I was nervous Just thinking about leaving my baby in the hands of strangers, but the staff at H&D eased my mind. H&D is great, it is like leaving your kids with relatives, but better. Once you're in, you are part of the family because they will treat you as such. My son is now 3 and I've seen tremendous growth in him over the years, and I've even learned a lot as a first-time mom. I am not looking forward to the day when he will have to go to school and leave H&D forever. H&D emphasizes learning and development of children, which I truly appreciate. Oh and btw, they have tons of activities during the summer. I have not left a review until now because it's such a hidden gem. We've also felt like communication has been top notch. Special shoutout to the wonderful teachers in our child's room (Ms. Ruby, Ms. Gelmaflor, Ms. Vivian), all three of which have been instrumental in helping our child learn and grow. They do such a great job making things special for the kids and giving families opportunities to be involved and make memories together. Of course, over several years there have been a few hiccups here and there -- that is going to happen anywhere -- but what has always mattered to me is the overall experience and how things are handled. They post "free transportation" but it's 40 a week and $10 extra for the second kid you have. I contacted licensing and the police. They still can't tell me why my kids were left, run me my money back!!!
