Where do I even get started, this daycare only exists because it benefits off of urban league. I…read moretried to get into their location off Charleston and 6th about a year ago but they said they only take full potty trained children. My child is 3 and fully potty trained now. My daughter would come out with bruises, scratches, bloody noses in the year that she was there. I never got a single call and I have only gotten 2 incident reports out of all the incidents. They would tell me they left a call, but I would check my phone and I didn't have a single call. They called me once to pick her up because she was throwing up, guess when it's convenient for them. One day I was dropping my daughter off and the teacher Ana watched as one toddler was yanking hair and beating on another child, she didn't step in or do anything to stop it. It was early in the morning where there was about 5 children in the classroom so she did not have her hands full. One day my daughter came back with not one but THREE Bites all over her arm, they drew blood and left her bruised. They gave me an incident report and another child bit her, I get it kids will be kids, but they let my daughter get bit 3 TIMES. Not just that, I stopped bringing a change of clothes for my daughter because they did not return her clothes to me. When she did soil herself, they would give her back to me in their clothes, which I'd have to return of course, but lose her clothes she was brought in. One time they did not even bother changing her, she peed all over herself and gave her back to me wet. She came to school with a sippy cup before, and they lost it. Not just that, these people have no sense of urgency. Sometimes I'd wait outside for up to 5 minutes to drop off my daughter cause no one would be up front to open the door. My urban league expired 3 weeks ago and they knew a whole month in advance it was about to expire. They never bothered telling me the updated prices and they charged me $200 for 3 DAYS. Once I first started their prices $26 per day, guess no more. Why did I stay there a whole year? I am a single mother with a very limited village. I am low income. I did not think it'd be this bad but I enrolled and now I was pretty much stuck there because it was good for my pockets

She comes home happy, excited to tell me about her day, and I can tell she feels safe, supported, and truly seen. The teachers take the time to get to know each child individually, and it shows in the way they communicate and nurture their growth. Geneva has learned so much--not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. I've watched her confidence blossom since being there. What I appreciate most is the genuine warmth and consistency. I never have to worry when I drop her off; I know she's surrounded by people who care about her just as much as I do. Thank you, Hill and Dale, for being such an amazing part of Geneva's life. We are so grateful for everything you did for us!

I was nervous Just thinking about leaving my baby in the hands of strangers, but the staff at H&D eased my mind. H&D is great, it is like leaving your kids with relatives, but better. Once you're in, you are part of the family because they will treat you as such. My son is now 3 and I've seen tremendous growth in him over the years, and I've even learned a lot as a first-time mom. I am not looking forward to the day when he will have to go to school and leave H&D forever. H&D emphasizes learning and development of children, which I truly appreciate. Oh and btw, they have tons of activities during the summer. I have not left a review until now because it's such a hidden gem. I didn't want many people to know about it...but I guess this is how I found H&D to begin with, thanks to other parents who posted a review. So, if you are looking for a daycare for your babies, look no further. Go tour it today! Thank you to all of the staff at Hill & Dale for making my son's health and education a priority everyday!

We viewed a few different places before finding Kindercare upon meeting with the Director, Kashmir and Assistant Director Lilly and viewing the facility. From talking to Kashmir and Lilly they were able to provide all information regarding the curriculum, expectations from the parents, they assist with potty training if needed and gave in depth information for holiday request and hours. Our daughter was very excited to meet them and within the first 15 minutes, felt like she was at home. It was in our daughter's best interest to start at this childcare center. The facility is very clean and orderly, and the staff is amazing. There is a wonderful worker named Stephanie who ensures that the place is always in tiptop shape as well making the conscious decision by exposing our children to great healthy options when it comes to their food. When paying for daycare at this location, it comes with their meals and snacks. My daughter's teachers over the years, started with Celeste who has been such a great influence on my daughter and ensures to make sure that she is taken care of from all her basic needs and beyond. There is Sophia, who is our current main teacher who she has a very close relationship with and insists to help her process her emotions. There is Latoya who makes sure that when my daughter or any child is upset gets time to create space and then voice their feelings and validate their concerns. Aaliyah helps with the curriculum and ensure the children are working on their sight words, colors, numbers shapes, volumes of objects, as well as the fun projects that they work on for the holidays in class. My'Unique works on pronunciation and phonics for them as well as gardening classes and culinary beginnings. Carmen is another teacher who may not have her directly in her class, but make sure to assist in any issues that occur with the students and jumps in to help out the other teachers as needed. Altogether the staff really works hard to ensure your children are taken care of on a multitude of levels and I highly recommend any parent to check out this facility as they really do accommodate the parents needs the best that they can and are always throwing several different events for the parents to be involved with our children. This has definitely been my favorite daycare and my daughter will continue to be remaining here even through her first year of school for all those holidays that they are off, including summer. Thank you all for what you do you guys are amazing and shaping the personalities of these children.

