My daughter has been going here for a little over a year. We moved here from ohio a year and a half ago. She asks me to bring her here because I don't let her play with most of the kids in the neighborhood. Kids aren't as sweet and innocent as they should be anymore. I try to protect and keep my daughter's innocence as much as possible. She's an only child. I have let many things slide that have happened at this center. Things I could have reported. I understand that people make mistakes. I'm pissed off because the teachers decided on Juneteenth to allow our kids to watch a Pg13 movie with extreme harassment and racism of a little black girl like my daughter without asking our permission. My daughter is 7. We don't watch movies like that (Ruby Bridges). We don't discuss things like that in our home because it's too early. She has dolls and toys of all colors. There was no reason to show kids that movie. Adults put racism in childrens minds. On top of that, they weren't competent enough to explain the movie to her where she understood what was happening and why. As soon as I picked her up, she said mom, we watched a really inappropriate movie today." I said what happened, she said they played a movie with white people calling a little girl nigger and they wouldn't let the other kids play with her. So I told her she shouldn't have been shown that. Then she asked about 30 minutes later why they hated us so much. Obviously, she was left disturb and confused. I came in the next morning and ask why where they shown that movie to a teacher and then She told Sarah I wanted to know why they showed the movie, Sarah said she had no Idea about the movie. I said I wanted to talk to the head boss about it. I said I've continued to let things slide, but not this time, unreported injuries, letting them watch youtube, tik tok, etc. Sarah spoke to me in a condescending tone as she always does, she brought up the problem they have with my daughter is playing with her kids sync up watch, which is nothing compared to the cell phones other kids have. Ok if she doesn't leave it in her bookbag and is on it ok, take it until it's time to go just like they do kids in school. My issue is don't bring that sht up to me when I'm addressing misconduct of your staff. She continued in her tone saying the teachers said it's on Disney and I've never heard of it and I'm going to watch it, we where trying to educate and empower on Juneteenth, blah blah blah. Out of Akeela and the bee, hidden figures, etc, anything empowering could have been played on Juneteenth except this movie. The movie is Pg 13, shown to kids younger who can't process what's going on and why. It shouldn't have been shown. Furthermore, they have to learn to be more mindful when it comes to what they are exposing children to. Everyone does not raise their children the same. Everything is not ok to just sweep under the rug either.

the owner hides reviews btw this was hidden in google ***Updated 7/23/23: I'm glad you responded and I have screenshot the response as you have fabricated a lot of things. You met with us once and you told us you would review the footage and get back to us to provide proof that an adult was in the room and you, yourself stated that you failed in doing so because you claimed you did everything perfect BUT that. You did mention about privacy of other kids, but then tried to show us footage of the classroom and we declined. Privacy right?Nobody was aggressive with your staff. There is video footage of that. will that also be withheld and vanish like the video proving my daughter was not left unsupervised? You were the only aggressive person in this. I have statements from other parents who had children in your daycare and former employees who also attest to the licensing violations your daycare has committed. You knew that continuing care there was contingent on that footage as her father made that clear. You offered him a job when we met at the end of the meeting so for you to claim anyone was aggressive is ridiculous. He only contacted you after our phone conversation and you threatened to call the police. I cried because I was upset. We will miss Miss Imee and a few of the other teachers there because they genuinely cared for my daughter. You care about the money you make off these children and not about their well-being. Not once were we rude or disrespectful although you were yelling on the phone, constantly cutting me off, and threatening. You told me to pick up my daughter immediately, failed to have open communication with a parent who has valid reasons for having concern about the safety of their child when she has more than once been injured and communication at your facility has failed. You acknowledged that you are short staffed and proper documentation had not happened. Stop making up lies. I have statements and other people's testimonies of their experiences with you and your company which will be given to licensing. You do not care about these children or your employees as you fired the teacher involved instead of coaching her when you stated multiple times you were understaffed. Statements from other parents and former staff state that anytime licensing is mentioned you cut ties because you are afraid of being caught for your violations. You are informed when licensing comes, so you make sure everything is in order for that time and then it goes back to how it was. I have a statement from a former employee stating they were left alone with 12+ infants.** The owner told me my child is no longer welcome because I filed a complaint after my child was hurt by another child because they were left unsupervised along with 4 other infants. We were told the teacher responsible was in the room, but had her back turned. We met with the owner and requested additional footage showing at least another adult was in the room. We were given the run around and told to give her time to retrieve the footage. When inquiring again about the footage and asking to again meet with the owner, I was told she didn't have time for me and that my daughter is no longer welcome because I filed a complaint about the neglect. I was told to pick up my child immediately although they were paid for the day. Uoon arriving to pick up for my child, the assistant director questioned me on why I filed a complaint. when I asked her what she would have done if the same thing happened to her child or grandchild, she told me she would have gotten over it. I asked so I'm just supposed to get over it? and she said that's what I would do and then told me to leave. The day the incident happened I had to request an injury report otherwise I would not have received one. When I questioned this, I was told it was because they were understaffed. I do not recommend leaving your child here. They left my child unsupervised and she was injured. When I expressed my concern about communication and requested a meeting, I was told they don't have time for us to address the concerns of safety for my child. Unacceptable

