My husband called and very kind to her and after that call, she called my PCP and said there was yelling and they refuse to see me. That is an outright lie. My husband nor I very yelled at them. Yes, we called several times to get an appointment but they were the difficult ones, not us. I have worked in Healthcare for 52+ years and have never talked with anyone so rude as this receptionist. She would not even give us her name when asked. If you really need help, this is not the clinic to go to and very dishonest.

I was told I would have an appointment with a psychiatrist and then in a few weeks they would have there testing center in Tukwila reach out for a computerized test. Met with the psychiatrist who was fine but not great, a little cold. She tells me they'll reach out in two weeks. Email after a month, no response. Call after another week and I'm told they have no idea when testing is available. No time frame! Weeks? Not sure, months? Not sure, a year? I don't think it will be a year they say. So when? Not sure. So I'm out $130 for an appointment that could have been a questionnaire with less judgement. Literally I was asked why do you think you have ADHD, family history, and the rest were scales for depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to ADHD. This to me is unethical to advertise and take on patients that you can assess and treat ADHD all the while having no idea when testing is actually going to be available! Tasks are hard for people suffering with depression, anxiety, and probable ADHD. So this just helps pile on to all all that.

This is apparently my fault since I was nervous. Thinking like that really lacks empathy with patients. I was prescribed medication where the prior authorizations have now been denied multiple times and need to be appealed. All of this could have been avoided if paperwork had been filled out accurately and the doctor had listened to me when I was stating my condition and what I had done in the past. I also experienced the pushback other reviewers had where it is always someone else's fault and they accept no responsibility. At first I genuinely thought they were trying to help and resolve the issues but when the denials kept coming from the insurance and the insurance explained to me why, it just showed they were not really paying attention and resubmitting paperwork. The follow-up has been on my part and apparently that is annoying to this clinic. I am also awaiting to see if I will be billed for a telephone call which they claim won't be charged but given others' experiences with billing, I am not optimistic and expect that to be an issue too. I spoke to Dr Vaiman who is the Medical Director (eventually) and she let me know I can go to another provider or clinic instead of answering my questions on whether they will fill out the paperwork correctly for the medication their clinic prescribed. They had no interest in helping. She also suggested seeing an endocrinologist which had nothing to do with my asks and complaints. I signed up with Plushcare since getting another doctor with a GOOD clinic or hospital is months long wait. My Prior authorizations were submitted and approved same day with Plushcare since they filled out the information correctly. I would trust the 1-star reviews. Stay far far away. Wasted time and money and horrible experiences each time. Deeper investigations into reviews on these doctors on other sites will show others have had the same experience as I did.

Session two my child came out and started crying. His associate had no clue that he was under stress. Not sure how the eval will turn out but its a bit rough around the edges so be forewarned.