My son was late to talk, and we were on the waitlist for evaluation. We started him here while waiting, and I ended up canceling the evaluation because he started talking up a storm, and I absolutely attribute it to the work they do at Kindercare with them. They truly care about the kids. The schedule during summer is especially fun for the kids, they are great at an engaging curriculum, and making sure your kids are growing. My son loved them, and I could tell he was happy. Always running up to say hi or bye and give hugs to Kashmir. The only reason we're not there anymore is due to moving out of state, but I HIGHLY recommend taking your kids here.

I use to feel so different about this place as you'll see in my review years back!! I've enrolled my 4 month old son here. In the mornings when I dropped him off I would give the teacher updates. Well when I would pick up from the evening teacher she didn't know any of the updates I provided. When I told the morning teacher if you can up his milk intake the evening teacher had no idea. Lacking communication in a daycare is beyond me. That should be key! Also there were times where the primary teacher was absent and other teachers filled in and my son's items weren't taken to the class he was in and I was messages he had no more diapers. I mentioned this to the primary teacher the next day because when items are running low a heads up should be provided and she stated I did have diapers. That's to point that this place isn't organized. How do you not know where to look for items . I didn't put too much into these things even though they shouldn't be happening UNTIL.. one day I brought my son home. While changing his diaper I saw a cut on his leg I messaged the app and no one responded. I figured it's late maybe tomorrow. All next day went by and no response. So I called at 4pm asking what happened. Evitta didn't know which I can understand if the teacher didn't communicate but was quick to say I sign in into tablets but I don't respond it's the teachers. In my mind I was thinking so if there's an emergency nothing gets responded too unless assigned teacher comes back! Why isn't there INCIDENT REPORTS the day off!! And messages should be checked every morning. Minutes later I got a message from a teacher stating it was a scratch she forgot to tell me. The teacher that responded don't know how she got into the mix. But saying "I forgot!!" Unacceptable! My son doesn't walk, crawl or sit. He definitely wasn't watched if he was hurt. I'll attach a picture. I also had my 8,10 and 11 years old enrolled here. I can tell you about the time my 11 year old son was accused of something that sounded much worse than it was because Evitta the director chose the wrong word choice. I was told the next day about it and she started by saying two girls gave the same statement so it's true!! SMH!! All to uncover that her story was not accurate and my son was helping teachers because kids were being bad! My 11 year old helping. Or the time a child exposed himself in class to everyone. But the one thing that was it for me was my kids not eating breakfast. I was at the front about to pay when a parent came out to tell Ruby that the teacher told her son wouldn't be eating breakfast because it was served already. And so ruby told the parent I'll make sure he eats. I told her please my kids too. Breakfast is from 7-730 my kids arrived at 7:14. That day when we got home my kids expressed they didn't want to go back because the class is just so loud and that they didn't eat breakfast. Obviously I'm mad because I had mentioned to ruby to please issue breakfast to my kids. I'll attach the picture of 7:14 drop off and no breakfast. The next day ruby wasn't there so I expressed to Evitta and she simply said she'll talk to her and might have to switch back to morning because there's been quite a mess with her in the mornings. Also my kids are signed in and out when I'm not there for payment purposes. When I asked Evitta why? She said she don't know it gets sent off to another lady and she takes care off it. Isn't that considered FRAUD! For context I have a subsidy. I notified children's cabinet and they stated they are not suppose to do that. I'll attach the picture of signing in and out for payment. Lastly, sometimes you question certain things and they'll say the app glitches. That's always the to go reason. This place needs way more than training! I hate that I waited so long to take them out but all 4 of my kids have been unenrolled. P.S Teachers are leaving left and right and that's a huge red flag! Also on google you cannot leave reviews and on their website they don't have the option.