Juliana is amazing, she took her time and answered all our questions. She continues to be a great communicator and we love working with her. It was a bit rough at first, as this was a brand new thing to him, but it's been about 7 weeks now and everyday goes very well. Hands down, we can't thank Ms. Roshni enough for making this transition possible. She has put our minds at ease and I can see that the way she cares for our baby is something special. She is just amazing at her job and it's very obvious she really cares for these kids. Sooner than I thought, the drop offs got easier and he got more comfortable. Our son really likes her as well as the other teachers. She is the reason I can go to work each morning and not worry about my son. One of the teachers does come across as a bit firm in her approach, but my son seems to respond well to her and seems to like her. You can check in on 2 cameras; 10 minute sessions, 10 times per day, per user. The cameras are not great, 1 is terrible, but it does put your mind at ease to have that capability, and eventually, you stop checking in so much. I'm not too crazy about the food provided, but it is all included in the price which makes things very convenient, and you can bring in your own food if you want to. Communication is great, prices are fair, staff and teachers are friendly, all in all, we would recommend this location and plan on having our son attend for the long haul. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!

I would like to start off with some positives. The front desk staff has always been very kind. My…read moredaughter's teachers have always been wonderful to her. Whenever I dropped her off or picked her up, she was in great spirits because I truly think she had a great time there. The staff is extremely willing to work with you and they do the best they can to help each family individually. I unfortunately Had to pull my daughter on Friday 8/7 Due to some major health and safety concerns. On Saturday My daughter was admitted to the PICU at 6 AM. I had to take her to the ER because her oxygen dropped to 88% and was fluctuating between 88%- 94% Even after breathing treatments and repositioning. She was diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae and she will be in the PICU for a minimum of 3 days. I had noticed there was a child who was extremely Sick and was having severe coughing fits. I brought my concerns up to the director, and as you can see in the message, she did acknowledge that the child was coughing but only made a courtesy call to let the mother know her child was still sick. I believe that child should've been sent home for the simple fact that the teachers were unable to stop this child from coughing on other children, Wiping her nose and then touching other children and toys,& really just maintaining basic health standards. I understand that children get sick and I understand that the staff is not able to have their eye on the children 24/7. However, this poses a major health concern If they're still going to allow sick children to be there. When I addressed my concerns, I was hit with the pretty generic corporate response and told to refer to the policy. As you can see (photo attached) -- the policy is quite vague and leaves a lot of room for interpretation. I've highlighted the section that I feel would've qualified that child to be sent home. The director stated multiple times that she is not a doctor And doesn't have much medical knowledge. I, however, am a health professional, and I do have the medical knowledge. I knew that the wet, productive cough, loud breathing & severe crying, we're all signs and symptoms of more than just a common cold. So, In this case, they weren't even following their own policy. There were approximately 20 babies who were exposed to Mycoplasma pneumoniae because of their negligence. I think it's in the best interest of the facility to review their sick policy and make some changes to avoid anything like this happening in the future. They're inability to follow their own policy, Has left me with an extremely sick child, PICU bills & a week of lost income. If you do choose to sign your child up, I suggest that you look over the policies extremely closely & DO NOT let them downplay your concerns like they did with me. If you have a child that is more susceptible to illness I would suggest looking elsewhere. The staff was very kind throughout this entire process (even when I had a sever attitude w/ them out of frustration) but that does not negate their negligence to this serious situation. I will be attempting to meet with the director on Monday to go over her policy so they can make proper changes to avoid this happening w/ other children. But, for me my trust in the facility is completely tarnished
