I am a hairstylist in the area and I have spoken to a lot of other Mom's who have had similar experiences as I did. I won't go into the details but the owner of this place is an extremely unprofessional and an unpleasant person. Three of my clients and my coworker have had negative experiences here. Some ending in withdrawing also. The owner is disrespectful and aggressive with the parents. She has lots of personal issues that she involves her employees in. The girls that worked there were very nice, but I could see there was tension and strict inconsistent verbal abuse from the owner. If she is the owner, then her actions and attitude are a representation of the integrity of her establishment. I withdrew my child properly and waited the two weeks. But I would not go back. Although, my toddler loved her teachers there. They do not provide lunch for the kids and charge more than most daycares around. We have been at a daycare close to this one for two years now and we are so very happy. They are like family.

They told me there were several openings however I was required to tour the facility no more than thirty days prior to her attending. Ok, even thirty days before was annoying bc my work needed an answer but whatever. So I showed up May 3, (a little less than thirty days) for my tour. The lady at the front said she tried to call me to let me know the owner decided she would no longer hold spots for people regardless of paying registration fee. Ummm what?! How is anyone supposed to start a job if they don't have daycare lined up??? The front desk lady said I can call a day or two before I have to start working to see if there's a spot or not. That is absolutely horrible to put a working parent in that kind of position. But the front desk lady let me know the owner didn't want to save my spot for thirty days because she didn't want to loose out on money if another child wanted to attend this month while she saved my spot. Ok whatever since money is so important and not customer service I'll look elsewhere. I've never heard of a daycare not holding ur spot with a paid registration fee. Even when I was pregnant we put the registration fee down at a different daycare facility months before even having the baby so she was guaranteed a spot so I could work. Response to owner: 1. I know you're very concerned about the daycare my child was in so just to inform you, they were full in July but did pre-register her for August (that means they're holding her spot from May-August)! 2. I wasn't told I could call weeks before to see if there were spots, the lady said a few days before. Besides, with your horrible policy who cares if I called "weeks" before clearly you wouldn't reserve a spot and all spots could've been gone the next day regardless according to you. 3. Shouldn't have wasted my time to even look at your school if it was already full-- hence me calling prior to tour. Maybe you will have less "teachers kids" in the summer due to summer break and you could've made a profit off of my child attending. Oh well overall it's best my child doesn't go there, it's clearly just a business.

If any incident involving any kind of injury or mishap occurs, they call you immediately. They give you daily "progress reports," where you can see what your child ate, what time he/she ate as well as what time they used the restrooms. Meals (Breakfast/lunch/dinner) are included in the tuition. Cameras litter the facility and if there ever is an issue, they have no issue with running the cameras back. Overall, a well ran daycare.

We stayed as long as we did because of…read morethe convenience, but looking back, there were numerous concerns about the way the center was operated that ultimately led us to withdraw our child earlier than planned. One of the first issues involved diapers and wipes. When we enrolled, the advertising clearly stated that diapers and wipes were included at no additional cost. About a year later, I noticed an extra charge on our account with no prior notice. When I questioned it, I was told I was mistaken and that they had never offered diapers and wipes at no charge. Fortunately, I still have a copy of the original advertisement showing otherwise. While I eventually let the issue go, it left me feeling that transparency and accountability were lacking. Over the years, I also became concerned about the number of times I was called to pick up my child because they supposedly had a fever. On multiple occasions, my child did not have a fever by the time I arrived. I also noticed these calls often seemed to happen when the center appeared to be short-staffed. I cannot say for certain what was happening behind the scenes, but it gave me the impression that staffing issues may have been influencing decisions about sending children home. Whether that was the case or not, it significantly eroded my trust. There were several other situations that, in my opinion, reflected poor business practices and questionable ethics. As parents, we place an incredible amount of trust in the people caring for and teaching our children. I expect honesty, transparency, and integrity from a childcare provider, and over time I no longer felt confident that those values were being upheld. The biggest confirmation that we made the right decision came after we left. Our child is noticeably happier, more excited about going to school, and their overall attitude has improved dramatically. That change alone tells me we made the right choice for our family. Every family's experience may be different, but based on ours, I can no longer recommend La Petite. I hope they take steps to improve their communication, transparency, and overall business practices because families deserve to feel confident in the care their children receive.

We adopted my niece when she was 18 months old, and she attended this daycare until she was about 2 1/2 years old. We also enrolled our infant daughter here when she was around 3 months old. Ultimately, we decided to stop bringing our children because our daughter was constantly sick. The breaking point came when she became so ill that she had to be hospitalized. One of the biggest concerns I had with this daycare is that children of different ages are kept together throughout the day. In my experience, this creates an environment where illnesses spread easily. Since switching to another daycare, our children are no longer getting sick nearly as often. I also found the enrollment process confusing. We were handed a packet and asked to sign paperwork without much explanation, leaving me unsure about policies and expectations. In contrast, our current daycare thoroughly explains everything before enrollment, so parents know exactly what they are agreeing to. Another concern was infant safety. Babies were often placed on the floor while older children ran and played nearby. This creates a risk of injury and is something that made me uncomfortable as a parent. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and organization we experienced. As parents, we want our children to be in an environment where they are safe, healthy, and receiving attentive care. I am grateful we found a daycare that better meets those expectations. This was our experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend this daycare. I however highly recommend The Learning Experience.

The curriculum they use there is amazing and my son is continually learning new skills. Every day my son comes home with stories of all the amazing things he learned that will definitely enable him to be prepared for kindergarten next year. The menu that Kids R Kids has is very diverse and caters to children's nutritional needs. Also, they provide different additional activities such as soccer and karate. He absolutely loves Kids R Kids.

Ms. Tina is serious about running an amazing and safe school. No matter what the issue may be, we as parents are all informed as soon as she is. Ms. Jessica is her current teacher and I believe she has amazing patience and has taught my daughter so much. She is kind and works with each and every one of her kids to make sure they are happy and learning. I am always so grateful for morning drop offs (my little one doesn't always make it easy when i need to go) and when we get home, she shows me all that she has learned for that day. The other teacher I want to mention is Ms. Becca- she's pretty much my rock haha. She was one of the teachers that has been around my daughter the longest (or so it seems to me). She is able to match the tone of whatever mood mine is in and able to work with her. If she's having a bad day, Ms. Becca seems to always turn it around. I will miss this school once we move on to "big kid school" and will always have respect for these teachers that have helped my daughter grow and learn.
