Super easy to talk to and also was a perfect balance of small talk and relaxation. The salon is cute, it's a hair salon and then there's rooms in the back where Ciera does lash stuff and more. The bed was really comfy to lay on and was also warmed which was a nice touch. The entire process was about 45 min and Ciera was very thoughtful throughout making sure I was comfortable. I didn't have any discomfort, she did a great job and I loved the outcome. She said they last about 6 weeks to which I was impressed by! I would definitely come back to do an upkeep of my lash lift.
