. That upset me. Anyway I pick her up and I'm watching them put everything in her bag but I noticed the third bottle was not there. She told me it was only two bottles. I said no I always put three in her bag. Finally we found it, still in the bag, which meant it was left out all day. So I had to throw it away and was officially done with them. DONE! There were times when I picked her up and I'm counting babies vs teachers and was shocked. I counted 7 babies including my own and two teachers once. I had to stand there and wait because they were both feeding babies. I'm not sure what the teacher vs child ratio is but I'm pretty sure that's not right. What if something happened? We were VERY fortunate to find better child care for our daughter. It felt soo good telling them she will not be coming back! I am no longer stressed going to work because I know my baby is in very good hands and is safe. I strongly recommend you find a better daycare for your precious angles and trust your gut when you sense something isn't right. Normally I would apologize for the rant but in this case I won't because I'm hoping I can save another family from making the same mistake we did. read more

My kids four and five were going here for about almost two years. First month there my son gets hand and mouth no big deal I thought it's daycare! After a while my daughter who was 3 at the time hated coming there so I had a friend watching her and only took my son he loves it there. They still had me pay for my daughter even tho she wasn't going but maybe like every blue moon ok fine! My son started school this year so they offered transportation to and from school I thought great because with my schedule I can't always get him to safekey because I go in early sometimes! Since school started my son has been left at school 5 times and today was the last straw!!! The owner promised me it wouldn't happen again but after the 4th time I really believed her and also the lady miss bell promised she will be the person who picks him up and it's her responsibility and she swore to give them another chance so I did and guess what? Again they left my child at school! She I guess fired some people today and said to give them another chance but I can't risk it I'm done! The school recommended me calling the news because my child is a foster child who already has abandonment issues and if the school called cps because he was left there I would loose him!!! It really sucks that I can't trust them to care for my little one!!!! Now I have to take time off work to try to find another place because I can't risk loosing him over this daycare.... I don't typically post reviews, but I noticed that there are no recent reviews. I am a teacher at the Imaginatiin Station MGM who is quitting tomorrow. This daycare is filthy. Staff is not provided the time or tools to properly clean. The floors are especially gross. There is no curriculum or structure for kids. Classrooms are often out of ratio and do not have consistent teachers. I would not bring my child here if they paid me to. Staff is not encouraged to get training nor required to show up. Pay is low..Parents are basically ignorant as they are not allowed in the classrooms and except for the clips of video in the lobby, are basically uninformed. I was hopeful when I applied for this job and excited to get it because I had heard such great things about Bright Horizons before them. I thought this place would at least make a strong effort to measure up, but they don't. I believe that because they are attached to a wealthy casino, they get away with murder. Those poor kids. Lady told me that he did not eat because he wouldn't, and i told her, "He can't feed himself yet" (which i indicated on the enrollment packet) and she just said, "Oh." I mean, hello, he's 18mos old! When we got to the car, he finished two bottles of milk within 5 minutes' time, because he was so dehydrated and thirsty! Hubby said we should give them a chance since we really need child care so i said, okay. Second day, we paid for the whole week (so this is technically day 1 of that week), picked up my son and his diaper was full and unchanged. Lady/Teacher (?) said my son just pooped before i came so i decided to change him myself since i was there already. Well, i was angered when i found diaper rash on my son's bottoms, which does not develop unless if diaper's been soaked for hours! Son's butt was so red he would cry with just a slight touch of his skin. Also, my son's voice turned hoarse from too much crying to the point of actually losing his voice already. Jessica (the supervisor) said, "Believe me, he hasn't been crying for that long," but we only left him for 4 hours and his voice was gone when i got there and his eyes were so red. I expected at least a phone call from them letting me know that my son's been crying for too long. That was it, i decided that this is a hell of a place to take my child to. No way will we go back. They are unprofessional, with no compassion for children. When we were leaving that second day, we told them (in person) we would never go back but now, a year later, they said we have a balance for not doing a 2 weeks' notice. WHAAATTT??? Ridiculous! When we learned that Imagination station was taking over Bright Horizons at Sunset they told us not to worry that our rates would be the same or possibly lower and that it would be better for us. After we met with the new "director" jessica she informed us that for the remainder of this year they would honor the rate that bright horizons had , but we would have to enroll our child as PT and would have to pay for 3 days a week. We explained that we did not need 3 days and she tried to make it sound good by saying well you can run errands and just bring her in. .that is nice but we do not do that. We dont take her in unless it is for work. She seemed annoyed that we kept asking why we would have to pay for a day that we were not going to use. We then asked if we could tranfer that day to a different week and she said no . so we asked what happens if we take vacation and she said to continue to keep our spot we would have to continue to pay...WhAT!? That is ridiculous. She also informed us that the rates would change in january and we did the math and to continue to use them it would cost us almost $700. A month and that is paying for 4 days that we do not need. That is ridiculous. We removed our child and will be using a different daycare. I do feel bad for the good teachers that are stuck there because the same way they lied to us they were lied to and now they are lowering their wages. So they are charging parents more but paying their employees less. SMH!! I didnt use their services so i cannot comment on that. Just commenting on the dishonesty from the transition. read more

My son went here for a very short time, Lots of children go here. The daycare is very upscale. Computer monitoring in every room lots of toys plenty of space the daycare is very secure also. They serve them hot meals which is great some daycares require you to bring your child's own lunch. The downfall is that it's super expensive, way to expensive for my budget so I had to switch daycares. This is one of the few 24 hour daycares which is surprisingly hard to find in a city like Vegas. read more

The only reason for this rating is because of the way my grandson was kicked out of the program without warning or notice. I do understand that certain behaviors wont be tolerated, however, to be called and ordered that we come down immediately to pick up the child because he was out of control as they say, is unacceptable I'm sorry. The child is 4 years old how is it that no one could gain control over him? Most people just cant up and leave their jobs immediately on demand without being fired. No matter how I tried to explain that it was impossible to get there immediately they kept insisting. Lets not forget that they were paid for a full day not half. So after it was all said and done we could not get him until we could get there. No one called all day the next day to tell us he was out...my daughter had to call around 12 to find out the status and she was then told he was kicked out. He had been there one week...Not even given some consideration that he was having a hard time adjusting. One time like this and he was out. They say he was spitting and hitting others...I've known him to blow raspberries...not that this is ok, but thats quite a bit different then hocking' up a mouth full of spit......they cold have at least given us some notice that after the coming week he was out. They just kicked him out without refund for two days we didn't get to use. We are now scrambling left and right to not lose jobs and still work but its near impossible...we cant just leave him with anybody. These are children they are dealing with so being a little more lenient and understanding should be standard, not kicking them out as soon as they are acting out. Funny that a woman who ran care out of her house who cared for him for three years never described such horrid behavior that he needed to be kicked out. I only gave it 1 star so I could write this review. This place is a joke to the learning system. They are drastically understaffed, some classes have a much as 30+ kids for one teacher. My child grew fond on one teacher and she left the establishment because she was constantly not getting paid. Which isn't hard to believe since they often lost payments from parents on a regular. The front desk girls are unprofessional and illiterate. They have a lady who was promoted from front desk to an office can't remember her name (heavy set white woman) and she has to be the stupidest one in the building smh. I advise you to not waste a single dollar in this place especially since your money isn't going to the teachers but it's going to the fat white lady and front desk girls pockets. read more

DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS there.. the place is getting SHUT downs the place is very unorganized.. the management have poor customer service... THE SCHOOL GOT SHOT UP AND THE PARENTS WAS NOT INFORMED, the owner is trash, and they are very rude.. the classes have no type of structure and the classes always have a lot of kids and not a lot of teachers.. the teacher seem very overwhelmed.. read more

The first time we went to check the place out we liked it the employees they were nice we made sure that we new what would happen if he is not potty trained they said they would put an extra eye on him. One day we went to pick him up we mentioned if he has something in his pamper and the employee "forgot" to change him another time we went with the employee to pick him up and we saw him chewing on a toy when the bosses employees said they would put an extra eye on him. My kids have been at imagination station for over a year now and sadly we probably have to find other care because I cannot afford the full price for two kids full time. When I first came of course I had my pet peeves, some not so favorite teachers and incidents with both kids but over time gets better. It's always going to be hard for the kids to adjust at first so yes there will be crying there will be boogers sometimes owies etc. it happens. If you're telling me those things never happen in your home would be ridiculous, you would have to give it more than a couple days, my kids cried every time for weeks and now my oldest begs me to go to daycare some days. Ms Jessica in particular is all about the kids and parents, she's busy but she is 100% from the heart I love her. Mrs letty and 1 other older Mexican lady from the infant room were the best basically raised my 1 year old she would only want them. And I forget my 3 year olds teachers name, she's an older Filipino lady, she would always distract my daughter when we came so she wouldn't cry when I leave. The only downfall is that they are wayyy understaffed and overwhelmed but more than anything my biggest complaint would be the other kids in their classes they were really bad but that's due to home parenting which the daycare sadly has no control over.
